    Today 11/6/24 I had Sila come out to service my heater for the first time. Brian was very nice and kind. I received a text, email and phone call from Brian saying he was on his way with a picture of him. That I like. My heater is 16 years old so I asked about a new heating systems. Brian explained about the more efficient heating systems so we set it up to have an Install Foreman come out and talk to me about a new system. My heater still works good thank God no problems but dont want any either. So far I picked a good company to service my heater. Thank you Sila and thank you Brian.Today 11/8/24 I had Silas Installer Foreman come out to my home to talk to me about a new heater system and a new water heater. Matthew Lawson came out and was just fantastic. Very kind and explained everything very well to me. Matthew did a scan of my home and measured for the right size heater suitable for my home. Turns out the old hearter that was insatlled 16 years ago by Giannone Heating was not the right size for my home. I thought so because the company that installed it 16 years ago I did like them. Bad customer service and installers. Matthew talked to me about the new heating system and water heater and was able to get me a very good price for both. I cant thank Matthew enough along with Ralph who is one of the Managers. You really came through for me. Tomorrow 11/9/24 my heater and water heater are being installed. Not only are you guys awesome but the quick service is also great. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to all. Silas customer service is fantastic. Thank you again Nathan.Today 1/6/25 Travis Welsch came out from Sila because the sink in my main bathroom is not draining. He tried to snake it out but still not draining. Tomorrow someone else will be out with I guess other equipment to see if the water will drain. The sink, vanity and pipes are only 3 years old. But Travis was very kind,and explained everything and sorry he was not able to solve the problem. Not his fault. Lets hope the problem is resolved tomorrow. Thank you.Today 1/7/25 David Vaughn came out from Sila to clear clogged drain in my bathroom sink. David was very kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. Explained everything to me as he was working and trying to clear the clogging.The problem entails more work that would be costly to me but right now I dont have the means to have more detailed work done with pipes and taking out walls and floors. I will live with a slow draining sink for now. I would highly recommend David Vaughn if you ever need plumbing work done. Thank you David.

    Sila service contract highly recommended & our AC is thankfully back on & going strong after new coil installed for free. Brother team T & T (Tuan & Tim) did a fantastic job! As always, Sila technicians are always so hard working, for hours, so polite, wear the booties over boots, do a great job to clean up workspace & to explain the work completed & did a beautiful job & everything runs great! You canā€™t go wrong with Sila. Matthew Deal also did an incredible job diagnosing the issue, backdating the warranty to cover a new coil, so for a few hundred, we saved a few thousand and we are very satisfied. Call Sila, you deserve the best!

    We had maintenance on our old unit one day and it turned out the 50 year old unit had finally died. The next day they were able to put in the new unit. They were on time, did great work with the install and took the time to explain how it worked and what needed to be done to maintain it. This is our first experience with Sila and were very happy.

    This was a correction for an issue that had not been appropriately addressed. Sila stands by its workmanship. It corrected the issue today. The techs were thorough and ensured proper alignment of the bottom pan. The original pan was too large and interfered with a door. The smaller pan is perfect. Thank you to Lam & Tran for correcting the issue. Thank you, Sila, for standing behind your work.

    I had the pleasure of working with Elias Melendez. He was very nice and knowledgeable about his craft, and also about the issues with my furnace and fixed my problem right away. He also gave much needed information to the questions asked. Also was nice enough to give Martin a call to come to my home, the same day, to give quotes on a new system. These guys were awesome, I will using them again for any services I may need in the future.

    We had Sila install our new heating system. Our old heating system failed over a holiday weekend, and Dino was out the same day. They were quick to order the needed parts so we could have heat. They assured us that they would install it as soon as the parts arrived. On the day of the install Vince and Dylan stayed for as long as it took to install so we had heat that same day. Vince even stayed a bit longer to walk us through the new system. We cant thank Sila enough for their work and service!I will also mention that we had minor work completed a few months ago, and the customer service and work was exceptional! Kevin was great to work with, and walked us through all the options for the work we requested.Overall, we would highly recommend Sila!

    Matthew was absolutely excellent! Our other heating company told us it would be 3-4 weeks before getting the heater back up and running (35-50 degrees outside). Matthew solved the matter with a temporary fix which is now blowing out hot air until new part comes in. Truly the best technician out there! Makes Sila look so good, weā€™re hiring them as our primary HVAC provider. Sila also services Geothermal heaters ā€” rare! And exactly what we needed. Donā€™t call anyone else ā€” Sila will get it done!

    Sila is always a great experience. They are always quick to respond to requests for service and very helpful in accommodating your schedule. In particular, Mir did a great job in quickly addressing my needs, and he was communicative, prompt, and efficient in getting our split system back up and running. Wouldnā€™t recommend anybody else for heating, cooling, or plumbing services.

    Start to finish my experience with Sila has been incredible. I have a Briggs and Stratton generator so finding a company who will even service my generator was a struggle. I spoke to Jasmine on the phone and she took the time, on her own accord, to see if there were any current deals she could offer me and set me up for an appointment the next day. They give you a heads up 45 minutes before they arrive so you dont have to wait around all day. The technician arrived and diagnosed the problem which was my battery. He informed me of exactly what was going on and was completely transparent on the price. Since Briggs and Stratton is out of business there is always going to be issues finding parts but after my approval he went to auto zone and found a battery he could creatively do what he needed to do to make it compatible and within moments everything was up and running again. I live in a very old house and anything I service always takes some creative thinking and trouble shooting, so I generally shy away from companies simply because they tend to tell me I need to replace everything or if they do fix something they will not guarantee the work. Sila had hands down the best price, they gave me a warranty on the battery even with Briggs and Stratton being out of business and the battery being a different brand. They gave me a 10% discount for signing up for a yearly service contract which is $20 something dollars a month, covers the service when it comes around and they keep track of when you are due and call you to schedule...thats what i am talking about! This is a company that works like the guys that I hire to fix anything else in my home who own their business but with the perks of a cooperation, like I get a warranty on the work and get on a schedule I dont have to keep track of...but they trouble shoot, are transparent with pricing and are incredibly fair, which, in my experience is very rare with a big company. I cant recommend them enough.

    Sila was the best! We called them out to troubleshoot a problem on a mini split air-conditioner unit they did not install originally. Their price was 30% less than other quotes, and were able to determine that the unit was still under its manufacturers warranty. In our case there was no charge for the needed parts. (The other guys conveniently did not mention it.) Admittedly it was a hassle getting the parts, and we saw several technicians as they tracked down our underlying issue. However, Chris, Jamel, and Nabeel were all knowledgeable, professional, and totally accommodating. Communication with the office was also great. Amazing service, amazing price.

    We had mini-splits installed in 2020 and one of the pipes was originally put in a less-than-ideal spot. Jimmy and Aaron came and were able to move the pipe so that it can be between the houseā€™s brick exterior and the drywall. It was only a few inches, but it took a full dayā€™s work. Through it all, they were clean, courteous, and happily answered all of our questions!Edited to add: a few times, weve had Mir come to do the maintenance included with the warranty, and today he spent 5 hours at our house. He took each unit apart, cleaned the inside pieces, and installed air scrubbers to prevent the insides of our units from becoming dirty. We have 3 cats and various construction projects, so our units need to be like Mir: very high-performers!

    Our A/C went out 3 hours before hosting 25 people at my house. Sila had someone out here in 10 MINUTES! They got us working and everything worked out. Canā€™t ask for better service than that! Weā€™ve been with Sila for many years and this is exactly why we stay with them. Thank you Sila for always taking care of our family!

    I hired this company to install a heating system in my house and a water heater three years ago, they did good job, but recently they are disorganized in scheduling for their customers, When I call they advise me to schedule online and when I do that and call one day before to confirm they said the scheduling system is not working and they need to reschedule fir a longer appointment . This is disappointing. The technician arrived today 12/18/23, his name is Matt, he did great job, I received a call from Sila and they apologized for the inconvenience about scheduling issues, those guys care about their customers and their reputation, today I contacted Corey from Sila, he is great, put mr on the schedule, Joe came in and did great job.10/24/24:Andrew did great job, very professional, respectful and knowledgable , thanks

    Went away on vacation and came home to no AC. Feared the worst considering the age of our system amd that was confirmed by the wonderful technician dispatched same day by SILA (John). John was able to quickly confirm my suspicions about the fate of our unit amd was able to walk us through options for replacement. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and took his time in assessing our immediate needs while addressing future concerns as well. We will likely be moved forward with a complete new, high efficiency dual fuel HVAC system from SILA because of John. Highly recommend!

Mr. Adams worked efficiently and diligent at handling the review of our system to secure locating the cause of our previous reason why our air suddenly stopped working. He was thorough and professional, educating us about our system. Sila sent our technician first thing in the morning to resolve the issue, which is truly appreciated during this heat wave. All was resolved.

    The technician, Nick, was terrific. I was not happy with the effectiveness of the new AC system installed last month, but Nick took the time (and pains) to explain everything to me in terms I could understand, specifically why the system wasnā€™t cooling the area as well as I had expected. Iā€™m still not necessarily happy, but I now understand that it is not the fault of the AC system. I would highly recommend Nick, thank you.

    Edward was amazing and he took time to diagnose the potential issues. Previously other technicians worked on this issue but the problems were not solved.     Nabeel finish a vent seal that was incomplete from the install of a humidifier that was added to the hvac system a couple weeks ago by Sila. He also added duct insulation that was supposed to be installed as well. I appreciate him listening to my concerns about the need to keep the basement dehumidified .
