My hot water heater went out unexpectedly . Called George’s and he was out that day! He looked at our situation, which was not a convenient and easy one as you can tell by my pic. My water heater was in a very unusual spot and it was a small area- had to cut drywall to get to it! George communicated what it would take for them to complete, price( reasonable for our situation) and was out the next morning to complete! His team were the most professional and left everything tidy. George’s plumbing is my plumber moving forward! He is a professional ! Even our guests said they loved his demeanor and how professional he was and were surprised to see it be done so quickly! Thank you George and Team!

I really appreciated his honesty and I’m glad I decided to give him a try. At the end he offered a free multi point inspection to make sure everything else was working properly. Home Depot could not figure out how to fine the turn off valve to the water leading to the fridge. Joshua, the plumber sent over by George’s plumbing, found it in under 10 seconds he tested that it worked properly and it does so he said no charge. I was pleasantly surprised and happy that I wasn’t charged for the incompetency of Home Depot. I will most definitely use George plumbing in the future and will refer them to others.

Leak Whisper. No doubt. 8 GPM leak since Nov. All indications were below slab leak. George came and started listening. I asked if he needed sounding equipment. He said no for this. He started listening. About 1/2 hr of moving from here to there. Looking in access panels. He finally abounded we needed to expose a wall in the bedroom. We cut a hole and there was the main line. I was seriously impressed. Cut hole bigger and found two lines running underground. He capped off one but leak remained. He capped off 2nd and leak stopped. Great service done by George’s plumbing, had a couple other plumbers come out to find a leaky pipe I had and had no luck after a few hours and said they’d be back the following day. I decided to go another route and call George’s plumbing, they were there same day and Bill one of the plumbers found the leak within half an hour and explained to me why the leak occurred. All in all couldn’t ask for anything more, thank you

On a island where contractors act more like pirates than professionals, Georges Plumbing was a breath of fresh air. Bill Stockdale came out to replace a failed toilet flange on some degraded cast iron pipe. Fixed the issue in an hour and charged me accordingly. Unlike some of the other plumbers on this island who have tried to charge $600 to replace a shower cartridge. Good to know there is at least ONE honest plumbing company in Key West. Thanks Bill!!!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I own a hair salon and my sinks were put in improperly by the previous owner. It was excruciatingly painful to use them as time went on. I put off calling a plumber as long as I could because I was scared of the estimate. George came in to fix another problem (which he fixed in 30 seconds after four other plumbers couldn’t figure it out hired by my property manager but that’s a different story). The estimate George gave me was great and then he did the entire project of moving my sinks to another wall and making them perfectly ergonomic Without any damage to the floor or the walls in TWO DAYS. George was extremely creative with the installment of the pipes. Aesthetically, his work is beautiful and extremely well done. After using the sinks one time I nearly cried from relief. I’m so happy I don’t have to work in pain anymore.
