They explain what the problem is that caused your problem and normally has the solution on their truck without making several trips to fix the problem.7/23/24 After hurricane they responded again immediately solved my problem at a very fair price. They were on time as promised with what was need on the truck. Again 5 stars!! My GO TO plumber!!!

I really like this company. My comment is based on their professionalism, courtesy, customer centered, work attitude – complete the job and do it right the first time. I have used them twice now.The first time was to hunt down a water leak. Two service men arrived and through a process of elimination with their knowledge and experience they located the leak (a Nail and Screw in a Water Pipe when constructed). They completed the job in approximately 35-40 minutes, total charge $260.00 which I felt was fair price.The second time I called was for a clogged water pipe which I knew was from the air conditioner condenser. Dispatch said it would cost $200.00 + parts $40. I disassembled the pipe with the exception of a glued pipe and let the pipe drain for over 24 hours which pushed out most of the debris.To make a long story short; I requested the pipes to be replaced with caps that turned opposed to glued. They agreed - one went to the truck for the parts while the other stayed inside working. The one who came in with the parts told me there would be an up- charge. It would now cost me $300 + parts $67. I was surprised and told them dispatch told me $200.00 + parts $40. It had no effect on the gentleman, as opposed to arguing I accepted. Within 15 -20 minutes of their arrival, they completed the job. Total cost $367.00.Will I use them again? Yes, because of their professionalism, quality, and work attitude I wanted to think the extra charge was a fluke. If I need a plumber, I will use them again.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and so quick to fix our stoppage issue. Here for just under an hour. I’m so grateful. Will absolutely be using them again in the future. I had been dealing with this issue in my kitchen for 5 days. I initially called John Moore to help with snaking our pipes since they were running a special. The kid was young and not quite as knowledgeable and didn’t ensure the stoppage was cleared before he left. He simply poured a clearing solution down our drain and told me to let it sit over night. He also tried to sell me on their hydro blasting for a whopping $760. Thankfully he didn’t charge me because I think he knew my stoppage issue hadn’t been solved. My husband called Roto Rooter yesterday, and they wanted to charge me $430 to clear our stoppage. GAP only charged me $200 and I’m so excited that we’re good to go for Thanksgiving. Will always use a locally owned family business. Highly recommend!

God bless yall.I just had my hall bath remodeled, the Contractor that installed the new showerhead and drain installed them incorrectly. The Contractor is local, I am still waiting on him to show up to fix the problem. After sending a video of what the showerhead was doing to Glen, GAP came the next day. GAP Plumbing has been the only plumbing company in my house for a long time, and will continue to be the only ones here. Very honest, reliable and very knowledgeable. GAP was also my Mothers plumbing company which was Commercial Property in Humble. Thank you Glen, Justin and Thy Thy for resolving my problem.Another fantastic visit from GAP. Had issues with leaky toilet. One company quoted 500. I called GAP for a second estimate. They showed up on time and were very clean. Jeff offered two options where no one else did. And he was able to fix the issue. I waited a week before writing the review and so far so good. There are so many plumbers to pick from I went with GAP because of the good reviews. I will use them again.

What more could you ask for...not much really. Experienced a plumbing issue in the morning, surfed around and found these guys during lunch. Sent off an late afternoon appointment request via the online system...easy. Knock on the door right in the window Justin and Weston had communicated to me earlier. About 40-45 minutes later, these pros had my system back working. We squared up at the truck and they were on their way to the next job.If youre having a plumbing issue and want straight-forward honest work in a very timely manner...call or visit them online then pat yourself on the back for a choice well-made.Not sure how big the team is, but if you get Justin and Weston, youre in good hands.

Gap Plumbing has worked for me for numerous years. I originally met him when a faulty home warranty company was not paying its contractors and Glen came and fixed our disposal in spite of the home warranty company when others would not. That was about 9 years ago. Since then I have used him on my rental and own homes and recommended him to many friends.Hes honest, reasonable, reliable and friendly. Teri, his office gal is awesome too!

A good friend of mine who had done remodeling work in my home recommended Gap Plumbing when I called him for a recommendation when I had a problem with my water heater that had suddenly started leaking.I called Gap and was immediately impressed with the professional way they took care of my concerns and needs and how quickly a technician showed up to diagnose the problem.I have a Sears water heater and replacement parts had to be ordered. There was a question concerning the warranty on the water heater and what was covered and what was not. Gap dealt directly with Sears and worked out all of the details took care of everything.I will definitely call Gap for all of plumbing needs that come up and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

When I phoned Gap Plumbing, Terry was so helpful. Terry made an appt for consultation right away. Guys came out and fixed my issues on the spot. Gap Plumbing is knowledgeable, effecient, caring and affordable. I wont ever call a different plumbing company.
