I used county line plumbing for the first time today.To fix a leak in the waterline that comes from the city water. They were very quick to identify the problem. Fixed it, and were extremely professional and taught me things along the way. They also made a suggestion for a extra piece to maintain the pressure which I had no clue about. I love the flat rate and I think the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use them again. If I need another plumbing job, completed Cole and Garrett. Were very professional and pleasant to be around. Thanks, guys.

I just recently used County Line Plumbing to install a replacement toilet tank. The technicians, Cole & Garrett, were on time, courteous, professional, smart, and quick. The price to install was very reasonable. Since it was a replacement tank, there was a small adjustment that was needed after it was installed. Jacob & Wesley came out and made the adjustment. I had the same experience with them as the other technicians - on time, smart, professional, and courteous; they fixed the factory issue quickly and completely. There was no charge for them coming back out. This is a great company with great people and I will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs. (One last thing: they communicate very well - always got a call and a follow up, never had to chase anyone down, etc.)

Cole and Garrett were fantastic. Called them and they showed up the same day. Today is the second time I’ve needed their help and they have done a marvelous job both times. The last time was on my youngest daughter’s home and this was for my oldest daughter. They tell you a price and you get decide if you want the job done and their prices are definitely more than fair.

Our nearly 50 year old septic system finally gave up the ghost. So we needed to connect to the King public sewer at the street. I gave County Line Plumbing of King a call, explained our situation and then they quickly came out to give us a free estimate, which we accepted. Let me tell you, County Line Plumbing crews are the hardest working people Ive ever seen. Cameron , Moe and the others in the group functioned like a well-oiled machine. Not only were they professional and efficient, they have the experience and knowledge needed to complete a MAJOR job like this one. I cant begin to describe accurately everything that was done. It was very helpful that Cameron explained to us each step taken and why. County Line Plumbing of King went above and beyond what was necessary to complete this project without charging extra. Plus, working with a crew in the backyard, a crew in the basement, and a crew in the front yard, everything was completed that day, in the early afternoon! They were friendly, courteous and extremely careful around the whole property. I highly recommend County Line Plumbing for work on your own property. Theyre the best!

So glad I called County Line this morning with my plumbing issue! Spoke with John who was able to get someone out today. Two very polite, knowledgeable and professional employees Jacob W. and Wesley B. came and assessed,located and had the problem repaired very quickly! I had a bad water leak under the home. They explained the problem, showed us a detailed quote and then once we decided to proceed, were out the next morning and fixed it quickly.They were considerate of our home and didn’t track in any dirt or mess, disposed of all trash and materials and left it better than they found it.

My wife called County Line on Friday and made appointment for Monday at 8:00. They showed up on the dot. They assessed the situation and came to decision it was a septic issue. They recommended a service and nailed it. They charged me nothing for the evaluation but I will let you know I put their number in my phone and will only use them for future plumbing needs. We need more service companies such as County Line.

Corey and Moe came out to repair my well and my water tank. They found that the water pipe coming from the well had a hole in it and replaced it and the wiring. They installed a tank and replumbed the lines and mounted a water filter. Very professional courteous and on top. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about County Line Plumbing!! Their very respectful and skillful workers, Garrett and Cole, arrived at the scheduled time, prepared and ready to work. I contacted them to address my issue of two bathtub faucets that, when switched to shower mode, began to make a very loud squealing noise. They quickly determined, and showed me, that hard water residue had practically closed off the pipe in both tub spigots. The spigot pipes were replaced, original spigots were able to be reused. Once again, the water flowed quietly, through the spigots alone and in the shower modes. I explained to them that I had the smallest size water filter on the well pump due to the hard water. They then checked the toilet holding tanks and found a lot of residue and build-up and asked if the water very often had a metallic taste. I said it did, but I thought that was normal. They recommended that I install the next size filter (med, I believe), that will now last four months between changes. Showered are now silently working and the metal taste in the water has been removed!!There are always damage concerns when work is being done in your home, but all of my bathroom fixtures were covered, treated with respect and left damage free during the entire process. They were very patient with all of my questions and handled them all with grace and kindness. You rarely find any of the above described attributes in a company. County Line Plumbing will now be used for all of my plumbing issues.

Had my well pump go out in a 500 ft well. Called County Line at 10am. They had a crew here by 1. Pouring down rain all afternoon. These guys worked until 9 pm to get my pump in and water back on. Never complained , done their job and were very nice during the process . Highly recommend County Line. Thank you!!!

County Line is a great group of people. If you need help, I highly suggest calling them. Ive had them come out several times, once on the weekend. Every time they are quick to respond, communicate well, share their knowledge with me, and do a solid job. Ive had them work on the whole set up for my water bladder, pressure guage, etc for my well pump, as well as other things. I recently called them and set up an appointment to fix some things in my bathroom. I had a change of situation, called them the night before to cancel, and they refunded my full deposit with no problem. I even tried to offer for them to keep some of that for the trouble. They are extremely professional and helpful.

These guys are Awesome! Cam and crew showed up to my house for a sewage ejector pump issue, and within 3 minutes identified the problem that 2 other plumbing companies failed to. They resolved the issue very quickly that I had been dealing with for 6 YEARS! Very professional, yet extremely personable. I had a totally different issue a few weeks later, and they came out really quickly and resolved that issue quickly as well. They are really affordable and even have payment plans if you are worried about big jobs you need done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COUNTY LINE PLUMBING 👌🏾

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I came home to a flooded kitchen. My water heater sprung a leak and I couldnt turn the water main off. Water was literally pouring out of it. It was after 5:30pm. I called County Line hoping they had emergency service. They said they would see who was available and call me back. Jacob, the nicest plumber ever, called me shortly after to let me know they were on their way. An hour after I called, Jacob and John arrived to save the day. Not only did they make sure the water was off, but they stayed until the job was completed. They didnt leave until after 10pm that night. They brought multiple water heaters with them to make sure they replaced it with the correct one. They also changed my water pressure valve and the main water shutoff. On top of all that, they made sure to pipe the water heater pan to the crawlspace so if this ever happened again, it would flood the crawlspace instead of my kitchen. It was such a stressful situation, but Jacob and John were calm and level headed and took care of it and they didnt miss a beat. By the time they left, I had hot water again and they didnt even have to return the next day. Jacob explained everything before and after it was complete and was so very compassionate towards me. I cant say enough good things. Simply amazing.

I phoned this company this morning and within the hour they were here to fix drainage in my kitchen sink. I was told by another company that I needed to replace entire water line costing a couple thousand dollars. Cole and Garrett checked out everything and suggested they run an electric snake thru the pipes. They did so and my problem was fixed immediately. They start with the simplest solution first before telling you need something bigger. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any plumbing needs. I needed 2 new water lines ran off of some existing copper water lines in our basement. I called County Line Plumbing and was told they could come by the following day to look at the job to give me a free estimate. They called me back shortly and said they could come by that same day. The estimate was very reasonable compared to another estimate I had received, so we arranged a date for them to come back. Cameron came back as scheduled and completed the job in about 45 minutes. He ran the new lines exactly as I had requested, and the cost was exactly as estimated. I highly recommend County Line Plumbing and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

County Line Plumbing - Professional, Trust Worthy, Integrity, Caring, Experienced, Exceptional and Timely are just a few words to describe Cam and Moe.We have lived in our home for over 20 years. It was built in the 60s. There is always maintenance and upkeep, right?Then you have those disruptions that rock your world. On May 5th, my husband noticed a “bubble“ in our master bathroom floor behind our toilet. Monday morning, we called the plumber. Cam and Moe responded that same morning. After assessing the situation, we learned a preliminary report. They needed to open up the wall to get a better idea of what was happening. It is always nerve wracking to open up a wall in an old house because you learn that nothing is ever up to “code”.As they began their assessment, they removed the toilet in the guest bathroom, which shares a wall with the master bathroom, when they removed the toilet, they immediately saw the issue. The main sewer pipe had a huge hole in it! We had no idea what we were in for. Cam and Moe were so professional and reassuring that it was going to be alright. Ultimately, they jackhammered the slab, dug down to the sewer lines, replaced the lines, filled in the hole they dug, repaired the concrete, and replaced all the plumbing in the wall. But because that bathroom shared a wall with the other bathroom, they did both bathrooms at the same time!You know that meant bringing everything up to code! Then we had to get the drywall fixed, electric updated, new floors laid, painting done, new vanities and sinks inserted etc…… Cam and Moe worked so efficiently and effortlessly with the schedules of the other folks we had to contract with. Cam called to check on us and see how progress was going anticipating when he would schedule to come back and hook up all water lines. They cared about EVERY detail and treated our home with the same excellence they would put into their own home! They held true to their word with such integrity.We trusted them with our biggest investment. Our home. They will ALWAYS Be the people we call with any plumbing issue.

I had a subcontractor who did the plumbing during a whole home remodel. The work that was done wasnt quality (so if I can tell there is an issue). I asked County Line to finish three installs (kitchen, shower heads and dishwasher). I also asked for a plumbing inspection prior to turning on the water because of what i saw. Luckily Cameron agreed to help and redo some of the crawlspace plumbing correctly (the well hookup wasnt connected and there were open lines). I now have wonderfully working pipes, flushing toilet and the hot water heater piped where it should be. I should have called them first. Hank you Cameron an team!

On Christmas Day, 2022, we had a pipe to freeze in our garage. We were not home but our son stopped by and saw water running out of the garage. He called us so we could tell him where to turn off the main power supply. When we arrived home we had water in our garage, down two sides of our basement, and in a finished apartment in the basement. We called the 24/7 emergency number of our regular plumber of 20+ years. Its been over 36 hours. We still have not received a call from this plumber. We called two more plumbers, one was County Line Plumbing. Within 15 minutes, Steve Eads, the president of the company called, and was at our house within another 30 minutes. He stayed until he found and repaired the broken pipe so we would have water. After he left that night my husband discovered an upstairs bathroom sink had no hot water. This sink is over the garage, meaning we had another frozen pipe that had not thawed enough to burst. The next morning my husband sent a text to Steve of County Line Plumbing, who said he would be at our house before lunch. He came, he found the additional frozen section of pipe and repaired it. He did everything he said he would do; he did it efficiently, and timely. We are MORE than pleased with the work, the quality of work, and, especially, the customer service. This was Christmas Day! I understand not wanting to work on Christmas Day, but this company put the needs of customers above their own family. We have found us a new plumber and the company in Winston-Salem lost a customer who had patronized them for over 2 decades. Let me start by saying that I don’t like to hire anyone to do anything. I do most everything for our house myself and the few times I’ve agreed to hire out a job (everyone has their limits), I’m left either somewhat disappointed or wanting to completely redo it myself. That is NOT the case here. I’m actually so happy with my experience that I may consider hiring County Line to do jobs that I could easily do myself. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and the quality of their work goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. In an industry where you can easily get ripped off, I think these are people you can really trust.We ended up hiring County Line through a series of accidents. We were looking to get our septic pumped because on some mushy spots in our yard, but the septic tank proved difficult to find. When the septic company’s camera ended up needing repairs, they referred us to County Line to help us find the tank. Turns out, the pipes leaving our house were cracked, letting in mud and basically on the verge of collapse. Full disaster waiting to happen. On top of that, our laundry machine and utility sink weren’t even draining into the septic. They were just going straight out into the ground (probably the actual cause of our mushy spots). Piling on further, the bulk of our outgoing plumbing wasn’t even draining properly to begin with. We had pipes pointing in the wrong direction, missing p-traps, and more. [By the way, we had inspections done on absolutely everything when we bought this house and most of this didn’t even come up.] To sum it all up, we ended up getting about 85-90% of our outgoing plumbing completely replaced.Cameron and Moe were the perfect combination of friendly and professional. They explained the full plan before doing anything, managed to do the whole job in roughly half a day, and stuck to the original price quote (which I’m pretty sure was a complete steal on my end). They were completely unbothered by my curious hovering and happily shared the details of everything they were doing. Not only does my plumbing work better than it did when I bought my house, but I think I learned more about plumbing code than some of the plumbers I’ve hired in the past.The knowledge, speed, and quality of service from County Line (and especially Cameron & Moe – great team) are beyond compare. Best bang for your buck. I am delighted with my experience and won’t be considering anyone else for my future plumbing needs.

Needed a new water heater installed, called County Line plumbing and they were able to get me in for an estimate in a couple days. We got the estimate and called around and got 2 more estimates from other companies and County Line Plumbing beat all the prices we found! We called them back and they came and installed a new water heater that same day in less than two hours and everything looks and works amazing! Highly recommend.

I called yesterday at 4:30 pm to request an estimate on moving my Spigot in the backyard. Cole and John called me this morning and were here at 8:00 am to look at the job and estimate it (my crawl space is super tight and there is HVAC runs everywhere so I knew someone needed eyes on it before they committed to a price).Not only did they quote it on the spot but also were able to do the job there and then.Very professional, quick, and did a good job. County Line was recommended to me by a friend and now I know why. I’ll recommend them to anyone in the area.

Called the business phone about 8:30am and spoke to Dalton about a water leak under my house he told that someone would try to be here before lunch which I was hoping they would my wife stays at home with our 3 kids and I hated for them to be home all day with no running water. Within 30 minutes Jacob called to say he was on the way I was at work so I’m not sure who all came out but they had the leak fixed and the water back on before 10:30! Fast, friendly, professional and affordable that’s the type of service I like! I will definitely use them again if a plumbing problem occurs

On Friday at 3pm I found leaking from main drain pipe out into basement floor. Wondering who would come to my rescue at this late hour, I took chance and called County Line and spoke directly to owner Stephen. He was so confident and reassuring that I forgot I was in a panic. Within one hour Chris and Tim arrived quickly accessing the problem, relaying info and photos to Cameron who arrived within 30 min with more tools and materials. By then the old pipe was in process of being cut out. I was really impressed how well the 3 guys worked together as a team moving professionally, confidently and very politely. Job done in less than 90 min. If these guys were my employees I would be very proud to send them to any job in anyones home or business. When I asked them if they liked working for Stephen they only had good things to say about him and how he runs his company.
