On 10/21/24 (a Sunday) Jeston came out to clear a sewer line. That seemed to fix the problem. On 10/27/24 (late at night) the problem came back. UGH! Dustin came out on the next morning and spent about 2 hours trying to correct the reoccurring problem, but with no luck. Today 10/29/24 Jeston came back out, cleared the issue, then he ran a camera to see what else may be happening. He found (I watched) rocks blocking the pipe about 10 feet down the run. He was able to break up the blockage for good.My wife and I were waiting to hear the price. Jeston said Im not going to charge you) as he was the lead plumber. WOW! A company willing to do the right thing.Hats off to Jeston, Dustin and Benjamin Plumbing!You have earned out business moving forward.

Main line became plugged on a Sunday. It was a bit expensive but you pay for experience. My only complaint is the $69 to come look. That fee should only be paid if customers refuse the repair not added to the repair.Thx guys.

The technician was superb a new instantly what the problem was under the sake and promptly corrected they work very hard to find out what the problem was with our washing machine water supply and we were able to sort that out as well. He did a great job.

My toilet was leaking…it had a bad seal that needed to be replaced. So the toilet needed to be removed, new seal added and then my toilet set back. From my initial request, I was contacted and Toby was out to fix it within 4-5 hours. He assessed the problem quickly and was able to fix it expediently. He was courteous and did a great job. I gave 4 stars only because the price feels high ($724 including the $69 service fee). I’m not in the plumbing business so I really don’t know if that is too much. I do know they fixed my toilet quickly and it’s in perfect condition now.

Wow is all I’m going to say! Had a broken pipe threads in another pipe. He came here had it out in minutes and was on his way for a service call. And it was a Saturday. No extra charge. I will call them again if I need someone!

Can’t say enough about our experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and the technician/plumber they sent out! They far exceeded our expectations! After discovering a serious water leak at the hot water heater, and contacting the home warrantee program only to discover it would be days before they could respond, we contacted Benjamin Franklin and most notably, Juston Wolsey. Juston was there within the hour and determined the hot water heater was toast and coordinated an immediate replacement. Justing arranged for a new unit and replaced all of the plumbing to the wall (which was badly needed) in only a couple of hours. He was quick, efficient and in no time had a new hot water tank installed and operational! Kudos to Benjamin Franklin and Juston Wolsey for a job well done!

My toilet was leaking water when flushing it and I called early am to get it fixed. Ernie V was here the same day. Very prompt and professional. He was able to fix the problem. I asked him about replacement. I told him I wanted the taller toilet and I would go pick out what I wanted. He helped me schedule an appointment. He came back a couple days later to install the toilets and a new kitchen faucet. When he got delayed he called me. He did a great job answering all of my questions. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again. He did an awesome job.

When I called my water company for an emergency, Hearthstone water. Not only 3hrs later wad the broken line not resolved. The guy Michael who was supposed to come wasnt answering his phone at all. I then called the 1st company I could, and that was Benjamin Franklin plumbing. The problem was so easy but I was out of state so I had to hire them. The tech got it fixed in about 10 minutes. Nice guy and customer service people was great too. Now I will have to deal with the water Co to get reimbursed for a service call I shouldnt have had to do. The problem is resolved and the tech cut me a break on the service call because it was such an easy fix. That was nice of him. Thanks Jeston Wosley the tech was professional and friendly.

Well apparently one cant post more than 1 review to a business so I guess Ill just continue reviews on this one post.-Once again Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has come through for us. How hard could it be is how I started the day only to realize I better get a professional out here. Truly appreciate the quick response of the company. Called them within a few hours and Josh Broh was at my door ready to take care of my problem. Josh was friendly, professional and took care of my concerns quickly. Answered my questions and before I knew it he was finished. Have had to call them twice now and will not think of calling anyone else when I need plumbing service again. Thank you Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.-Can not tell you enough how happy we are that we contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and had Aaron perform the work we requested. Replacement of all angle stops, replaced water heater, installed toilets and home water filtration system. Aaron was informative, professional, provided financing options and performed his work in a manner exemplary of his profession. He kept us informed as he performed his work and once he completed the job he cleaned up and left our home clean. Two men serviced my Home Aaron for plumbing and Justin for my central air. They were both very kind and willing to take the time to answer all my questions. I had to call Aaron back the next day. This is a big deal, as he had to drive 1 hour each way. I live way in the remote country. He fixed the mistake he made and DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR IT. This means Aaron and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing are honest. I know a lot of businesses out there that will not stand behind their work or word like Benjamin Plumbing did.Willing to come long distances, very timely, honest. Would highly recommend.

Ben Franklin Plumbing of Kingman has been helping me for almost a year. Today a Serviceman named Willy came to my home to inspect my water heater. He was polite and professional, but still personable and friendly. His assessment on my old water heater was... water drains clear, no foul smell, but unable to remove the anode, broke my socket trying. To my questions that all have, what should I do? his reply ---- For its undetermined age, its looking good. clear water, no smell and looks in decent condition. try putting lubrication on anode if you like and try again if you truly want to check it but letting it go should be ok in this situation.He truly tried to get that anode out because i specifically asked about it. but better to leave it and not damage the heater, someone before must have really cranked it down.Thank you Willy for the extra effort and honest evaluation. I agreed with your thoughts on the job.
