    We woke up early on a Sat morning and found a water stream in our basement the first night after moving in to our house. Our sewer injector pump had gone bad. We couldnt use any water or flush toilets. From the timeTaylor came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. I found them on Google and called. The last who took my call was so friendly (I cant remember her name). She put our order in. Taylor was who came out to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Was able to get it fixed within a couple of hours. Very thankful he was able to get it fixed so quickly. Will definitely call them for future needs!

    We selected Professional Plumbing Solutions to repair our Septic system.Our entire septic system stopped working and Professional Plumbing Solutions was able to come out immediately to assess the problem.Reuben Fowler was the technician that came to our home.He was very personable and we loved his EXCEPTIONAL service and were very impressed with the level of thoroughness in repairing our septic system.He took great care in diagnosing the problem and took his time in explaining clearly to us exactly what needed to be done.     I cannot say enough about Professional Plumbing Solutions! I was referred to them by a friend and they turned out to exceed my expectations. Their customer service at the office is wonderful, prompt cal backs and I even asked to speak to the owner Matt several times and he either answered or call right back. He made sure this job which was a nightmare from the beginning being a new homeowner went as smooth as possible. The techs were so professional and the team that came to do the job was just awesome, professional so organized. Matt told me all that would happen when the techs came and it was all completed even better than I imagined. Being a new homeowner & having the sewer line needing to be replaced was a lot to deal with but they were so patient while we dealt w insurance, and switching dates and just any inconvenience you can imagine on my end due to no fault of my own but they worked with me & made it happen as soon as they could. I now have a brand new sewer line outside and new pipes inside and such a professional neat job! I can’t say enough about Matt and his techs, 5 stars isn’t enough. I know I will have other plumbing needs in my future and they are on speed dial!     When David came to give an estimate of repair to our outside faucet that was leaking when used, I was at first very negative about even going any further with this consultations. David changed my whole perception by being honest and helpful with telling me that we could hold off for a while, until we were financially able to move forward or even offer us a payment plan. But also telling us that right now the leak is contained to the faucet and could be more costly if the leak were to expand. He went even further to offer a Club Membership with his company that offers more incentives for discounts on services and materials for services. So after hearing my discounts I would receive with membership (cheaper than non-member) I signed up and was able to have repair, inspection on all my plumbing through out my home and a hot water heater flush with future suggestions for a worry free plumbing, costing me less than original quote.David Robinson was my tech, very honest, informative and thorough with understanding everything. I cannot express highly enough the value of this representative of Professional Plumbing Solutions, he is worth his weight in gold. I will always ask for David to be my plumber when needed.     This company was recommended to us by our close friends. Were glad they did! Michelle was so friendly and accommodating with getting us setup and getting us scheduled for service! David and Carrol were our techs today and they did such an amazing job with repairing and replacing the piping under our kitchen sink! They were very open to our inquiries about our other concerns and they impressed us with their knowledge and expertise. Their recommendations were very much appreciated as well. They were very efficient and they walked us through the whole process and gave us detailed explanations of the estimates. Overall, very satisfied with their services!     I have used Professional Plumbing Solutions twice with Reuben. He gives great customer service to his customers and does a great job. I had my sewer line replaced last year and no problems so far. Currently, had a bathroom faucet replaced after a big leak. He called to let me know he was coming and arrived on time.     I called on Monday, October 16, and spoke with Michelle who couldn’t have been nicer and helpful. She answered my questions and gave me hints about what not to do until my appointment on Tuesday.The technician, David Robinso, called me Tuesday afternoon to say he’d be at my house in 45 minutes.He arrived with a trainee and proceeded to look at my toilet. Since the toilet had fixed itself,! I decided to get a supplemental water heater for my bathroom shower. He installed it and also did a courtesy plumbing inspection of my house. He explained everything and made sure that everything worked correctly before leaving. He said that if the toilet started acting up or the water in the shower wasn’t hot enough, he’d come back and not charge. The company gives senior discount and military discount. You can use only one. I’m very pleased with the service and will recommend them.

    I called the office around noon and spoke with Michelle who was friendly and helpful. Reuben & Nick were here within a couple of hours- so grateful for same day service! They were both very friendly, polite, and professional. They were even conscientious of having clean shoes before entering the house.     Professional Plumbing is a lifesaver. After extensive rain, I realized that my sump-pump was on the fritz. One call to Professional Plumbing at 3pm on a Friday, and Charles Ballard arrived within the hour. Charles was beyond friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Unlike most trade solution businesses, Charles was certain to explain my options from all angles - discuss likely price points - and pros/cons of each. My sump pump was fixed in 30 minutes, in addition to a few other minor checks and balances that Charles did as a professional courtesy.     I called up at 8am on a Tuesday with a 14 year old cold water heater. These fellas were at my home by 1:00pm that same day.. They quickly assessed my situation and wrote up three different options for repairs or replacement. They gave me their professional opinion about how to proceed. I made a “big boy” decision after asking my wife and replaced the aged out water heater with one right out of their truck.. old one got cut out, new one went in. Not a drip of water on the floor anywhere… Having to pay for a new water heater unexpectedly just sucks. This was as painless an experience that could have been had. It is really appreciated.

    Okay, everyone, gather round for the epic saga of Reuben, the Winter Warrior of Water Heaters, from Professional Plumbing Solutions Inc.! On a day when the snow was piling up faster than likes on a cute cat video, Reuben braved the Arctic tundra (okay, just Virginia, but still pretty wild) to venture to our humble abode.Armed with nothing but his trusty tools and a can-do attitude that would make a motivational poster jealous, Reuben kicked the snowstorms butt to get to our water heater on time. He wasnt just on time, he was like a superhero who heard our water heaters cry for help.Once inside, he dove into the heart of our water heater like it was a damsel in distress. He inspected it, changed its filters, and flushed it out with the skill of a plumbing ninja. I half-expected him to give it CPR and bring it back to life like in a dramatic medical drama.But the real showstopper was Reuben himself, a guy so cheerful and friendly, youd think hed just won the lottery. He made plumbing talk sound like stand-up comedy, and Im pretty sure our water heater even chuckled a few times.In the end, Reuben didnt just fix our water heater; he warmed our hearts (and our water) on a snowy day.     Our 1-1/2 year old septic tank had been giving us problems & the company who installed the system wasnt fixing it completely but was leaving us $285 bills each visit.I called Professional Plumbing Solutions & we have had the best service ever. From the lovely lady in the office (sorry, I forgot her name), Michael, Josh & Steve have all been excellent. Josh did the initial diagnoses with a helper (sorry, I dont know his name) he had. Michael was there too working on it. Steve & his helper came back & relocated a new junction box outside the pump tank on a post so it wouldnt get moisture inside again.They care about their clients & give wonderful service. We wont use anyone else.

    I called Professional Plumbing Solutions to have my sump pump fixed and have my tankless water heater serviced. Mr. Josh Hayden was my technician and not only was he on time, I received a message from the company and Josh letting me know that he was on his way. Impressed is not the word for my experience with Professional Plumbing Solutions, it’s more like completely blown away. Josh was extremely knowledgeable about the work to be performed and explained everything independently in detail and ensured that I understood so I can decide if I wanted the work done. Mr, Hayden not only did the work but was extremely particular about EVERYTHING including going back out to his work vehicle just to get spot ties to arrange the cords properly which was beyond reproach.     Amazing service!! I originally called another plumbing company because my water heater was leaking in the evening and I did that know that Professional Plumbing had evening services. When the other plumber arrived, he tried to sell me all these add on units and all these other services when all I needed was for him to take out a water heater and put a new one in. They were also 5 hours late. I just decided to get a 2nd opinion. Professional Plumbing sent out Jared, who was amazing!!! He was early for the appointment time, he spoke in away that I understood what needed to be done and I didnt feel pressured to buy anything extra. This company was also $400+ cheaper than the other company. Jared removed the old water heater tank for me and returned the same day after I got a new one. Again, he was early to our appointment time. I didnt have to wait around and wonder if anyone was showing up, I felt my money was going to a reputable place, and everyone I talked to at this company was very friendly and caring. I will not use any other plumber from now on!!!

    Chris in the office is very sweet, nice and kind! Very comfortable speaking with him about my repair and or asking for updates on when my technician would arrive, even just calling in with a general question!     Our technician (Mike) and the lovely phone rep (Hope) were both phenomenal. Very fast and accurate service which is why they are my go to for any and all plumbing issues with our retail location. Mike was very knowledgeable and precise in his work, staying on task without fluffing the information or cost. Would 100% recommend Mike (and Hope) along with the rest of the team.EDIT/ADDITION:Called Monday because of a new issue at our retail site. Our technician Josh called ahead of the appointment time and advised he could be on site in about 10 min. Arrived promptly and assessed the situation. Was absolutely professional and quick to diagnose the issue. Provided a quote which included to total work to be done with no surprises at the end. I said it a year ago and I’ll say it again; there is NO ONE else we will be utilizing for our plumbing needs other than Professional Plumbing Solutions.

    The team from professional plumbing solutions were just that, professional, quick, and efficient. After calling multiple plumbing companies and finding out there are a lot in the area who DON’T service customers with wells I was worried that I would be stuck with subpar service due to professional plumbing solutions being the only company I could find who did service wells.I am so happy with the team who came out. Not only did they actually show up when they said they would, but they found the problem within 20 minutes! They were so knowledgeable they had several solutions for us. They were also very helpful in our decision making process, understanding our families needs and providing the best solution which worked for our family. I will most definitely be using this company for all my plumbing needs.

    I recently utilized PPSs services to correct a poorly done plumbing job (by a different company) that was resulting in periodic episodes of the pipes separating and semi-flooding the kitchen cabinetry with backed up water. Christian was fantastic. Near the end of the service, I commented on his skillfullness, especially for someone whos only been at this for 4 years, and he said he received excellent training for his position. It shows. He very patiently explained what was done wrong with the initial work by the other company that was leading to the periodic leaks. He repeated himself as many times as I requested to understand complicated parts of the issue. He was excellent at figuring out what was going on behind the walls and other places, like with the septic system, that cant be seen, by using several different methods I wouldve never thought of. He wore coverings on his feet and immediately put a mask on when he saw that we were wearing masks. He was very friendly to talk to. He gave me his initial impression of how the problem should be corrected, which made sense and wouldve cost several hundred dollars. When I asked about a simpler, less correct solution he agreed that he could do it if thats what I wanted, and explained the downsides (essentially water sitting in my garbage disposal all the time and potential clogs, due to height issues with the initial pipe installation). He wanted to investigate beyond his initial impression, and used the aforementioned techniques to determine that an even more complex fix was needed for a correct fix because the current setup, once fully understood, precluded the initial fix that seemed possible. He was very clear to understand and it made sense at every step. I decided the full fix was not worth the (understandable) cost it would require (PPS costs seemed reasonable, it was just a poor initial setup that wouldve required tearing up floor, drilling into basement concrete, etc.) So we went with the lower cost partial fix. The job was completed in about an hour and is so much more professional than the initial setup. Christian was clearly motivated and dedicated to his work and I will request him if I need work again, although I would feel confident in working with other technicians from the company as well.

    These guys were really great. I had an issue on Friday, and the office staff was able to schedule me in during normal working hours so that I wouldnt get charged the emergency repair charge.When Jared, my technician, showed up, he was extremely professional. He listened to all of my concerns, looked at everything, and was able to diagnose the problem and come up with the best fix. He also took the time to answer my questions about how the house drainage system is so that I had a better understanding of how everything works.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that has plumbing issues.

    David R. of Professional Plumbing Solutions was hands down the most courteous and thorough plumbing technician I’ve ever dealt with, pinpointing (including with a stethoscope) what at first was feared to be a major underground leak between the roadside water meter and residence. It took a lot of detective work, but in short time a far less serious issue was discovered and fortunately resolved.

    Outstanding business!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. Technicians came out diagnosed the bad well pump and failing pressure tank quickly, and were able to start work the same day. The guys worked late to ensure that we got our water back running after being out for 2 day over the holiday, and even improved our pressure and flow over what it had been. I couldnt be happier with their work. Christian, Josh, Tom, Jared, and the owner were all very easy to work with and went to great lengths to ensure that everything was done not only quickly, but correctly.     Outside faucet would not turn. Jared Snider, the technician determined that the faucet needed to be replaced after water pressure test showed a leak in the wall. He had to cut the wall and did a superd job at that, replaced the faucet and pipe. He cleaned up and you would never know he had been to my home, except for the cut in the drywall. I highly recommend Professional Plumbing Solutions and especially Jared Snider. A very polite and professional youngman.

    This company was just awesome. After dealing with the contractor that my home warranty company picked for three weeks, I finally got permission to choose my own. Professional Plumbing Solutions answered their phone right away (which made me strangely happy based on dealings with the previous company), set up an appointment in fairly short order (though it had to be bumped when I lost power to my house), and showed up ON TIME!Michael was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and his apprentice (whose name was Christian, I believe), identified the problem instantly and had it fixed within ten minutes. Note that the issue was something that the previous company looked at and completely missed. Since I still had time left for my appointment, they did a quick assessment of the plumbing system in my home without upping the price, including labeling my master shut-off and some other important bits. And the fee for the initial visit / work was more than reasonable.Seriously, this company was just first class all the way, and Ive bookmarked their website for future work.

    My septic tank high level alarm started sounding at 8:30 AM. I called Professional Plumbing Solutions at 8:40. Reuben and Dan were at my house at 9:15. After quickly determining that my pump had failed, they set to work replacing the pump. The job was done by 1 PM. This is why PPS is my go to provider for all my plumbing needs.     Micheal and Christian came out to add a refrigerator water line. They explained all my options very clearly. They came back to do the work and did a great job. I have used Professional Plumbing Solutions several times and have always been happy with the work and the people who have come out.Just had Steve come out for a faucet repair. Another great experience. Fast, friendly, and never had any problems at all with the work. I have no plans to shop around for a new plumber any time soon.

    We had very odd plumbing issue and had been struggling to find a plumber in our area, last minute, and been without a sink and washing machine for weeks.     My husband and I called this company to help us with the water smell in our house after we have had a water tank fro several years and it seemed to have not been working any longer.     Professional Plumbing Solutions installed exterior waterlines and hydrants for my RV pad and boat dock at my home in Colonia Beach, Virginia. From the very first contact I had with PPSI through the completion of my project, they exemplified their company name in many ways....professional and solutions. Everyone from the front office staff that answered my calls, to the scheduler, to the plumbing technician, Gerad, that came to my home to evaluate and plan the project, my expectations were greatly exceeded each time. The communications was always positive and thorough and they kept me informed every step of the way during my project. This was an extensive two-day project that I could not have run behind schedule due to other personal commitments. When the technicians on site performing the work encountered a significant problem that could potentially delay the project, they immediately informed me, contacted their management, who came out on-site immediately, and outlined for me a game plan to resolve the problem. However to resolve it was going to require getting a very specialized part that was not available locally and would require searching the eastern U.S. to find the part, which they did in North Carolina, 4 1/2 hours from my home in Virginia. Rather than delay my project, the owner, Matt, came out on-site and talked with me and his team and informed me that he was personally going to drive to North Carolina to pick up the part and deliver it to his plumbing technicians to complete the work on-time. I must say working with PPSI was the most positive experience I have ever had working with a contractor and they repeatedly and greatly exceeded by expectations. The work they did was for a fair price, their plumbing technicians, Gerad and Josh, were outstanding and did an excellent job with completing this difficult project. I give PPSI my highest recommendation as a company that stands by their name, Professional. Gerad and Josh arrived on time each day, in professional attired and conducted themselves a true professional manner that should they clearly take pride in their work and their company. They explained the completion of each step of the project and made sure I was fully satisfied before they moved on to the next phase. The workmanship was flawless and their ability resolve the problem they encountered was remarkable. Not only did they solve the problems, but maintained calm and professional the entire time.     After having (2) plumbing companies to our home for septic alarm issues - PPS was recommended - I was impressed and pleased - Steve came out he was on-time, polite, knowledgeable, stayed in touch with his company for questions, kept me informed and explained everything including options and $$ amounts. This service call lasted longer than either of us expected and I know their afternoon schedule had to be rearranged due to the issues we had.     We moved into our new Home in August of 2019. The house is connected to municipal water and we noticed immediately there was a difference in the quality of the water from our old home serviced by a well. However, the cpvc BEHIND my outdoor water spicket snapped when I was using it today, and began to flood into my basement walls. She advised he may be able to make it earlier and rather than assuming, asked if that would be ok so as to work with my schedule.     One thing I can say without a doubt is the workers are very professional and polite. The company in general was very responsive, called and sent a picture with a short bio of the worker that was on the way. One thing I cant confirm is their pricing.     The water pipes in the crawl space almost froze last year, so we had PPSI re-route the pipes away from the outside walls. We also took this opportunity to replace the old galvanized pipes.     They are always prompt and most of the guys are really knowledgable. However, their pricing has always been an issue for me. $150 to have a guy LOOK at a wet spot - he didnt touch a thing...a leak that he insisted was a shower/tub until my boyfriend pointed out the hot water heater. (The technician was ready to have us tear apart the bathroom.) They have done good work for me in the past (Ive never seen this new guy before), but they get away with charging higher-than-normal prices because they have no competition in the area. ***UPDATE*** I have added another star as Matt, the owner, contacted me after I had called the office upset and agreed to only charge the dispatch fee and reimburse the rest. He stated that it is standard practice to discuss all fees upfront (which didnt occur) and he will ensure that all technicians are well versed in this policy moving forward.
