    We have used Econo Sewer and Drain a few times over the years. They have always been very kind, efficient and professional. Recently we had an issue that the city needed to address once Econo Sewer finished their work. Econo Sewer was very helpful in alerting the city to what needed to be done. This made it possible for, what to us was a major issue, to be completed in a short time. Thank you Econo Sewer!!! 😃👍🏻

    This not being the first time Ive used Econo sewer and drain and again they left me absolutely amazed at the quality of their work! attention to detail, fair price, up front pricing, state of the art equipment, and employees that not only know how to use it. but they care about doing the job right and taking care of your property. My service tech was David W. and I know the gentleman that trained him Adam. and he did a great job! they will always be my first and last call whenever I have a problem.Gary D

    If you have a sewer problem, this is the place to call. I was up all night because of sewer backup. Literally, everyones crap was coming up into my condo from the main line. I called all these 24/7 plumbers with good reviews, and either they werent available or they gave me a time, and didnt show 😒 With Econo after leaving a message they called back early and showed up right away when they said . Adam was very kind and helpful . He sent Kevin, who did a great job. Kevin also had respect for my home . You can trust these guys when you really need HELP... They were great and told me the next step to take as far as Restoration because this all happened in my furnace and water heater room where there was a vinyl floor cut around the furnace so it went under the vinyl. What a mess, and it really stunk, too. I truly hope this never happens again, and now I have to deal with trying to get reimbursement from association because it wasnt a personal plumbing problem it was a main line backup of everyone elses crap. This is the negative about having a condo and association. Will see if theres justice here with association. As far as Econo, I added them to my call list just in case I ever needed them again cause I know I can rely on them and theyre very good. I must say, though, I pray I never go through this again.

    WE have a large building with several bathroom locations this past week we had two different problems .The technicians were very professional . They could have over charged me but when they started investigating .They changed from the expensive remedy to a less but just as effective solution. They gave recommendation for maintenance for less problems which we moving forward to completing. WE have you the company the company when needed over the past years .Keep up the good work.

    I woke up to a clogged bathroom sink and immediately called Econo and talked with Adam. He had Matt to my house within the hour! I explained to Matt the situation and he quickly came up with a plan to fix it and shared the cost to fix it right up front. Matt kept me updated throughout the fix and made the process quick and easy. He was very professional and gave me tips to keep it from happening again. I could not be more pleased with the service from Matt, Adam and Econo in general. Highly recommend them for any plumbing concern you may have!

    I recently had a clogged floor drain in my basement that was backing up, and I called Econo Sewer and Drain for help. David and Troy came out to fix the issue, and they were fantastic!     Used Econo drain for the first time. I was impressed with crew they sent to clean out the drain. Simon and Karl answered all my questions and were very friendly and professional. They cleaned up after they were done leaving no trace that they were there. Awesome, definitely would recommend.

    I have used them twice in the past 2 1/2 years to unclog both my sewer lines of over 30 years of gunk, and have been more than pleased with the results. When my one clogged up again I called, and the man that answered the phone was very pleasant (not good with names), looked up my previous service to see if any extenuating problems were noted then which there werent, then told me I should expect a call from a tech within a couple hours. It was probably 15 mins. later when he called and told me he was 15 mins away. Again not good with names, but the tech was awesome! He offered to bring in my packages from the porch since Im housebound with an injury, explained the process to me, hauled in his equipment and got to work. Came back upstairs and told me besides a clog there were some tree roots, and educated me on some tips to keep the sewer from backing up again. We then chatted for awhile while he had my sinks running in the basement to make sure everything was flushed out and working correctly. He then went back down and cleaned up whatever mess was made. Very nice and personable man, and I highly recommend Econo for cleaning out your sewer lines!

    This the third time weve needed assistance with home sewer drainage, and the third time weve call Econo. When you have drainage backing up, you dont mess with that, you want it done quickly and done right, and thats why we continue to call Econo. I called at 8:30 on a Monday morning, spoke with a very friendly and understanding lady who asked a couple of questions then told me theyd have someone there this morning. Their guy arrived before 9am!Matt was professional, personable and friendly, I explained the situation and he got straight on with the job. He also explained the billing, at which I was pleasantly surprised, stating that I expected it to be a couple of hundred more than that. Matt got the job done quickly and even gave us advice of what to try for any future issues before calling on their services, and that is great customer service, and great customer service brings repeat business. As mentioned, this is the third time weve called Econo for sewer related issues, I should put them in speed dial!Great job guys, thanks for helping us out again and again!Mark Fitzpatrick

    This was the second time I had to use them, Simon came out and performed a hydro jet cleaning with video. He found an issue with a collapsed pipe, and had it not been for the locator tool, I would have been in trouble. They more than likely saved me thousands of dollars. Simon was very professional, and excellent at his job, walked me through the process step by step as the camera was going through explained what was happening. I recommend Econo Sewer and drain to everyone. I wont use anyone else. They are great to work with, they care about us Veterans and the dont just say it, they show it.     Highly recommend!!! We had an emergency weekend blockage, and from the first answered call late on Saturday afternoon with options for emergency service, to the scheduled 8 am Sunday appointment with promise of a call before their arrival (which happened!), to our plumber, Simon, everything was fantastic. Simon was courteous and knowledgeable. We have an old house with a lot of historic woodwork, and in carrying equipment in and out he was so considerate with doorways, stairs and furniture. The companys focus is specifically for this kind of problem, so their equipment is compact, efficient, and precise. My husband described it as the first company who showed up with truly the right equipment for the job. They also do a thorough job, cleaning not just where the blockage is, but all the way to the street for every job. We are definitely calling them for any issues in the future and would highly recommend!

    Just before going away on vacation, I ended up with a clogged sink drain. I was sure my plans would be toast. I tried one drain cleaning service phone number only to get voicemail. I then contacted “Building Waters” who put me in touch with “Econo”.My call was answered promptly and the receptionist said that there was a crew in my area and she passed on my phone number. Within five minutes, I received a call from my service techs, Justin and Karl who told me that they’d be at my home in ten minutes.True that. They showed up on time and had my drain open and running in less than a half hour. Great service, clean and tidy work and personable technicians. I highly recommend “Econo” and while I hope I don’t need to, should I need another service call, I will definitely call “Econo”. Top marks!

    I had a sewer back up on a Sunday and called for emergency service. Jayce responded very quickly and I was surprised at how fast he arrived. He gave me an honest estimate that gave me a choice in how to handle the issue and the problem was solved within a short time. He was also amazing to work with and so helpful!     I was very pleased with Econo. Simon and Brian were very professional, kind and curious. They thoroughly explained to me what they were doing to fix my sewer problem.     Having endured enough frustration with a slow draining kitchen sink, and thats after using preventative solutions periodically over the years, it was time to get a pro in to scrub the pipes. We called Econo Sewer and Drain who dispatched Simon who reviewed our pipe setup in the basement, and did some assessments of the sink itself and plumbing under the sink. Ultimately we requested a service that had Simon use a camera and more precise cleaning tool to scrub the pipes. Simon worked diligently and thoroughly and encouraged me to come watch the camera to see what was in our pipes. An hour or two later, it looked brand new from the cameras view and the drain was working as expected again. Thank you Simon and thank you Econo Sewer and Drain!

    We had a backup in our sewer system the day before Thanksgiving and Econo Sewer and Drain was able to have a service tech named Jace come out within that hour to service us. Jace politely explained all the options and costs very clearly and thoroughly, was able to clear the line of tree roots causing the issue and did a great job cleaning up after himself. I also found the costs to be very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

    Spoke with Adam, very polite and efficient. Simon and Brian showed within 10 minutes of end of phone call with adam. They were all very polite and knowledgeable.     Where do I even begin. 3 days ago my wedding ring accidentally got flushed down the toilet. My heart nearly broke. After having 2 other plumbing companies come out and give me the run around; I called Econo in desperation. After the initial service call I was just devastated; being told my ring was not located. I wasn’t ready to give up; not yet. So the search went on for several hours yesterday and nothing. My heart just broke. I prayed to the sewer GODS and then came Pete.Pete came out today; I explained the situation and he did everything he possibly could do. As I paced back and forth he came in and retrieved my ring. The amount of tears and emotions I had were indescribable.I can’t even begin to explain my gratitude for the effort that was put into locating and retrieving my ring. It was very special to me; and I am still calming down from this emotional event. I couldn’t have been more grateful and appreciative. Thank you so much Pete. You really deserve a GOLD AWARD.     Econo Sewer and Drain is hands down the best place for drain cleaning services. Charlie and Adam are always polite, professional, and responsive. I’ve used them several times in the past and their work is top notch. The technicians always clean up after themselves and do a great job explaining what they did and why the issue happened. The last techs who came out here were wonderful! One of them even replaced the toilet tank button on my toilet for me. 11/10 stars.

    I cannot recommend Econo enough! I have contacted them for sewage backups in large buildings and they have always been responsive, friendly, and get the job done the first time they come out! Their techs are always so easy to work with and help you understand what caused the issue and how you can prevent it in the future. I can count on Adam or Charlie to answer the phone with Hi Amanda, how are you! and the ease of talking with them is both professional and overall great. I recently had David complete service at my property and in the many times he has come out, he always has exceptional customer service and does the job well! Unfortunately, my issue is due to the old plumbing and how it was installed so its not an easy fix- but I can always count on Econo to be there in my time of need! 1000% recommend!

    I have had this company out 3 seperate times. Every 2 years I need my sewer line routed out due to a massive tree in my front yard in addition to normal use. Everytime they have gotten to me same day, price is really good. Team is respectful, work hard, informative, and they cleaned up afterwards. Very impressed with this company and would recommend.

    I called about a blockage in my main sewer line a gentlemen named Charlie answered he was awesome and very polite he said it would be about 30-60 minutes to get some guys out they were there almost instantly maybe 10-20 minutes after I spoke to Charlie. Rod and David were the guys who came out they were awesome super friendly and informative they cleaned everything up when they were done thoroughly fixing everything! The price I was quoted was the price I paid and it was reasonable! My sons loved talking to them while they were here thank you so much for your service and being so polite!Good customer service! We need more people like you guys! I would recommend them and will call again in the future for any plumbing needs that arise

    I heard about Econo Sewer and Drain by referral that they are the best drain contractors around. Simon and Jace arrived at my house and explained everything they were going to do. When they had my sewer cleared out they called me and showed a video of the camera going through the clean pipe. They took pride in their work like they owned the company.     My wife and I have been working with Econo since the day we purchased our home 10 years ago. Charlie and his crew came out scoped our drain tiles to give us an idea of the condition; it was great to have the video and the file to keep on record. We call about every 1.5 years to have the drain tiles rooted and Econo is the best; their price is always the best value, they will come any day and time of the week (trust me), and their staff is always kind and patient.     We had a sewer backup happen after 5pm on a Friday night. The office told me a technician would call quickly and they certainly did. Pete was the employee on call and came out within 25 minutes to help. Very professional and helpful. I can’t recommend this company enough if you are in a jam.     This company is amazing! I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. Not only is their team there when they say they will be, but they work quickly and without any disruption to the house. I use them religiously every 2 yrs to do root removal from our drain pipes and every time I call Charlie knows who I am and what house I am. I really can’t say enough about how much I appreciate their services, friendliness, professionalism. I highly recommend using them for All your needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 5 stars isn’t high enough for this company. I give them 100 stars!

    Dave and Carl came out first thing this morning and fixed two clogged toilets. I called this morning and they came out a half hour later. Very professional and service was outstanding.     What a great experience it was working with this company!! Our sewer was backing up into our garage and home. Absolute s%$@ show! Literally! 😔 Dylan came out immediately (couldnt find another available service 6 calls prior) and started working on the issue. After 5 hours (its 11:40 pm) and multiple issues along the way he maintained a great attitude and overcame every obstacle with determination. This guy is great at what he does and phenomenal with customer service and people skills. 5 hours in our garage and basement and we felt comfortable throughout the entire process! Highly recommend Dylan and Econo for quality, service and definitely a reasonable price! 5 stars all day!!

    Thank you Pete!Excellent service, excellent price! We were having some not so pleasant issues with our downstairs bathroom. We tried over and over to fix it ourselves, trying to save a buck, but just couldnt break through. We called Econo Sewer and Drain after reading their wonderful reviews and now kicking ourselves for not calling sooner. Our guy Pete was here 10 minutes early, told me what the problem was, gave me the price (which was very reasonable) and went right to work. He had everything running great in about half an hour. He cleaned up after he was finished, answered all my questions and gave me advice. I wish I could give this company and Pete 10 stars! I will definitely be calling them with any plumbing issues in the future.

    Picked these guys (for a clogged/non draining bath tub) solely based off of the previous reviews and was not disappointed. Charlie and his crew were extremely professional/friendly throughout the entire process and worked with me around my schedule.     Of course, only our sewer would backup on Valentines Day night! Called Econo Sewer & Drain and spoke with Lori. I explained what was going on and that we have a special circumstance- my Mom is a Hospice patient and we have nurses. There would be no way we could tell them not to use the bathroom! Unfortunately they were very booked (in fact no one could come until the next morning) but, if someones schedule cleared up they would get them here. Out of desperation I started calling around- everyone else was booked. Within 45 minutes Justin from Econo called and said hed heard we had an emergency SO grateful to hear his voice. And, as soon as I got off the phone Lori called back to check in. I could not be more happy, grateful, pleased and relieved!!!! ♥

    Steve repaired a clogged drain in our basement in a very timely and professional manner. He went above and beyond to make sure that all the problems relating to this issue were solved. The cost was also reasonable and we were offered a year long warranty in case we experience any more clogs with the drain. I would definitely recommend this place as they were very helpful and eager to help us even when we called them on a Saturday.

    We had our main sewer line back up 3 times in the past year. The first two times I cleaned it out myself (Im not a pro but I have a good idea how to do it). The third time I called them because of their high ratings and good reviews. The tech came here (I think his name was Craig?) He was able to clean everything out and take a video down the drain. Confirmed no cracked pipes or partial collapse, but did have tree roots. Extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable when I asked him any questions. Though the services seemed expensive, you definitely get what you pay for. Side note: dont use Charmin toilet paper since they dont break down as they should and cause clogged pipes.

    Words can not express how impressed we are with Econo Sewer and Drain of Kenosha. We were experiencing backups to our basement floor drain and toilet and needed service quick. I called on a Sunday evening, and within 30 minutes, a technician arrived and diagnosed the problem. The estimate was super reasonable and provided to me via iPad for signature. The work was completed in under an hour (cleared sewer drain to street) and the work site was completely clean after. My clog was explained in detail and the technician answered all of my questions.     The City of Kenosha had me call them to unclog our sewer drain which has been giving us problems for many years. They unclogged and found a problem with the pipes in the middle of our street by using a camera.     I was very pleased with the prompt and straight forward service. They kept me informed through out unclogging my floor drain. In the end I felt like the information that I was given was solid and made good sense.     The 4 inch corrugated underground drain pipes, serving some of my gutter downspouts, were blocked and overflowed during a rainstorm.I called Econo Sewer and Drain Weds morning and David and Kori were there by noon.They saw what the problem was and hydro jetted the corrugated drain pipe from the source to the outflow and then backwards again. This relieved the blockage and water drainage was restored.Then they hydro jetted a second corrugated pie backwards from the drain site and it too quickly flowed clear water.I highly recommend Econo Sewer and Drain to anyone needing Sewer or Drain work.     I had a larger national company come out and unclog my drain when we had a sewage back up. They then gave me a ridiculous estimate for repairing the pipes in my house even though they did not have video evidence for me of what they needed to repair. I then had issues with the toilet and they again came out and claimed it was all due to the pipes, but again did not get video evidence to support their high price tag. I had Econo Sewer And Drain (Pete and Simon) came out to check the status of my pipes. They were able to video the entire system and tell me all of the things that were going on with my pipes as opposed to the other company. They also confirmed that I would not need this large job done on my pipes. Im thankful that there are still honest companies out there that are not trying to just take money from people who are in a bad situation.

    I called this morning because I have been having issues with my sewer and the water in my floor drain coming up every few months. Other companies can out and I kept having the same problems. Charlie was professional on the phone and i was really impressed when he said he could have someone out today as my experience in the past has been having to wait in the least a few days to a week. Adam and Justin came out today and were extremely professional and talked to me about what they were doing every step of the way. The tree roots are finally fully out of my sewer and I have so much relief. The price was reasonable and I dont mind paying for the peace of mind that I have now.     Our drain was clogged, I spoke to Charlie and was able to have Adam out first thing in the morning. He was VERY professional when he came out and explained everything. Extremely considerate on not leaving a mess. From start to finish he was done in about in hour. I had another plumber out the day before who wanted to charge us almost $500.00. Thats when I saw the good reviews on ECONO and gave it a shot. They beat the competitors price and cut it nearly in half, and stand by there work.We will definitely use ECONO again.

    Charlie came to save us from a backed up basement sewer within hours after we called him. He did a wonderful job clearing the tree roots out of the sewer all the way to the street, and you could watch the progress on the laptop from the mini-cam.
