Ive had Franks Plumbing do jobs for me at previous residences and they always responded quickly, and provided me prompt and efficient service. So I naturally went back to them for jobs at my new house. In 2020 they installed a tankless water heater to replace my aging and bulky tank heater (which the previous owners chose to locate in the master bedroom closet). Franks crew were fast, efficient, cleaned up afterward like they were never there, and didnt charge an arm and a leg like some plumbers in this town do. So for the past several years Ive had the use of my energy efficient, immediate demand tankless water heater, with no muss, no fuss, and saving me lots of space in my closet, and more importantly lots of money. More recently, I contacted them about a problem with a shower. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and came out to fix it. And today (3/7/24) they came out and repaired a broken water shut-off valve. Always prompt, courteous, and professional service!Thanks Franks!

Couldnt be more pleased with our service today. My wife and I arrived home today to find out main line all backed up. When we called Franks the phone was answered by Sandy who was completely helpful and curious. She knew we needed assistance fast and had two guys to us within a half hour. The two guys came and were polite and very professional. Within an half hour they had us back up and running and the problem was fixed. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house better than it was found. They went around to all the bathrooms and sinks and made sure everything was working correctly. We highly recommend Franks for any plumbing needs and will use them again in the future.

Great overall experience with Frank’s! The woman on the phone was super pleasant, scheduled us for just a couple days later (when some contractors in KW have been giving lead times in multiple weeks). Bill called ahead to let us know he was en route, was right on time, very friendly, got right down to installing the new kitchen faucet we had purchased, answered all my questions (some relevant, some not 😊), and even took away the old faucet for us. Charge was totally reasonable for the service and amount of time. Thank you guys!

We called Franks initially to install an outdoor water valve. The night before the appointment, our kitchen faucet stopped working. While here they were also able to get a new one installed. Were so thankful that they were able to fix the faucet without having to wait and make a different appointment. They were very helpful and did quality work. We also felt that the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely use Franks Plumbing in the future.

Frank’s plumbing has been exceptionally accommodating with a recent complex hot water tank(s) issue at our home in Key West. I truly appreciate the professionalism, prompt attention and expertise that my husband and I have experienced with the entire Frank’s staff. We have used them on numerous occasions and recommend them to neighbors and friends. Following the install of a new tankless heater, my husband accidentally punctured the new water line in the attic. I immediately phoned Frank’s and Bill came to our rescue amid water pouring from the ceiling. This truly was an emergency on a Sunday afternoon. The puncture was promptly fixed and all will be fine after a bit of drying out and some new sheet rock on the ceiling. Catastrophe avoided. Thank you Frank’s Plumbing!!!!

Bill and Franklin installed a new Toto lavatory - A total joy to find enthusiastic, attentive and knowledgeable plumbers. The installation of these new electrical fittings is not the easiest but they knew exactly what to do. They arrived on time and were made sure everything was left in perfect condition.

After we moved to Key West 2 years ago we had an issue with the tankless water heater. We called multiple plumbers and Franks was the only one that called us back. We have leveraged their services on multiple occasions and they are prompt and do a great job and won’t use anyone else!

I cant recommend Frank’s plumbing enough. I had a busted pipe leaking out into my bathroom wall. Brandon came out and looked at it at 9:30 at night and it was fixed the next day. Sandy at the office was a pleasure to deal with. Brandon also was able to save out tile by going in through our sons closet and he had great recommendations for the next step of repairing the drywall that had gotten wet. Price was very reasonable as well. I’ll be recommending them to my friends.

I have always enjoyed their fast service and personal attention. We cant say enough about Franks. Absolutely fantastic service. We have called multiple times for leaks, drainage problems, and everything in between!!!! Brandon and Frank are great and so patient. Even after I accidentally poured coffee down the drain while Brandon was under the house with the drain open. We have called on a friday afternoon for a leaky sink and they come within the hour. They truly are a LOCAL COMPANY that has LOCAL ROOTS and they are accountable, professional, and will not let you down. They stand by their work and will not take the easy way. They showed up early and had everything fixed quickly! The fix was faster and cheaper than expected, and Frank explained our options in the future when we decide to replace the water heater. Great service, and I appreciated them wearing masks as well. Well definitely use Franks again.

I have previously used this business to correct plumbing problems and install a new water heater. When I called the business, Connie was courteous and professional when determining what services I required and scheduling the service visit. This is the only business I would call for plumbing problems.

Our downstairs neighbor knocked on our door to tell me water was dripping from her bathroom ceiling; NOT what anyone wants to hear! Called Franks Plumbing & left a message. Got a return call in about five minutes from a calm, patient woman who said shed get someone over as soon as possible. I told her the water had been turned off at the toilet, so it wasnt an emergency. Next call I got from her was that one of the guys would be at our condo at 1pm. I left my husband to deal with it, & a couple hours later, the old, broken, incorrectly installed toilet was gone, & a new, properly installed model that my husband got at Home Depot was in its place. Many thanks to the great folks from Franks Plumbing. Everyone was knowledgeable, patient and helpful.

Due to my inclination to DIY as a new homeowner, I attempted some plumbing work--restoring hot water to a guest shower--just before family was to arrive on a weekend. Naturally, I made it worse by rupturing a pipe in the process. I was forced to shut off water to the house. I called Franks and his wife Sandy was sympathetic to my plight. They promptly came out and made the repair, saving us from a weekend with no running water. Theyve since come out a couple times to make various repairs. They are a great local company that is doing their part to help out people in this area following Irma. No more DIY for me, Ill call Franks!
