Just had a service call and the plumber Jesus R. w/ Roto-Rooter came out to help me with a seized valve out in Fort Mohave. Thank you Roto Router! I can now take my trip to NZ with peace of mind. ..5 star for Jesus V Rosario for doing a great job . He explained really well what he gonna do before he started the job. He also tried his best to have the price lowered.. He has no time wasted but made sure it was done right before he left. He also gave an advise the dos and dont s to avoid clogging.I strongly recommend Jesus!👍🏻

Roto Rooter of Kingman is fantastic! My father’s water heater needed to be replaced. We had already purchased the unit, we just needed the the old unit pulled out and the new one installed. I called around to multiple plumbing company’s to get estimates for the labor. Roto Rooter beat the other company’s prices by at least $300-$500! Jaime (in the office) was very helpful in answering all of my questions and scheduling her technician to get out to the property the very next day after I called. When the tech, Jesus, arrived we immediately felt confident that he was going to handle the install in a professional and efficient manner. He was very friendly and had no problems with giving my father all the information he needed to feel comfortable with Jesus’ work and knowledge. Jesus took time to explain to my father everything he needed to know about how to operate the water heater and set it for optimal performance and longevity of life of the new unit. Being that I live in California and my father is 82 years old, I cannot stress enough how much peace I feel in knowing that we now have a plumbing company that we can call for any future plumbing needs, that is honest and employs caring and knowledgeable technicians like Jesus!

I had a fanominal experience with Jessie. The young man was very knowledgeable and helpful. Wish more young men were with a work ethic such as himself. He even helped me install the new toliet and made sure he cleaned up the area very good too.I will use them again if and when I need to. Had our water heater go out and after calling around Roto answered their phone promptly and I was able to talk to a real person no hold times. Spoke to Rodney the general manger and he was very empathetic and got me someone that same day Todd came by and was able to troubleshoot the problem fairly quickly and fix my water heater. What I liked most about this experience was the reliability and honesty from the customer service to the repairman. Also their prices were more than fair compared to others here in town. Will be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs . They have all 5 stars for a reason they are truly the best!

The drain to our septic was plugged and I could not clear it with my snake. Turns out the drain line was broken and starting to collapse under the dirt. Roto-Rooter was the least expensive of all the plumbers I called. They were as the most polite and respectful and easy to work with. They went out of their way to schedule a tech a soon as possible. The tech was very friendly, worked quickly and efficiently, and gave excellent advice on how to get a long term fix for the broken pipe.

I had a plumbing back up. This was nasty 🤢 water rising up in my shower and bathtub. I called Roto-Rooter at 9 am. The staff member that took my call explained to me that they would try to squeeze me in before the end of the day if possible or if not they would be there the next morning. I was concerned there are five people living in our home and we were not able to use the bathroom at all. At 11 Am I received a call that a technician was on the way. Dokken Hartman was the technician assigned to my house. I received a text message informing me of the technicians name as well as a picture of Dokken. This was a nice touch. Dokken arrived quickly and assessed the issue. Within a few minutes my problem was resolved. Mr Hartman then made sure the issue was completely corrected before packing up his equipment and heading of to his next customer.
