    Life savers. These people are punctual, quick to communicate, and very knowledgeable. We just bought our first house this year and they made a bad situation into a weight off of our shoulders. I cant thank them enough for being so helpful and overall honest, wonderful people!

    Tony did an amazing Job!!! I had some significant Clogging that caused issues in my Pipe connected to my Kitchen Sink, Toilet and Bath Tub. After less than an hour, my issue was solved. He protected my Bathroom floor and attached my Toilet back in pristine condition. He really went the extra mile and explained everything he was doing and gave me great advice. He was friendly, reasonably priced and he showed up on time. I have referred him to Friends etc.

    I was very impressed with the Sewer Guys from start to finish. A rental property that I manage had a clogged kitchen sink that we were unable to clear ourselves. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and seemed like she likes her job. The job was done promptly, pictures and invoice were uploaded to the work order in my system with notes. I would highly recommend them.

    The guy was here for ten minutes, super nice and our sink works! Loved his confidence “you have 30 days to call back if it doesn’t work, but I know it will so you won’t have to” he was fabulous😂

    We had water backing up thru the basement floor drain. I called and spoke to a very friendly receptionist. The technician was able to get to us in about an hour. I explained what I had already tried, and he found the clog in the main sewer line right away and was able to clear it. Even though we were in the basement, he still laid down a trap to keep the area clean. I would definitely recommend The Sewer Guys to clear your clogged drains.

    We had a clogged kitchen sink drain and I called the Sewer Guys and got a very nice receptionist who said Tony could be out in an hour. Well, he was and took care of the issue in 10 minutes. And he had a great personality and explained everything he was doing. I would definitely recommend the Sewer Guys.

    He arrived quickly and assessed the problem right away. He gave me a quote (actually 3) and explained what and why things needed to be done. He was dressed cleanly in his uniform and put booties on as soon as he entered the house. As soon as I approved the work, he began. He impressed me quite a bit regarding his promptness, ability to explain the work clearly, completing the job and cleaning up so nicely. I will call him back if needed.

    I contacted The Sewer Guys about a sewer line clog and Tony was out the same day to get the problem taken care of! He got all the tree roots out of the line that were built up over a long time. Very reasonable price and did a good job!

    I called at 7am with a backed sewer line and they were out by 9am. The tech removed a small mountain of tree roots and was respectful, professional, and pleasant. They were very reasonably priced, and back their work with a 30 day warranty. 10/10 would call again.

    Had a drain backup into our basement on a Saturday and within an hour of calling he was pulling tree roots out of our pipes. Super friendly, professional, answered my questions and took the time to wipe down the floor and pipes he was working on.     Called The Sewer Guys on a Sunday night and they called back within MINUTES. Set up an appointment for Monday the next day, which they showed up early for even through a snow storm. Within minutes the tech had the clogged drain unclogged, cleaned up, and even finished fixing my sink for me. HIGHLY recommend The Sewer Guys!!!

    After discovering that our water heater wasnt the culprit in the case of water on the floor, we determined that the drain may be the mastermind behind this caper. A local plumbing company recommended The Sewer Guys to us and Im glad they did! Professional, easy to talk with, complete, and willing to stand behind their work. What more can you ask from a contractor!! And yes, the problem was the drain ;) Not anymore!!!!

    First time using this company. Tony showed up promptly at 9 am. The sewer line from basement to street was clogged much worse than anticipated and he was here longer than he planned. He assured me he just charged per service, a very reasonable $155. I am 60 years old and this was one of the best service experiences we ever had.
