Airconditioner motor acted up. Called 8:15 a.m. Tuesday and all is repaired by 9:45 a.m. Wednesday even after having to order and pick it up. Tec was great. Although once again the cost seemed high no one can complain about Eck service, prompt, polite and being thorough.

Yes, Spencer was great. Our furnace had a problem and he diagnosed it correctly. Something was stopping the air flow in the flu and it turned out to be a bunch of wasps nests, which he removed and now were back in business. He was smart and fast and such a nice young man.

They did a complete HVAC system replacement for me. The guys that installed it were complete Pros they showed up at 8:00 in the morning finished about 2:30 in the afternoon with a complete changeover took away my old system installed the new system ran gas line wiring thermostat wires make sure it was working properly before they left and were very pleasant to be around. And they made the financing super easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My central air was not working, so I called Eck Services. The kind woman on the phone said shed have a tech call me. Within 30 minutes a gentlemen called and said he would be on his way. Konnaly was at my house and had my air fixed in 30 minutes. I am an older single woman and often get treated like I have no brains. Konnaly never treated me with anything but respect as he explained to me a small fuse was what caused my house to be 90 degrees all day. He was professional, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate his kindness and patience with all my questions. He even took the time to tell me the best filters to buy. I really appreciate all the effort he made to help me! Thank you!

We had an AC issue and needed a service person out fast. This was the only business that could get someone here. Every other business I called (5) of them were at least booked a week out. Eck had their service person Luke, call and he was at out home within 45 minutes. Luke was personable, friendly and very professional and knowledgeable! I wished I would have known to call them sooner! Eck will be my first call for any future service needs!! Great experience with this company!!

My husband and I appreciate such transparency when dealing with the infrastructure of our house. Yesterday, I discovered a pool of water in my basement under the water heater. Unfortunately, the water heater kept leaking after I swept up the first pool. I had previously called Eck Services when I had a furnace issue and they provided excellent service, so I called them again. Eck Services immediately dispatched Dewey to my house to assess the problem. My water heater was older and had a cracked liner which could not be repaired. Dewey said that they had a replacement in the shop and could install it right away, which was great news. Dewey had the old one removed and the new one installed within hours, keeping my hot water running without interruption. I was again impressed with their tech Dewey. Like my last service call, Dewey was again knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and friendly. I know I can trust Dewey and Eck Services with my plumbing and electrical repairs, and I recommend them highly.

Eck installed two mini split units 6 months ago. They have been a dream! In addition to that they came today to double check the workmanship and installation as well as clean/maintenance the inside and outside units. They will do this again in another 6 months. There was no charge for this check and maintenance for the first year. Fantastic! I have had really good service, quality, and professionalism with Eck. I would recommend them for any job.
