Randall is very nice and very efficient. He takes the time to visit with and explain things about your system to you. He even took the time to put my new air filter in for me. I had bought it, but just hadn’t found the time to put it in yet. He said my new system was very clean and was operating perfectly. He pointed out a few things that I could have added to make it a little more efficient and to protect my system from any storm damage or power spikes. Thanks for asking for our feedback on the service provided by your service technician, Randall Beach, we noticed like all of the technicians sent to service our needs, he is on-time, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to figuring out the “RESIDEO” App for our HVAC system. He noticed our condenser’s refrigerant was reading low and charged it to the proper level.It was just our regular equipment check-up/service and was recommended we look into the install of the “soft-start equipment,” which we may eventually do to extend the life of our HVAC system.Thank you Air Control Home Services!

I have to write this review because, this company isnt about the golden dollar.First let me state that I purchased a house on the opposite side of the street from their business. When my brand new air system wasnt working properly, I called them. Assuming they installed new said HVAC.Not only did they call me back on a weekend afterhours. They also let me know who the company was that installed the AC unit. He said to call them as it was only installed in Jan 2021 should be under warranty.He was correct and I am stupid happy that these guys are my new neighbors.

Dennis came out and walked me through everything that was installed incorrectly with my existing power source. I personally need to edit this review, to include all the amazing things this company has gone above and beyond for. First off Amber is the sweetest and most polite lady on the phone Ive ever had the pleasure of speaking with. She can turn a bad day upside down and make it right again. Anytime Ive ever called about an issue or a question she has been prompt and understanding. The owner of this place knew what he was doing when he hired his team. The only company Ive ever known that refuses to price gouge their customers, even if it means they dont make much of a profit. They are also the only company that sends out a message to let you know who is showing up at your doorstep besides Lyft and Uber. They take the time to walk you through everything they are doing and how to understand the product you are receiving. I honestly wish more companies went out of their way to please customers like they do. I have much more I could say about this amazing company but the review is already long enough. All members of the team were polite, on time, efficient, answered questions, great with our 3 dogs. Communicative which was key for us. Got the job done in a timely fashion. I was dealing with this issue of no heat on and off since before Christmas. The company I bought the unit and warranty from let me deal with this problem for months. Added features was UV light kills 99 percent of viruses and an upgraded filtering system.A follow up inspection was performed. Super company. I would highly recommend Sommers AC for any and all HVAC work, including new installations.UPDATE: 12/15/2023: the outside condenser had developed a vibration that caused a noise that would wake us up at night. Tucker adjusted the electric motor fan blade and top grill, checked motor bearings. Vibration and noise is virtually gone! Very pleased with the service.

My current HVAC system recently crashed--was almost 20 years old. I called Arizona Sommers based on a recommendation from a neighbor. I was not disappointed. They set the initial appointment and texted before their employee arrived giving me his time of arrival and who was coming-- with a picture attached. Their rep was exactly on time, was very professional and did a complete examination of the crashed system-- including up in an attic that had to be at least 130 degrees on that very hot day. Their rep then sat down at our table with my wife attending, outlined the different options available, answered all our questions, and we agreed on a path and timetable. We did not select their most expensive options as our home is a small 3/2 and being 76, long term warranties on very expensive alternatives just do not have the same appeal as they did in my younger years--my expected mean time before failure is quickly approaching!Prior to installation, the most important decider happened after the examination and quote, I had follow- up questions and called the owner direct on his mobile phone. He spent between 45 and 60 minutes answering my question. Actually I asked him the same questions I had asked his tech rep just to see if I got the same answers. For example I asked him why the new equipment should not have a SEER rating higher than 14 (the minimum code requirement). He gave me the same answers as his rep and the same answers that I had arrived at after time on the net. My home is below 1500 sq.ft. , we do not live in a high cost energy state such as California, and the proposed 14 SEER rating is double what my 20 year old failed system was which only experience 3 to 4 months of close to $200 /mo. energy cost. The higher SEER systems would likely never pay for itself.The installation went great. Two reps arrived at 8AM and stayed until we were satisfied---just after 4PM. They hauled off all old system parts, cleaned up their mess-- mostly insulation falling off old parts, reviewed how the new system worked, and then asked us to run the new system for two days and call them if we needed them to come back for ANY reason--no charge. The company president and their employees really believe that a happy customer is their best advertisement.

I want to give a DOUBLE THUMBS UP to Arizona Somers Heating and Cooling for their amazing customer service! We purchased a whole house unit from them about 18 months ago. Since that time, they have come out three separate times to make sure everything is working fine. Yesterday, our unit started acting funny...it would go on, but then shut off after a few minutes. The inside temp was nearing 80 by 5 p.m. so Bob called them, thinking theyd come out today. NO!The owner came out last night at 8:30 p.m. and after troubleshooting for a few minutes, discovered that a wayward mouse had made its way into the drain pipe, died, and the corpse blocked the flow of runoff water from the unit. The water pan started to fill with water and a sensor there was causing the AC to shut off for a few minutes at a time.Mr. Somers cleared the line, tested everything and was out of there by 9:45...no charge!!!I have not experienced this level of customer service for decades and I want to thank Arizona Somers heartily for their attention to detail and their stellar customer service!!!We are nice and cool today!

Don, Tucker, Rusty and Kolten(the new guy) did an incredible job! I was sweating my tuchas off on Tuesday, Tucker came out on Wednesday, and my new A/C was on the roof and fully operational by Thursday (today) .Wouldn’t use anyone else...great company and team!!
