    Walked in for an inspection (it is Tires Plus) without an appointment and was taken care of immediately. Everyone from the service manager (Eric) all the way down were awesome. Fernando and Manny were so friendly at the counter and Nick did a very thorough job on the inspection. Eric was honest and laid out all steps to get the car up and running. Will definitely come back here.

    We were about to leave for 1,200 mile road trip and discovered a large gash on the side of our tire. Fearing a blowout, we almost canceled the trip. That is until I called Tires Plus. Eric was great and took care of everything! He helped us by securing the tire we needed and coordinating to get it replaced right away. He was professional and extremely helpful. We are very happy and will be back when we need new tires for both of our cars. Quality and service matter and we had a great experience.

    I made an appointment for State Car Inspection at this Tires Plus location. I was able to get a quick appointment for the date I was looking for. For todays appointment, I was greeted professionally upon arrival. The car inspection charge was lower than other car repair places in the area. The store was clean and well staffed for a Sunday. The wait time was reasonable too. Overall I recommend going to this location.

    It was easy to select my tires and see a free estimate online. Booking my service online was extremely easy too. The front desk guy was polite and answered my questions. I was offered different add-ons, but had them all explained without too much pressure to purchase. My vehicle was ready about 30 minutes after my requested pickup time - pretty good for a repair shop. Most importantly, the tires I ordered were the ones on the vehicle when I left. Thanks for switching out my bald tires so quickly.

    Great place! Called them last minute on a Sunday bc both my tires were balding. Didn’t think they would take me right in for tires but they did and changed them right away. Tires have protection if you get a nail that is fixable. Also, gave me a sale!

    UPDATE:Both Eric & Brian are decent. They called me at behest of Bridgestone corporate & figured out a way to make it right. They gave me a $130 credit for outside alignment work I had done & a $20 discount for having a Tires+ store acct.To me, their major issue remains theur short-staff.--Q: Want to know why there are so many 4-star & 5-star reviews?A: Tires+ giving $10 off bill if you review them on Google & show them your online review.The TiresPlus $200 unlimited wheel alignment is, as far as I can tell, a corporate gimmick.Ive interacted w/ Brian & Eric a few times to learn the following:- Tires+ will do alignment on cars but not larger cars/SUVs or ones which have lane-change technology.- Up to 2 alignments / yr- If there is an issue w/ the wheel alignment, they give car back to you w/o fixing it, telling you whats wrong (not written down), or a cost estimate on how to fix it.- Your customer service mileage will vary depending on how busy they are or who you get on the phone.

    I came in for an oil change and I was waited on right away. My car was taken right back. As I waited for the service to be completed I was told my inspection was just about due (which I totally didn’t realize) but they were able to do it right then and there without me having to schedule another appointment. I was in and out in less than an hour. The Technician was nice and knowledgeable.

    My car is of older age and 3-5 miles i put on monthly, so an oil change is needed to get her going. My oil change experience across the Mainline hasnt been to standard par; I was skeptical coming here over a year ago. But walking in and being welcomed by Caleb and Brian they made it feel it like home.. They are very professional and patient. I couldnt thank them enough to keep me safe through my travelings, and properly communicate the mechanical care/need.

    I am very pleased with tire plus in King Of Prussia needed 4 new tires had no idea how was gonna pay for them, so I applied for the card and got accepted for the tire plus credit card and got my tires the same day. The 2 men that helped was very kind. Will definitely go there again!

    We had an emergency flat tire on a Sunday morning and needed to be in NYC in the afternoon. Even without an appointment, they helped us very quickly and got us on our way and we made our event!     Ive been a customer of Tires Plus for many years. The front desk people always do a great job! Especially Caleb, he is courteous and respectful of my time. He makes me feel like my business is appreciated. I usually wait while service is being done, but never too long. Thanks Caleb! I usually have Mechanic Jim Murray service my car. Over the years Ive had several cars and Ive been to several mechanics. (This is an honest review!) Jim Murray is without a doubt THE BEST, MOST HONEST MECHANIC I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS, PERIOD! He patiently explains what my car needs and he NEVER tries to rip me off. I am so grateful to have found him. He truly is, THE BEST MECHANIC I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS.     Ryan was great when I stopped by with a flat on my way to work. Since the tire couldnt be repaired he recommended several options for a replacement because he wasnt happy with the price he was quoted. He attempted to put air in but found it was leaking and then put on my spare tire so that I could make it to my dealer (we discovered my tire was under warranty). All for no charge. He is clearly focused on customer service over making a profit. Would recommend.

    The Tires Plus on Dekalb Pike has consistently given me great service. It’s not the closest to me as I live in Springfield, but it’s worth the drive for the service, efficiency and professionalism. I’ve been with Tires Plus for many years and most likely won’t ever go to any other car place!

    I was going to Valvoline for a while and after some problems after multiple visits there, I took my car into Tires Plus. Come to find out there was zero oil in my car, despite the past mechanics insisting there was nothing they could see from a quick look. Kind, attentive staff who look out for the best offers.     The new management went above and beyond to help us. We were out of state, stranded with a real huge problem . The Hyundai dealer wasnt able to locate a spring for our car for the strut. The new managers stayed open late, & found us a part to get us home .They did as they promised- kept us in the loop on locating the part needed and didnt overcharge us. They are responsible, respectable and l highly recommend them . Cant THANK them enough! We arrived home safe and although we had to stay over 2 days extra it was not their fault, Hyundai was having a issue with parts, they did as promised & got us on the road. Hyundai expected us to stay -or wait and come back a 5 HOUR drive to get our car in 3 weeks! Tires plus fabulous customer service. You wont be disappointed.

I lost a day at the shore (vehicle does not have a spare) but got new tires installed in one day.

    Our family has been coming to this Tires plus for several decades, dating back to it being an Avelinos. Bryan DeLong recently took over the management and this autobody shop continues to provide mom n pop, small business customer service while being a part of a much larger company.I know how to drive with my knees and with a leaden foot. Im not a car person and I have always felt comfortable here and have been treated with respect and dignity. Bryans team goes well above standards and they dont try to shortchange their customers to beef up their bottom line.If youre in the Greater KOP-Norristown area, come to this TiresPlus, whether youre a car person or not!
