In life “crappy” things happen and during those times, especially in the Florida Keys, it may take you a while to find someone to help you in that situation.Well Jacob is absolutely outstanding, we had 7 guests at our place and had a back up in multiple bathrooms. He graciously rearranged his life for an after hours, 4 hour service call, that didn’t end until almost 2am.100% Professional, Kind, Understanding and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE.We manage multiple properties in the Lower Keys and we look forward to having future relationships with this company.Thank you again for the outstanding job.Sandee and Montie

Jacob is now our plumber! Our tankless water heater stopped working. I thought a plumber is who I should call. The guy who installed it years ago was MIA. Jacob came out over Thanksgiving weekend (apparently plumbers’ busiest time!) and quickly determined it was an electric problem not a plumbing issue He was so kind, efficient and helpful! He is our guy now for all things plumbing.
