    Excellent service! Our water heater was leaking pretty significantly. Knighton sent Ethan and Dallen to our rescue. They were very kind and respectful.     This is the second October in a row that Iā€™ve had an urgent plumbing matter at my house that Knighton has taken care of for me. They were super fast getting a technician out. Ethan was great, he was very responsive and was able to give me a very accurate quote and updated me as soon as he found an additional problem. They were very respectful in my home and very cute with my kids and dogs. I was very impressed that they were able to do the work with very little damage to my ceiling and tile, and they left the areas they worked in super clean. Wonderful service!

    Knighton does great work. They put down drop cloths to remove our old water heater so no rusty water got on the carpet. They were priced competitively. I have used them to replace two water heaters that rusted out at different times.

    Woke up to a patch of wet carpet in the basement on a Sunday morning, and discovered a leaking water heater that had all the signs it was about to fail/explode.A family member referred us to Knighton Plumbing and the water heater was fixed by the time we went to bed that same night!Great service, prompt, and we were happy they were willing to do the repair on a Sunday evening no less.     Jason and Tanner did a fantastic job with my sewer drain. They are highly knowledgeable, personable, and took their time to ensure that the job was done right. They went above and beyond to ensure they cleaned up the line well. They walked me through every step of the way as they cleared up the root balls in my sewer drain line with clear camera footage.     I had a different plumber scheduled to come fix a leaking faucet but he kept postponing the fix. After two days of waiting, I called Knighton Plumbing and they had someone come and fix it the same day I called. Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly and had everything fixed within 20 minutes.     I had Knighton plumbing come out and look at an issue with our water heater and water softener. We decided to purchase a new and upgraded quality water softener which was installed same day. The issue with the water heater was a bit odd. It would randomly make a whining noise but it was very hard to determine where the sound was coming from. We thought we had the issue fixed but that night the problem came back. Knighton plumbing came back out and was very helpful in trying to help as soon as they could. This attempt appears to have solved the problem. They were always informative with scheduling/arrival and were extremely helpful. I would recommend them for other plumbing needs.

    I would highly recommend Knighton Plumbing! I called them in the morning and they were able to make it out to my home in the afternoon to address several plumbing needs. They fixed what I thought might be a complex issue in just about 2 hours and went the extra mile to install a shower head that had been on my list. Pricing was excellent and the whole job was wrapped up with no fuss! They are awesome and I will be using Knighton again in the future.

    I have always used Knighton Plumbing because of the quality of their people and work! In this case, I had a leaking pipe joint that needed prompt attention and they had some one over first thing the next morning (after contacting them late in the afternoon). Ethan came over on time, accurately assessed the problem and made the fix. Iā€™ve used Knighton for everything from moving plumbing services , installing hot water heaters, putting a sink in my garage and more.     I called in the morning, not expecting same-day service, but they were able to fit me in with a job of an unknown time frame and within hours they were at my home starting the job and did a stellar and very professional job.     Knighton plumbing was fantastic! Our plumber (Ethan) replaced all of the valves we asked, he made a suggestion to replace our pressure regulator because it was very corroded and not working, and he made sure everything was working properly. He was professional and he answered every question I asked with patience. Because of some issues, the jobs took longer than expected but he stayed till almost 10 pm and got the job done. I went with Knighton because 4 years ago we came back from a road trip on a Friday and found our hot water heater had gone out. Knighton Plumbing was the only one that answered the phone. They came out on a Friday afternoon at about 3 pm and replaced the hot water heater. They were responsive and professional. When I need a plumber, Knighton is who I call.

    Ethan installed two new water heaters when our old ones started leaking. He was courteous and professional when he was in our home.     2023 update: I needed help from Knighton once again for a water leak coming from inside my walls. As before, they responded within a few hours, got the process started, and had the leak repaired and my water back on the same day. Carter Knighton took great care of us.They are a great company! They know what they are doing and dont try to rip you off, like some other companies Ive dealt with.__________________I had a water leak on my main culinary valve on Saturday, with wet carpet and sheetrock, and needed immediate help! I called Knighton Plumbing, and within less than an hour, a technician was at my house and took care of the repair efficiently and quickly. Very happy with the service!

    Canā€™t say enough good about our experience with Jason and Duncan from Knighton plumbing today. They worked efficiently and thoroughly, first thing they did was lay down drop cloths from the front door to the area they were installing the sump pump. They arrived with all the parts for the job so there was no running back and forth. They showed me the parts, explained how they work. (They use high quality parts). They even took out the make shift pump we had in our crawl space and filled it with gravel and left without a trace of them being there. Not everyone does a bit extra and leaves your home niceā€¦..it was so nice and appreciated. We are newer to the area and just found who we will continue to use for all our plumbing needs.     Price seemed higher than I thought it would be to install an small shut off valve under my kitchen sink and to show me where to turn on the wand for my shower. Im still waiting for an invoice. The tech said he would email it to me but I have not recd it. However I did get the email to review them. Not very happy.UPDATE; after contacting them I discovered the invoice was sent. It was sent under a different name instead of Knighton Plumbing. And it was sent timely. After contacting them they gave me a $20 credit. I will use their services again. I have used them in the past and this has been the only time I have had any problems.Im reviewing the service on my outdoor water. The technician worked me in thus morning since I was scheduled to go to my daughters this afternoon. He gave me options that would have saved me money but because this was an emergency I opted to get a new part so I didnt need to wait. He fixed it perfectly and cleaned up when finished. I would recommend their company and I know Ill always call them whenever I have a plumbing issue.

    We had a water heater go out due to age; after calling around to several local plumbers in the area, Knighton was able to schedule two technicians to our door within minutes (using text messages to alert us of arrival time, names/pictures of the technicians, etc.). They showed up with masks, shoe coverings, were very polite and professional and answered all of our questions regarding replacement water heater options. After selecting the water heater package they immediately began work on installation (even using floor coverings to block any dirt) and were done within a few hours which really helped us out schedule-wise. Their work was professional and they spent time answering all of our questions. From their scheduling/reception team to their technicians we had a very good experience and I would recommend this service to others.

    We have used Knighton Plumbing twice now. Earlier this year for a garbage disposal install and just recently for a water heater installation.     I called Knighton and the guys were out the same day to replace my water heater. First impression was very good: nice truck, uniforms, booties, masks. Josh and his helper had good attitudes and professional. Protected my stairs/floors with drop cloth. They added an expansion tank which will extend the life of my new water heater and be up to code. The charge was very reasonable. I would use them again!

    What a great company! If you are looking for a plumber give them a call. I have used them to replace my kitchen faucet, solve my issues with my toilet and put in a new one.     This was my second time using Knighton plumbing. The first time was to clear the main drain going from my house to the road. They inspected the pipe for a fee which was later deducted from the work that they did. That was over a year ago and I havent had any issues with the drain since.Recently, my water heater started going out. I got quotes from four local plumbers including Knighton. I chose them not only based on my previous good service, but they also had the best price with package service. Their install included any plumbing, gas line, flex hose, expansion tank and an extended warranty beyond the standard water heaters warranty. The price they quoted me at the beginning was the exact price that I paid. Which was appreciated because my water heater gave them a lot of trouble. They were at my home installing for much longer than anticipated, they had to leave a couple time to get some specialty parts, and still my price never waivered. I would 100% recommend Knighton plumbing to anybody.

    Knighton Plumbing was contracted through my home warranty company to come out and replace a leaking water heater and I was really impressed with their level of customer service. They kept their work area clean and made sure to cover up the carpets to not track rusty water from the old heater up my stairs. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing and even gave recommendations for what to do in the future when we finish our basement.     Knighton plumbing has been tremendous to work with. Was able to schedule my business early in the morning. Came in examined what needed to be done. Tried one method to prevent it costing us a fortune, but unfortunately still needed to dig into our concrete. Completed the repair and even helped re-cement our floor. Calob was wonderful to work with and was thorough. Helped me with pictures and summary on what was found and what repairs were done, this allows me to submit it to insurance.     Back in January we were remodeling a bathroom when we realized our shut off valve for the water supply to the house was old, corroded, and dysfunctional. The technician from Knighton was professional, honest, and pleasant. He let me know when a part had been broken during install (due to the heat from welding) and that he needed to fix it again. He took the time to do the job correctly and we are very happy with the work that was done. He honored the quote on cost even though it took quite a bit longer than he had anticipated. Im about to call them again right now because I found a pipe dripping in the laundry room this morning. Id highly recommend this company. They are honest and their prices are fair.

    This is some top tier plumbing. They helped me with my full size orca tank. It had a few issues and they fixed them right up.     Our family had just gotten back from a vacation and on Sunday we find out our Water Heater is leaking water. We talked to our neighborhood friends and they recommended Knighton Plumbing. After contacting them Jason was out to our house within an hour! He was able to confirm our Water Heater had lived its life (12 years) and walked us through our options. He asked if we wanted to have the new water heater installed that day (Sunday) or on Monday. We asked for that day. He said he would be back within an hour and then it would take about 2 hours to do the job. He exceeded our expectations. Very professional and top notch service!     Jason has been our plumber for years now. He is friendly, knowledgable and gives us good information to make our decisions. His company is getting more popular so you may have to wait awhile for services, but he is worth the wait. Today he replaced a kitchen faucet for us, last month, replaced a toilet, and has replaced our water softener, our water heater and fixed our water pressure over the years.     The plumber that came was very professional. My shower repair proved to be a difficult one. The plumber explained to me what the problem was and it was going to be a bigger job than what we originally thought. He made some calls and found a work around.     Knighton plumbing did a wonderful job at moving water lines in the house to where we needed them for a remodel. We had a mess of pipes in the basement next to the water heater.     We had an emergency water heater need. Our old one had exploded the prior day after business hours. We used Yelp to find reviews. We are glad we found Knighton! We were going to have it repaired but Kelly checked into the matter and showed us a few more problems we had not expected. Upon further investigations we found the tank to be quite corroded, full of gunk, and in for more costly repairs. Probably within the same week it was so bad. So as soon as we made the decision to replace the entire system he called Matt to see if he was able to help. He came right away from another job. What wouldve been a short repair turned out to be more than we or they knew. They were very friendly throughout and spent the entire afternoon helping us. They have customers for life with us.     I called Knighton to come out to replace a shower faucet. I took a picture and sent it to them so they would know what it looked like. The gal that I was conversing with said she would forward this information to the tech. On Dec 29th, 2 guys arrived and found a broken part, which they repaired. While they were working they inadvertently broke the handle of the faucet. I understand things happen so I wasnt that upset. Then he proceeds to tell me that they didnt have the part in their truck so they would have to go back to the shop and get one and oh -by the way, it will be $40 for the trip charge and plastic handle they broke. I paid but was a little ticked off that they didnt stock that part in their truck after I sent a picture to them. They knew from the beginning that if the faucet needed repair, I wanted them to supply the faucet and the gal who scheduled my appt agreed that it would be fine. Aside from that issue, they were nice and on time.

    Jason and Carter (father and son, family-owned local business) could not have been better. We woke up to cold showers and called to schedule their service around noon. By 4 pm, Jason and Carter showed up, provided us several options, gave us an honest and fair opinion and recommendation, and were finished in less than three hours. They were clean, wore masks in our home, respectful, and overall, I would recommend them to ANYONE, especially in and around Davis County.     Its Friday morning and I was in a bind. I had next to no hot water, I went downstairs to discover my hot water tank leaking pretty good. The shutoff valve to the tank was seized up and wouldve forced me to shut off the main valve to the entire house leaving me without water the whole weekend. Three ladies in the house...I really couldnt risk waiting over the weekend. So, I began the task of making calls to see who could make it out to the house the same day. I figured this wasnt going to go well. I was informed by the first four companies that the soonest they could get to me was the following Tuesday. Then I called Knighton Plumbing and JaNae was awesome. She said she could have Jason out there, but he was on another job and it could be a couple more hours. To hedge my bets, I told her to get back to me in an hour so that she could get me a better estimate of when or even if he could come out at all. Meanwhile, Ill continue to find other plumbers that could make it this same day. After all, some jobs can take longer and I didnt want to risk be bumped to the next day.One hour later, JaNae called me back and Jason was at my door an hour after that. Wow does he get it! Totally professional in every aspect. Puts you at ease right off the bat. He came down stairs and quickly determined my situation and provided me with recommendations and zero pressure. Needless to say I told him to proceed. Once he came back with the new tank and expansion bottle...he had the work done in about 2 hours. I forgot to mention that he put drop cloths down and totally cleaned up the area he worked in as if he was never there. I havent seen this kind of professionalism in a long time. Any future plumbing problems, Im sure to call this company.

    Had a leaky faucet, they came out and our technician Joshua showed up with shoe covers and a mask. Did the job very quickly, cleaned up his mess and was very friendly. Poor guy showed up 15 minutes before 5 but still had a great attitude. Give that guy a raise and a day off :)

    I noticed my water heater was providing way too hot of water and decided to look into a new water heater since it was 9 years old. I emailed several companies and JaNae from Knighton texted me within the hour to get more details of what I wanted. She was very nice to get all the details of what I wanted (e.g energy star, long warranty, the top of the line stuff that I saw at Home Depot) and she actually went through the process of pricing everything out with her supplier and passing that info to me. Later I learned that all the stuff I wanted was actually not very useful. All the Energy Star and longer warranty stuff is just marketing to get you to pay more for something that isnt needed. Additionally, their wholesale supplier doesnt even keep the higher end units in stock. I told her that I would still be shopping around. She was understanding and encouraging of that.Well, three days later, I was looking at my water heater and kind of considering to change the system out myself when I noticed a faint puddle of rusty water at the base of my water heater. I knew that it was only a matter of time when the water would begin to pour out of the heater and flood my upstairs utility room and everything below it. I immediately texted JaNae and she had her tech (Nate) at my home by 1pm that afternoon. He replaced everything within a few hours and was willing to answer any of my plumbing questions and show me around the new unit.Thats service! Seriously, these guys are good people and reasonably priced.*Sorry about the long story. I just wanted readers to know that I am a real person just like you!
