If I could give them 10 starts I would in a heartbeat!They came in first thing in the morning in a response on an emergency call, fixed the main waterline within 30 -45 min. I have been calling only them and will continue to support their family owned business!The man of the hour JoJo, he is a rock star!!

Our old water heater went out and we reached out to three local plumbers for quotes. Tony Herce was available for same day or the next day, and was also the cheapest option. Not only were their rates reasonable, but they even gave us some options to save even more, such as buying the water heater ourselves from Home Depot, and scheduling a free pickup from Waste Management for the old heater so we didnt need to pay the commercial disposal fee. Just over 2 hours after calling we were all setup with a brand new water heater installed and running, with a total cost of less than half what the other plumbers would charge for the flat rate water heater installation.

The staff at Tony Herce were prompt and professional coming out to the home the same day as my call and completing the work in a timely manner. Had a water heater go bad at my condo. It was a holiday. Called around the island but only Tony replied. Didnt have to wait. The water heater was replaced by Tony who knows his job very well. Price was right. Job well done.
