We consulted other plumbers, but one didnt respond and the other said wed likely have to replace our entire water heater (residential) and told us to figure out what the warranty was on a tank brand he didnt recognize. We knew what the problem was and didnt think the entire tank needed to be replaced.... 🤔 Zoom Drain came, checked our warranty for us (which wasnt an easy process), tracked down the right part, and was able to come fix our water heater very soon after the part arrived - instead of replacing everything. Hooray! We saved $700 compared to the plumber who said we needed to replace the whole thing and a lot of headache. Zoom Drain is easy to communicate with and takes good care of its customers.

I called Knighton Plumbing after a giant gush of water broke through our ceiling downstairs below the laundry room. A technician arrived the next day and investigated the leak. He was very professional and thorough and clearly explained what he found and answered all my questions. He suspected that the drain pipe was plugged further down the pipe and was backing up into the floor drain and then spilling over into the ceiling below, so we scheduled a jetting of the pipe. The Zoom Drain technician who arrived the next day was also very professional and thorough when he came.Unfortunately, that evening after he left, the drain overflowed again and dumped water all over the kitchen below. I was frustrated and felt like perhaps he hadnt gone quite far enough when he was jetting, so when I called Zoom back later, I expressed my frustration that we would need to pay for another jetting when they hadnt done an adequate job the first time. The person I spoke with at the office responded very professionally and said they stand by their work and answered my questions and listened to my concerns. The next day the owner arrived at my home along with two technicians and they spent a couple hours further evaluating my plumbing. It turned out to be a much more complicated situation than originally thought, but by the time they left I was confident that the pipe was totally clean and we had resolved the actual cause of the leak.I was very impressed with my entire experience with Knighton Plumbing and Zoom Drain. They were up front and honest about pricing, responded promptly, treated my home and family with respect, professionally and competently completed the job, and followed through until I was satisfied without extra charges. Their prices were competitive and honest - no gimmicks or upselling. I will definitely call them again when I have plumbing needs, and I feel confident recommending them to others.

I just had a wonderful experience with this company! They were immediately responsive to my phone call and set a time slot for a technician to arrive. He arrived on time. After diagnosing the problem, his explanations to us were very clear. The price was reasonable. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently. I called before they opened and got back to me immediately. They showed up right around the time they said. Turns out it was the owner that came out and did the service. They went through every step, giving me every possible solution and happy to take the little steps before going to the biggest. They even ran back to their shop to get a better and brand new nozzle to ensure they got every root out possible. Great company and seem to love what they do. Very pleased with the service and will recommend to anyone looking for GREAT quality plumbers.

We were having multiple problems with our toilets and when the situation became dire, we were so relieved when they were able to send someone right away—within just a few hours of our call. We decided to replace our toilets rather than repair them (they were so old), and they were able to do that right then. I couldn’t believe how fast everything was done from call to completed project. I didn’t bother calling around so I can’t speak to their rates, but they seemed fair, and it was so nice to just have everything taken care of so quickly and professionally. They hauled our old toilets away, cleaned up after themselves, and left everything working and looking great.

We were without working plumbing for 2 days just before Christmas and had been put off by another company for both days. Zoom Drain was recommended by folks I trust and they were the best!! The guys showed up on time, explained our options and tried to do the best they could with what the homeowner would pay for (we are renters). The cheapest fix didnt work and I ended up having to contact them the next day which was Christmas. The owner JaNae surprisingly got right back to me ON CHRISTMAS!!! She sent her wonderful hard working guys back out first thing the next morning. Again, they were on time and compassionate to our cause. Then they spent almost 2 hours making sure the drain was as clear as it could be to give us a better chance going forward as the drain pipe has 2 bellies and needs to actually be fixed instead of placing an expensive bandaid on it like the landlord insisted they do. The level of customer service with this company is worth every dollar! They will be my first call for all my plumbing needs and my recommendation to family and friends! Josh and Jake were professional, clean and even moved my washer back and hooked it up so I could start on the laundry that had backed up. Absolutely 5 stars!

One of the technicians offered a solution to keeping the drains clean of bacterial build up, which was appreciated as we live in an older home and still have some metal pipes.I will call this company again the next time we have a plumbing issue. Both of our Moen bathtub/shower faucets began leaking after years of great service. We researched the needs for repair and learned we only needed to replace the inner workings that came as a unit that needed to be removed (preferably with a tool designed for the job) then replaced with new units. But removal of an old part could be difficult. We bought the parts at a local hardware store along with the tool. The more I researched the job I planned to do, the more I realized the nightmare I could get myself into if it wasn’t a simple removal. I imagined tearing into the walls behind each faucet in case the part was frozen into the pipe through years of hard water accumulation. We let those faucets leak for nearly a year. Finally after preparing for the worst, by clearing out the closets with the walls that would get torn open in case of problems, we bit the bullet and called an expert. WOW. Josh had the knowledge and skill to pull those parts and replace them both in under 20 minutes. The cost was so reasonable and so worth it. We have had an issue with the culinary water access port on the back of the house for years. The builder skimped and one day the hose was attached and a minor tug pulled the faucet right off the pipe. Luckily I got the water shut off quickly and a kind, skilled neighbor capped that pipe but we have gone without clean water access in our backyard for years. Josh is coming to fix that problem next week. We have one more job for them after that. This company is amazing! It really pays to have an expert take care of things they are educated and trained to do, and saves money in the long run!

I wish I could remember the name of the person who answered the phone when I called but she was so wonderful and friendly and very professional. She asked what my problem was and where I lived and then asked nicely to put me on hold as she was going to see how fast someone could get our to me. I wasn’t on hold very long as she found someone and sent me their information. I received a text right away from Antony and he said he would be at my home shortly. He got here very quick and had another technician with him and they assessed my problem and gave me a couple of options with great information and then proceeded to fix the issue. They finished very promptly and even cleaned up the mess I made trying to fix it. I definitely will use Zoom Drain in the future and would highly recommend!

It was much more involved than originally thought and we needed to get our insurance involved. Zoom drained jworked quick and got the information to our carrier for a quick decision. Once approved, the job was completed in two days with all final grade. Due to other utilities located nearby, they had to do a lot of hand digging down 9’.

Brian and Josh were very pleasant. I explained I had a strong sewer odor emanating from my kitchen and that a different plumber had replaced the air flow vent and cleaned the drain with a cable but the problem persisted weeks after. They explained diagnostics which would confirm the source but I felt confident it was in the kitchen plumbing. They repositioned the air Flow vent much higher behind the sink and discovered the pipe exiting the cabinet was severed completely below the cabinet line. They then ventured into the narrow crawl space and were not only able to repair the broken pipe but cap off an uncapped pipe left by by my original plumber through which water was flowing freely and creating two pools of standing foul water. They then performed a high pressure cleaning of the pipes. I felt their price was very fair for the amount of effort and expertise they put into the job. Kudos to both technicians!

The teams politeness were genuine, they wore red shoe covers. With covit-19 deaths rising and people being left homeless because of the economy, I wore my mask, I have being vaccinated and have stayed away from love ones to help reduce the spread of covit-19, the two gentleman come to my house with out a face covering, they came in and out with potentially infecting covit-19 into my household. I was very offended by the lack of care for my health. How can we mandate kids to wear mask at school and stay away from friends when the parent goes into peoples houses spreading covit-19? Remember a person can be a carrier of covit-19 with our showing any signs. Pleased help prevent this deadly virus by wearing a face mask when entering a clients home.

Jason and his team were amazing. They worked very hard to meet me at my home when I could get off work. They let me know ahead of time when they were on their way! They were very patient and kind and explain the process to me step by step. They were highly professional and covered their shoes and used gloves and were extremely sanitary. Great state of the art technology that recorded what the camera saw down my sewage pipes and the camera also recorded us talking about the trouble spots. Very personable and helped me understand what I can do going forward to prevent these major clogs in my sewer lines.
