    They are absolutely the very best. From the person who answers the phone and schedules the appointments, to the electricians on the job, Codys team are the finest in the industry. I have an old historic home and have had them out on multiple jobs. Its not always easy diagnosing issues especially on these older homes but they stay with it and make sure the job is done right. And they do so with a great attitude and the utmost care. Dont look anywhere else but Herring Electric. You wont be disappointed.

    Cody and his team are amazing! They came out and provided next day service and fixed a ton of issues that another company left us with. Jaxon worked quickly but did everything perfectly and got us back up and running in our new home.     If you’re looking for honest work, that looks great, and for a great price, hang up the phone with that giant chain electrician and call Cody Herring.You’re not paying a CEO for his third Ferrari, you’re paying a Father who is taking care of his family.I made Cody aware of my situation with a very old panel that was getting warm and likely close to catching fire soon. He was willing to drop everything and get a technician out to my property within 24 hours of our phone call, walked me through a few steps to make sure my family was safe while waiting, and assured me that he was going to make sure we were taken care of.His technician Kevin who came out and replaced my panel and ran a new wire/circuit was extremely efficient, and he was trustworthy enough that I left my home to spend time with my family during the duration of the time that the power was out. He never attempted to upsell me, give me options I didn’t need, or make me feel stupid for not knowing what I was looking at. I also appreciated the aesthetic appearance of the wiring in the box even though I’ll never see behind the panel casing haha.I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could.Seriously, do not hesitate to call them, as soon as you have an issue.

    Herring Electric has done a couple jobs for us and I would highly recommend them. They confirmed appointments, arrived on time and were very professional. Our tech Kevin was great as was the owner Cody. I will only use Herring Electric for all future projects that I have. They installed wifi timers on our pool pumps and added under cabinet lighting for our kitchen remodel. I am grateful to have a trustworthy local company that I can count on! Great job Herring!

    I had a major electrical issue in my home caused by another electrician.Kevin came to my home & quickly identified & corrected the problem.Kevin recognized there were a few other electical issues in my 70 year old home.He did an exceptional job of explaining what needed to be done and why.Kevin took pictures to show me an area of electrical concern that could have easily caught fire if not corrected.I was promptly sent a quote and set up a date to get all the work completed.Kevin was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, professional, efficient & did a great job of explaining in a way I could clearly understand as to what needed to be done to insure electrical safety in my home.I highly recommend Herring Electric especially Kevin for any electrical needs.

    We connected with Herring Electric when they came out to do a microwave outlet for us in conjunction with our Nebraska Furniture Mart purchase. We were so impressed with Zack, the project lead, and Peter who accompanied him, when they came out to do the outlet. We were so pleased that that we had them give us a quote on multiple electrical projects. Then I spoke in detail with Cody, the owner, and felt very reassured that the quality of the job would be optimal. I discussed with Cody that we’d been disappointed with a contractor in the last few years and he expressed good understanding of expectations. We were very happy with the quote that Cody presented and with the timeline in which they could start. We didn’t have to wait weeks and weeks for the job to begin. Again, Zack what is the project lead and Mike assisted him. They were able to finish all four projects in one day. Zack and Mike were very courteous, hard-working, easy to work with, and asked questions as needed during the job. came out in a very timely manner to do the job. Cody even stopped by during the project to make sure things were going well, which was reassuring in light of our poor contractor experience a few years ago.I couldn’t recommend Herring Electric at less than 5 Stars, and would give them 10 STARS if that was an option! We will definitely use them again if electrical needs arise, and I recommend them 1,000%!!And we loved the opportunity to support a locally owned, homegrown, small, business.

    Today Cody Herring provided the best service I’ve received so far this year. I was having some problems with my electrical system on my E bike and he took over an hour out of his day to help me figure it out.He was kind, patient and was really focused on trying to help me. It’s very rare you get service like this these days, highly recommend him!!

    Thank you to Cody, Mike, and the Herring Electric team! They are unbelievable!I was looking out my window into my backyard after it had just started storming. I saw my neighbors tree limb fall on my service wire and heard my meter being ripped from my house. I looked down on my porch and there it was. Still storming, I called Cody to get on their list thinking it would be this week when they could get to me due to the massive storm. He answered immediately and remembered me from a small job they did for me a couple years ago. Two hours later Mike and Cody were at my door. They assessed the damage and told me the game plan. The repair had several steps to it because we needed to wait on Evergy. It all went exactly as they told me it would. Their knowledge and speed made me feel important and confident. And they cracked some funny jokes too! They were all business when it came to helping me get my power back on and I cant thank them enough!! They truly are my heroes! Hopefully I wont need to call very often for emergency situations, but you better believe if I ever need an electrician, Herring Electric is my team!

    Cody and Luis came out and installed a new ceiling fan in my living room that previously had no lighting. They ran all new electric, hung the ceiling fan, were clean, quick, professional, and very personable. They completed the job in under 2 hours after arriving exactly when they said they would. The price was more than reasonable as well.

    I just finished building a new house where I was the general contractor. I hired Cody Herring and his team to install every electrical aspect in my house from the beginning of construction. Let me just say, they exceeded all expectations and were hands down the best contractor on the job. They walked me through every step, checked in regularly during construction even when they were waiting on other trades to finish. The best thing was how they handle adversity. Every major construction job will inevitably have issues or mistakes. It was not often that Herring Electric was associated with those problems, but each time I needed something done they were there with no complaints. Do your self a favor and hire them for all of your electrical needs.

    Little late in getting this out but I can not say enough about the quality and friendly service I got from Cody. He and Jackson were professional and so understanding to my needs. I have an older home and I did not get any high pressure sales to do any extra work as could have been expected with an older home. They listened to what I wanted to do, told me the best way to accomplish it and then did the work I wanted.
