I have called upon plumbing by Jake/ambient edge today after I was frustrated trying to replace the kitchen drain system. I went to ace with the current drain set up. I was there about ten minutes before I saw someone walking down the isle. I asked her if she could help me with what I needed. We walked to the plumbing area and I showed her the set up I needed. At first, she picked the wrong parts, then she picked what I thought would work for me. Got home, began to assemble the parts and they didnt all fit. Tried to mix, match but still didnt fit. By this time Im not to happy. Finally, I called plumbing by Jake. They were able to fit me in to the schedule and showed up fairly quickly. Within 30min the job was done. While they were still at my residence, Dante and Christian had noticed that the wall drain pipe is higher than it should be, which has caused water back up a few times. Im having them come back and relocate the pipe for proper drainage.😁

My mom had a gas leak and I couldn’t find anyone in town to help (we live in California). The gas company turned off the gas and gave her a red tag for the leak. We got her space heaters right away and continue to find a company to help us. My mother is 88 years old and her Land is not in the best of shape because of its age, and her not being able to do a lot of the work. However, we have tried to help, but this was one situation that I could not do myself. Plumbing by Jake contacted me and asked if we had fixed our problem I informed them that we had not and they were out there that same day. I truly appreciate everything that they did. They kept us informed, they were Clean and tidy and took pictures for me. It was the easiest experience and I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done. The gas company on the other hand won’t be there for another five days To turn the gas back on. it was a pleasure working with an amazing team. I had them out to my property because I had clogged drains in my rental unit, and I urgently needed to get it fixed for the tenant. Jon, the plumber who came out, was knowledgeable and friendly. The quoted price was very strong, but this was an emergency. The work was completed, but after the call I started to realize that not everyones story was lining up. My property manager had told me one thing, Jon another, the tenant another, and customer service had a different story as to why my bill was high for a quick fix. Noticing that the tenant authorized the work & the story of the invoice and price did not match, I reached out to customer service. Thankfully, the owner and manager of the business called me back, and we were able to discover the root causes of the discrepancies. There was a breakdown in procedure and a error on the invoice as to what work was done. I am very glad that he took the time to call me, because I felt like I had bad information which led me to be suspicious. Very glad it all worked out and that the owners take enough pride in their business to provide clarity for their customers.

I had Mike Vasquez at my house yesterday to get an estimate to replace a water heater and water softener. He was knowledgeable and professional and on time. I purchased both from him and he was back the next day and installed both. He also brought me some softener salt to start my unit. This man is very trustworthy and very nice to chat with. I left him at my house while I ran an errand and didnt even think twice about it. He even cleaned up all of the trash and hauled off the old ones which was a big plus. Saturday had a pipe burst under the house. I did all the work . I cut All the rose bushes out cleared all the landscaping and removed the lower siding before the plumber arrived. The pipe was only about 5 inches under The House took him a total of 15 min to do the repair. I still got charged $335 just for them to show up. Then they charged me another $125 for 2 fittings and 6 inches of plastic pipe that only cost about $25 so yes Im satisfied with the repair and the the technician was very kind and professional but I think it was about $250 over priced.

After the countertops were installed Devon Ross, plumbing technician, showed up on time the next day, was professional and started working to re-install all the plumbing under the 2 bathroom and kitchen sinks after the new countertops were installed. Devon is new to the plumbing business but he was confident about his work qualities and showed his knowledge in rebuilding the pipes under the kitchen sink. I had a new garbage disposal put in which changed up the pipe configuration and he was very pleasant the whole time he was there working (It was a long day for him with all the work involved).
