Received call at work that my meter box was bubbling up. Called FKAA (came out) and they stated it is on my side so I would need to call a plumber. My son said right away to call Haskins. It was 3:30pm and I had no water, called and spoke with Tommy, he was so kind and professional. He reached out and had someone in Big Pine within the hour. I got home from work in Marathon, and they were working so hard to get this fixed so that I would have water. Excellent Customer Service and very caring. Water meter was at an awkward angle, but they diligently worked at it until they were able to get the job completed. I am very grateful that the concern was my water being restored and not the fact that it was after 5pm. Thank you so much!!!! Great job!

Best family owned, local company with awesome customer service and does the job correctly. They went above and beyond to contact the city and let them know the issue was on their side and to make sure they get it taken care of ! Highly recommend this company for all your needs!

Haskins Plumbing came to our house within 1 hour after I called them do to a Water Heater that was leaking. Within two hours the Water Heater was replaced with a New One a Top of the Line Unit. They picked all the mess and removed the old Heater. Excellent work !!!!

We called Haskins Plumbing at 9 am. sharp this morning, when they open. Someone immediately answered the phone. We asked if they could, at very short notice, come and replace the toilet flush valve in our master bathroom anytime today. Their answer: Absolutely! What time works best for you? We said....under the circumstances....we will be happy to get ANYTIME! They said....How does 2 pm. sound? We said great!At 2 pm. sharp.....one of the plumbers was at the door.....and BOOM! Within a few minutes.....our toilet was flushing again!You cant beat THAT for service. Enough said.

HASKINS RESPONSE TO NEGATIVE REVIEWThis is a response to the negative review posted recently by Olaf. We greatly appreciate every call we receive and while we do our best to accomodate everyone, it can be a challenge. Clearly there was a misunderstanding in scheduling an appointment. The earliest we had a technician available was at 10:00am however, that was not acceptable. As a result we did the professional thing and suggested another plumber. We are very sorry that we have offended the reviewer since that was not our intention. With over 25 years experience, we are here to serve you at the best possible time. We hope this review helps and look forward to hearing from you.

We were very impressed with the young man that came to fix our toilet on Sunday evening. He was very courteous, efficient and thorough. He had a great attitude and worked hard to resolve the issue. We highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again if needed.
