Seeing as how I seem to always need plumbing services around Christmas time…. these are ALWAYS the guys I am going to call. Today was not my first service call with them and I am sure it won’t be my last 😮‍💨 with that being said the whole company is just amazing! From the receptionist to the technicians everyone is just so friendly and kind. I can’t remember the name of the girl but her customer service skills were top notch! She was the sweetest! My plumber today was Pete … Plumber Pete I mean the name says it all…. He fixed all of the problems I encountered in a very efficient time frame. And that was that! No extra non sense -gave some suggestions and things I should keep an eye out for the future and most IMPORTANTLY didn’t leave me broke as a joke during the holidays! I will always recommend this company over and over!!!!! Great job to the whole team!!!! Happy Holidays!!!!

I recently had Kenosha Plumbing install an up- flush toilet in my downstairs rec-room. Ryan was the installer and very professional. He explained everything that needed to be done, and the approx time it would take. Im a person thats not easily impressed but I am with Kenosha Plumbing. Rates are also very reasonableI. I made it know to Ryan that any and all my Plumbing needs would be with Kenosha Plumbing, and him doing the work.

Ryan did an outstanding job replacing both cartridges in our tub/shower and even replaced the handles for us. His expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Fantastic. Ive needed them for three jobs -- clogged sump pump, leaking sink, and leaking toilet. Each time, I couldnt be physically present. They worked great with my tenants. They communicated well with me. They got a tech out to fix the toilet leak during a canceled appointment so I didnt need to wait an extra day for service. Everyone is friendly. What a great business.

Ryan from Kenosha Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. He was clean cut, knew what he was doing, cleaned up after himself, and answered all of my questions. He even was able to troubleshoot and fix a troublesome toilet that was not even part of the original work order.This is the third or fourth time I have used Kenosha Plumbing and will definitely consider them again for any future household plumbing and HVAC needs.

From start to finish this company was amazing. They were so nice. The tech who came was friendly and even gave me some extra knowledge on my water heater. Im very happy with the work performed for me by Kenosha Plumbing. They were easy to contact and schedule my service call, and very upfront about their pricing. A couple other places I contacted wouldnt disclose their pricing until I discussed the issue with their service technician.Ryan and Michael arrived on time and started diagnosing the problem I was having with my tankless water heater. Part of their process is getting on the phone with the manufacturers tech support. Unfortunately, the wait time was about 90 minutes to talk to someone. Thankfully, they have another knowledgeable source who they were able to contact right away. Because there were multiple possibilities as to the source (or sources) of the problem, they were forced to try replacing several parts until the issue was resolved. They came well prepared and had all of the parts they needed in their truck; no running back-and-forth to the shop or supply house. I also want to thank them for explaining their process and the issues to me. I like to learn from these experiences, and to that end I watched over their shoulders as they were troubleshooting and making their repairs. They are both really nice guys and explained everything to me as they worked.Lastly, I know plumbers tend to charge a lot, but I honestly feel Kenoshas charges on this were extremely reasonable, and I would definitely call them again if the need arose.

Mike was very polite, punctual, quick and professional. Kenosha Plumbings price was fair and competitive. The job entailed installing two sump pumps. My only concern is that they did not use a brick under the pumps like the manufacturers instructions mentioned. Per the manual, this could void the warranty. I think I might call them to share my concern. The pumps are lower than the old ones and therefore run more often than they did before. All said, I would trust them with my next job.

Great service!!! I called on a Monday and Katie was able to get me in on Wednesday. I had to go back to work on Thursday. She was so very nice on the phone. I texted her pictures of my issue so she could pass it along to the plumber coming to fix the problem. He was very nice and explained what he was doing and also showed me. Very pleased with the service from Kenosha Plumbing!!

Dishwasher wasnt draining properly. Kept draining through the overflow valve. Called Kenosha Plumbing. Spoke with a very nice and professional woman. She was able to get me scheduled for the next day between 1-2pm! They called the following day and were able to get here about 2 hours early. Upon arrival, the two guys that showed up were super friendly and very professional. They explained what they were going to do and afterwards how they fixed it and what to expect. They were done in about an hour and the dishwasher drains great now! The price was very reasonable and less than I anticipated. Would highly recommend this company.

We called on Monday, they were here on Wednesday, on time. Good communication; made sure before they got here to review the issue and ascertain what was needed. Did the job quickly and well, and the charge was very reasonable. Karus was very professional, and explained what was going on as he worked. Cleaned the work area very well, too...much appreciated! Would recommend, and they will be first on our list, the next time we have a plumbing issue.Update, 2/20/24...we had to have our tub spout/shower diverter replaced. Emailed Kenosha Plumbing. They responded quickly, and it was easy to set up an appointment. Will was on time, courteous, friendly, and had a new unit in hand, great match to existing fixtures. He installed it quickly, left everything tidy, and the price was reasonable. Still giving them 5 stars!

Had a gas leak detected by WE in the AM, called and left a message before business hours as I was wanting to get the ball rolling on repair as quickly as possible. On the return call I was blessed with a same day service call !! Cody and Rick arrived right on time, were friendly, professional , expedient and made the repair then made sure there were no leaks and everything gas was in proper working order. Highly recommend the team at Kenosha Plumbing. We discovered a water leak under our kitchen sink over the holidays. One call, a few texts and very nice guys showed up to evaluate the problem. it was a quick diagnosis and they waived the OT fee for the 5 min visit. We quickly scheduled an appt and they arrived on time, installed the new sink, and off they went. looks great! they were quick and responsive. The lady who calls to confirm appts is the sweetest and we are so appreciative of their services and professionalism.

I called Kenosha Plumbing to fix a clogged tub and replace the drum trap with a P trap. Due to my work schedule, I needed them to get the job done first thing in the morning before I left for work. They showed up on time and got the job done with an hour to spare! As if that werent enough, since they were only there an hour they charged me more than $100 less than I was quoted! I cant recommend them enough!

In the process of selling our home, the buyers home inspector told them our home had marginal water flow and recomended getting it repaired by licensed plumber. We contacted one local company who has a large presence in the Kenosha/Racine area and they came in and quoted us for all new piping. Never tried to troubleshoot or make any alternative recomendations. He barely answered any of our questions at all...just walked around saying we wouldnt like his response. We were concerned with that and contacted Kenosha Plumbing. Right away on the phone we were given recomendations and told what the issue may be. We scheduled an in home estimate as required by our realtor and Tim and Katie came out and were very honest and straightforward, no ballpark quotes to rip out walls and repipe our entire home like the other company recommended. It can be hard to find honesty and integrity with so many trying to find the next job but I definitely had both with Kenosha Plumbing and would Highly recomend them to anyone.

Awesome service from everyone. Have now used Kenosha Plumbing twice. The first time, we were able to get someone out to give an estimate for our insurance after a pipe burst in our basement. Once we were ready to have the pipe replaced, scheduling an appointment was very simple and the plumber that came out, Cody, not only was personable and professional but did a fantastic job and was quick and walked me through everything he did before and after. Also made note of a possible future issue that I never would have noticed. Will definitely use again.Called again to have the above mentioned issue fixed, and this time we dealt with Karus, who was again incredibly professional, courteous, and completed the work in an incredibly timely fashion, which was great as it required the main water to be turned off but the quick service made it an incredibly minimal interruption.Even the main contact in the office (I believe her name was Katie, which makes sense), was incredibly pleasant to speak to and got us scheduled and taken care of in a flash. Cannot recommend Kenosha Plumbing enough.

Wow, honestly cant say enough good things about our experience with the team at Kenosha Plumbing! What started as an issue with a shower handle falling off on a Friday exposed quite the headache. It turned out that that the shower handle stem had been cracked at some point before we moved in, thus the handle not being able to be secured. We called over to them at 330 Friday afternoon and Katie from the company swooped in a saved the day big time! She had us take some pictures to diagnose what they would need and then sent over a team of two twenty minutes later. We had our parents flying in on Monday so it was a real life saver getting the guest shower fixed before they got here. Dylan and Christian showed up, very pleasant and professional, and informed us they were going to have to cut a hole in the wall to access the pipes but needed time to do the install. Katie once again prioritized us and got them back out on Monday morning to get the job done. They even called to see if they could come early! We had Dylan, Christian and Rick and they got the whole thing done, all new pieces installed and our shower accents installed in under two hours. Thanks so much to this team for saving the day! Will definitely use again and 100% recommend.

I generally wont write reviews. But we had occasion to use them twice in the last week, once for a new water heater for another member of our family, and once for a non-emergency sink repair. Both times they showed up as scheduled, and both times did their jobs promptly and cleanly, were polite and actually charged less than the over-the-phone estimate. Wouldnt hesitate to call them again.
