    Called on Monday 11/27 about a significant leak in the kitchen sink drain. They quickly discussed the specs with me and gave me an estimate on the price.Jess worked with me over the phone and was able to get someone out to my house the same day. She was very professional and her communication was top-notch.Scott came out to get the job done for us, and he was awesome! He was prompt, skilled, and professional as well. Upon completion, he even looked at some other plumbing work that I need done in the near future and began setting up plans for that as well. We will definitely be return clients and we will be asking for Scott again.My out the door cost was less than half of what another company had quoted, but the quality of work was still fantastic. That speaks to the integrity of the business that they are being fair and reasonable about pricing rather than shamelessly overcharging like some other businesses do. All said and done, I am very happy with the work they did.

    Crane has always treated me right. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I have had them do multiple services including a reverse osmosis filter and installing a gas valve on my natural gas line for an outdoor grill. Jess is always very communicative and all of their guys are professional, timely, and polite. The prices are competitive too!

    Would give 10 stars if I could. Weve had Crane Plumbing install our water heater, toilet, bathroom sinks and replace old pipes over the last several years. Theyve consistently done great work and have competitive prices. Brandon is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. Jess is super kind and always lovely to work with. Highly recommend!

    I was very impressed with their customer service. I had called because my hot water heater wasnt working properly. They were super busy that day but said theyd call back the next morning, which they did. I explained what was going on and they came right out and quickly solved my problem. They were very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a plumber and if I do, I will definitely be calling them again!

    Our water heater went out because of a sump pump water backup because of lost power Tuesday night. The water heater locked out and would not start. Brian suggested to try to reset it and was going to research how and get back with me. Next thing I know, Brian is in the driveway to reset it. He went through the procedure and it started up. Better news of all, he didnt even charge for the call. Brian believes in doing business the old fashioned way, honestly and efficiently.

    Update! Had them out again today and they are just such a remarkable company to deal with. They go above and beyond my expectations. I could not recommend them more.Great experience...from the first call, they were exceptionally friendly and pleasant to deal with. Supposed to be here between 9-11. They called to reconfirm at 9:05, done and out of the house by 9:45. Super friendly and professional. Craig was wonderful! Reasonable and great work!

    Crane Plumbing is fantastic! I was looking for a good plumber in the area and based on reviews decided to call this company. I couldnt be any happier with that decision. They are very responsive, on-time, and very knowledgeable. Brandon and Julian came out to fix a water pressure issue. Brandon immediately got started, located the problem, and fixed it. He was completely transparent with me throughout the process and gave me several options to choose from. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or sold on what they thought was the best option.Also, Jess (the receptionist) is great! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to any calls or email inquiries that she receives.Thanks again, Brandon and Julian! Dont hesitate to use these guys, theyre the real deal!

    We had a leak below the vanity sink. The compression fittings were completely rusted and broke when I tried to shut off the water.I called Crane and Brian answered right away. He was able to give me a rough quote upon sending him some pictures. He called back right away and let me know what it would cost at the worst case. I found his quote reasonable so I asked to be scheduled right away. Even though they didn’t have any openings for another two days, they took my details and committed to call by 11 am to let me know if they could possibly fit me in the same day.I got a call from Jess at around 11, confirming their tech would be over within the hour and he was promptly here at noon. He cut and replaced both the copper supply lines, flex tubes and the compression fittings all within an hour or so. Their prices were very reasonable. Everybody that I dealt with at Crane was very professional and courteous. They quality of work was excellent and they are very reliable.I would highly recommend Crane plumbing in Kenosha.Thank you Brian, Jess and Brandon for your prompt responses and taking care of us today.     Thank goodness Crane Plumbing exists. My old water heater began to leak and fortunately for me, I called Crane Plumbing. Within 45 minutes of making my call, I had two highly professional technicians in my driveway with a new water heater. The water heater was installed under 3 hours of making my initial call. Truly remarkable! Everyone at Crane Plumbing was top notch and I cannot thank them enough.     We have worked with Crane twice now. At this point they have replaced all the drains in our old house between the 2 times we had to call them out in the last 2 years. Both times Brian, the owner, came out and gave us an accurate very reasonable quote. This last time Brandon and his apprentice Jamel came and did the work within a week of getting the quote, and they were fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything very well and walked us through our options as they worked and uncovered issues. We also got a great recommendation for dry wall repair that turned out great. If you need plumbing work do yourself a favor and call Crane!

    We had an emergency situation where we couldn’t shut off our hot water. I looked online and it said they were closed for the day but I thought I would try anyway and Jessica answered. She listened to my story and I could tell she felt bad for me so she had me speak to Brian. Brian said he would come out even though they were closed. He would come out just to see if there’s anything he could do. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem within 15 minutes. They didn’t have to do this for me because they were closing for the day and they were going to be closed for the holiday weekend, but they went out of their way to help me and I can’t be more appreciative . I highly recommend you give Crane a call if you ever need a help with any plumbing issue. They will always be my first call.

    Highly recommend. I started a project that should of taken a half hour, I ended break the cold water line that runs to the bathtub. My problem quickly escalated beyond my knowledge. Without Cranes quick service Id be a fish out of water. Theses guys literally saved the day. Professional, quick and decently priced. A+

    I needed a bathroom faucet and a kitchen faucet to be installed. A friend recommended Crane. Craig did a great job doing both. He was neat, efficient and personable.     No exaggeration to say Crane Plumbing are lifesavers. While here for routine cleaning of tankless water heater, Craig let me know that he smelled gas in the basement and told me what to do about it. WE energy found 4 serious gas leaks and turned off gas to the house. Craig came back next day, fixed all the leaks, walked me thru the work to reassure me, and made sure all appliances were back in service. Jess in the office was fabulous with quick scheduling for both the normal and emergency work. On top of everything, their prices are very fair, best I’ve experienced in this area.Can’t thank Crane enough, customer for life (which will go on longer thanks to them).

    This place was booked the day before a holiday weekend and I had a continuous leak in my kitchen. The front desk receptionist Jess took down my name and told me she would call if anything opened up. She ended up calling a few hours later and had something open up and sent Scott a plumber over. He did a great job and didn’t stop until he was sure the problem was fixed. He also found another leak under the kitchen sink and fixed that one as well. Great service and I would recommend them again!!

    Hired Crane Plumbing to repair a leak in the faucet to my basement laundry tubs. It was a Friday during the holidays and they were very busy, so couldnt come same day. They gave me an appointment for the next available day and phoned when they realized they would be a few minutes late. Craig was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He put up with my sometimes naive questions & comments with humor, and repaired the faucet despite my interruptions. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again when I need a plumber.

    I had a very leaky bathtub that was loud and wasting a considerable amount of water. I had over four plumbing companies come out and none could fix it due to an older valve model. Crane was the fifth. They fixed it quickly, cheaply, and professionally. I cant recommend them enough.

    We had our hot water heater go out over the weekend. This could of turned into a big mess with water, but we were able to follow Brian Crane instructions to drain the tank. Brian installed a new hot water heater on Sunday. I can not thank them enough for their prompt attention and professional and friendly service. They installed our last hot water heater in 2013 - it lasted 11 years ( 6 yr warranty) I hope this new one lasts me just as long. I highly recommend Crane Plumbing for all you plumbing needs they are top notch in everything to do. Thank you so much.

    I had a problem with the temperature of the water in my bathtub. I called Crane Plumbing to set up a time for them to come out and repair my bathtub. The person I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to come out on short notice. The next day, a technician Craig came on time, very knowledgeable, friendly, and cleaned up after himself. He replaced the defective part within a half hour. The price was 1/2 the cost I have paid to other plumbing companies. I will definitely be calling them again.

    Great experience. Showed up right on time after calling to confirm. Had new shower faucet installed that I purchased from local store. Faucet was missing a part and installer was very sympathetic (even though it wasnt his fault). He got as far as he could and showed me how to finish once the part was delivered to me.

    So they came out and did awesome work. The guy was real friendly and very honest because I wanted him to replace the interior of my toilet and he found a small fix that saved me a lot of money.     Shower valve became so stiff that it became VERY difficult to turn off. Called Crane Plumbing because 1) they are a local small business and 2) they have very good reviews. Jess was so friendly and understanding when I called. They did not have any scheduled openings until the following Monday but Jess said they would try to work me in on Friday (the next day) if some time became available - which it did. Craig arrived and quickly took care of replacing the internal valve components. He also, was friendly, helpful and efficient. I will definitely use Crane again when plumbing work is needed.

    The Crane plumbers installed a new water heater and shower mixing valve in my home yesterday. I cant say enough about the high quality work they did and what nice, courteous guys they were. The final price came in well under their quote, which was thousands less than the big plumbing contractor in town. And their office manager who did the quote over the phone was so nice and professional! I will definitely use them again!

    Crane was the second plumber I had to call after the first one botched a job.     I couldnt be happier with the owner, the staff, the work performed and the price. If you want your work performed by licensed, union professionals this is the place to go. From my 1st call to Jess for an appointment to Brian (Owner) not only providing an estimate but explaining all the work to be performed, to Scott and Craig performing the work, it was all 1st rate. When the work was completed the only evidence they were there was the new pipes. To top everything off they finished the job early and came in well under the estimate provided.
