My landscaper recommended these guys, said they’ll get you on the schedule quick and are reasonably priced. Walked in front office and by chance met one of the owners and a nice lady at the front desk. The morning they came out Alex gave me a call 30 minutes before. Which was nice and kept me from having to sit around all day wondering when they’d be out. He showed up and was professional and polite. I need a bid for some plumbing into the backyard. I was impressed with him and decided to book another appointment for some smaller leak issues I need addressed as well. Would recommend this business. They have a large crew so they can get you on the schedule quick and have been around almost 60 years.

Ken did a great job of troubleshooting our weird venting problem that was a result of equipment working in our street the last few months. All of the vibration from construction shook residue within the venting system to create a restricted flow at one toilet. (We already had another recommended plumber over to fix it and all he did was sit on the tub and shake his head saying Ive never seen this before...) Ken did his magic using scopes, augers, and forced water flow to get rid of our headache. Thanks Ken!

Great, fast and wonderful service. Steve and Isaac hooked up an air compressor and did an amazing job. Steve is all business, knows his stuff and was a pleasure to work with, while Isaac is the apprentice and appears to be on his way to a long plumbing career ! Thanks to Speirs Plumbing !!!

These people are fantastic! Travis was wonderful at communicating and making sure our remodel was completed by the deadline. Paul and Ron did a good job roughing everything in. Brandon and Dallas did an excellent job doing the finish work. I didn’t realize the wall mounted toilet I bought online didn’t come with bolts, so the owner of the company himself brought some from their shop, on the Friday of a holiday weekend….WOW! Everyone was so friendly, did wonderful work and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you, Robert Speirs and Team!

I used Spiers Plumbing when I built this home many years ago and they were really good then and still do super work! I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. They were punctual, professional and charged 1/3 to fix exactly what another plumber said it would cost. They left the job clean and had to cut into drywall to access the pressure release valve (and replace it) but we’re able to do so in a way that I can easily pop on an access panel. Absolutely have me as a loyal customer.

Extremely professional service. Loved our plumber who came out to do a thorough plumbing inspection on our home before we purchased it. He was very detailed and knowledgeable. I appreciated his time explaining what updates and repairs we may want to do and his thoughtfulness in wearing shoe covers and a face mask. I will definitely be using Speirs Plumbing again to make updates throughout my home.

We used this company to troubleshoot and repair a leak issue from the TMP on a new water heater. The plumber that came to the residence was Brian Hyde. Brian was very professional and helpful and took his time figuring out the possible issues we were facing. He ended up replacing the regulator at the source of water to the residence but also adjusted and regulated all the pressure sources as well as the expansion tank pressure on the water heater. While the issue was not an obvious normal problem, Brian was careful to check all possibilities and get the entire residence dialed in as well as possible for the best possible outcome. I was very impressed with his work, his attention to detail and his professionalism. Thank you Brian. Give the guy a raise.

Ive had two experiences with this company professionally and they both have been great. The first time the plumber tried to save me money and it didnt work, so he did it the hard way and I wasnt charged for the time he put in trying to fix it the easy way to save me money. Second time I was told it was going to be a few days, they showed up the next day and fixed everything perfectly for a reasonable price. Few companies have this kind of integrity anymore and Ill definitely be using this company in the future.

I cannot say enough good about this company. Their employee didn’t fix the problem and we were charged quite a bit of money. However, after we complained, one of the owners personally showed up at my door, refunded us well over the billed amount, and genuinely apologized for the mistake. They went above and beyond by showing up at our house and refunding more than we paid. Those actions show me that this company truly cares about their customers, and will do what it takes to fix mistakes and treat their customers as if they were family. If this has been their business practice all along it’s not difficult to see why they’ve been in business as long as they have.

The service technicians performed a flush and service on my Noritz residential tankless water heater. They were both professional and efficient. They arrived on time and on the date arranged. Further, they explained the current procedure as well as the routine maintenance schedule going forward. The office staff was responsive to my schedule for service and the cost was very reasonable indeed. I highly recommend Speirs Plumbing and if I experience any additional plumbing issues in my residence, I will most certainly call on their expertise again.

Robert W Speirs is definitely the place to go for your plumbing needs. They have all the resources to get you what you need in a timely manner, and above all else, theyre honest. They arent one of those one-size-fits-all service companies that will try to sell you everything under the moon while theyre there. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed! UPDATE-We have had them do several other plumbing jobs since the last review, and they have never disappointed. Very thorough with a pipe snake job, installing a new kitchen sink and fixtures throughout the house, and running a gas line for the kitchen stove, and a new PRV. They did a fantastic job on all of them, flawless!

We have utilized Speirs Plumbing for several jobs and we have always been beyond pleased. We recently had a severe pipe clogging and Speirs saved the day. They only did what was necessary to clear the clogged pipes and did not charge for services not needed. In addition, they took the time to walk us through our piping system with a camera educating us about the healthiness of our system. We will continue to only use Speirs for all future plumbing needs.

Joe came out to my house twice and was very prompt each time. He installed and balanced my washer and gas dryer, installed a water line to my refrigerator , tackling a restricted crawl space to access the area, and installed a new dishwasher, having to fish a line behind the cabinets as I had a brand new kitchen. The work presented a challenge, but Joe did all the work very efficiently in a reasonable time frame. He also made a recommendation for an interior emergency water shutoff valve which my contractor omitted in the renovation plans. I discovered that homeowners here in Kaysville cannot shut off their water at the street per the City Utility department, but must call to have a city employee come shut it off, during which time much water damage may occur.I am definitely going to have Robert Spiers Plumbing come back to do the work in the near future.I love the friendly staff! Everyone communicated in a polite and enthusiastic manner. You get the feeling that this company takes pride in and enjoy their work. Thank You!

I called to see if someone could come out at check my water softener because it wasn’t working. Jerry answered and asked how old my softener was and I didn’t know. So he offered to FaceTime me. Once we were on FaceTime he immediately said he knew what was wrong and had me make a few adjustments. Instead of knowing it was a simple fix and deciding to send a guy out to charge me money, he offered to help me over the phone and not charge anything. He was kind, professional, honest and helpful. I won’t hesitate to call Robert Speirs Plumbing for any future needs.

My 75gal gas hot water heater recently went out. Calling some local service providers (those big names on the SLC radio) they came and tried to upsell me service and additional service contracts for $5200 and $7000.Speirs came in and got the job done for significantly less, only $3200!!They were fast, efficient, cost effective, and Id recommend to anyone!

Speirs installed the plumbing for our kitchen remodel. The plumber was pleasant and professional but did not connect the electrical connections to our disposal or to the dishwasher. I dont know if that is standard practice or not, but I ended up doing it myself. The plumbing was done properly with no leaks at a fair price.

Experienced a large water leak at my small senior housing complex in Salt Lake. After dealing with a crappy, well known plumbing company with no results on a Saturday, I called Speirs Plumbing. Left a message, but wasnt really expecting anything to be available until at least Tuesday. Richard was at my office MONDAY MORNING shortly after receiving a call from their lovely office gal, ready to dive in! He had my water line fixed and running in an hour! I will never, ever schedule with another plumbing company for my home and office needs. They have gone above and beyond for me multiple times in the past 6 months. (Should have just called them in the first place, hindsight). Between the office staff and the guys on the road, this is one fantastic company.
