Excellent experience! Jason and Sean replaced an almost impossible to get to non functioning 2nd floor ducting and made it operational. Work involved ceiling cutouts and replacement and reinstallation of an improperly installed ceiling fan.Clean up was thorough! Nice guys as well! They are trustworthy, show up on schedule, and do a fantastic job.

Our a.c.quit working,we called in the morning and we got an appointment for 3 the same day.Jason called and texted previous to his arrival.He checked the furnace and the a.c.unit and found the problem quickly.He quoted us a price for 3 replacement parts and took his time explaining why they should be replaced and also provided a photo of the defective connector.We decided to only replace 2 of the 3 parts and he told us the price, it was a little high but we decided to get it done.Jason explained what he did and the reason he thought these parts needed replaced.He was engaging and looked us in the eye when talking to us. Overall we were pleased with the service we received.

Soon after I got a notification that a technician would be onsite from 12:00 to 1:00. Later I received a notification that a technician was in route. He was right on time at 12:00, not only that he was walking out the door with the A/C running right at 1:00. Fast, clean work. While he was in my home he was very professional and courteous. Comfort Control Systems is who I plan to use in the future.

We called at 8am this morning about a HVAC fan issue we discovered last night. Jason let us know he was on the way about 30 min before he arrived- close to noon (same day!). He was very professional and quickly started assessing the problem. Our issue was resolved within an hour. He took pictures to document how disgusting our unit is on the inside also and how that is impacting performance. We decided to purchase the annual maintenance plan to get everything back to the level of cleanliness it should be. They come out twice a year to clean and do a 56 point tune up. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision and I also felt everything was explained in a way I could understand. I HIGHLY recommend!
