Great experience overall from scheduling the appointment, to tracking the arrival of the technician and the knowledge and efficiency of the technician. I have had the pleasure of working with Bobby to install a 220v charger in my garage. Bobby did a full house electrical inspection and throughly explained the current status of the electrical work in my house. He was able to go in full detail and explained what was urgent vs not. Pointed out a potential safety concern with the gas pipe. He offered me a great price and completed the work to my full satisfaction. Highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need!

Great work and customer service by Nick and Isaiah. At the beginning of the project they listened to our ideas and recommended different options that had not been thought of.Arrived when scheduled!! Rare in this industry!A month later, after the completion of the kitchen remodel, Nick and Isaiah promptly show up and put the final piece of the puzzle together with under cabinet electrical and lighting, pendant lights over island as well as lights over sink and cooktop and a ceiling fan. These guys are awesome!!!’ Highly recommend if you are ever in need of an electrical company that not only does what it says, but in the timeframe they say!Kudos !

Brandon and Isaiah did a fantastic job!! 100% recommend. They changed out an ancient electrical panel- labeled it as well, replaced 1980’s dated light fixtures and fixed a wobble on our living room fans - great job! Not the cheapest option out there for sure, but I cannot complain about the job done ❤️

We purchased a new range and when we pulled out the old range we discovered that it was hard-wired in. We needed an electrician to install an electrical outlet panel for the new range. Bobby Wheeler did an excellent job! He was friendly, knowledgeable, did an inspection of our home electrical system and gave us various options of future repairs/updates for our 17 year old home. Bobby made sure our new range was installed properly and even helped place the old range in the garage for salvage pickup. What a great guy! Thanks Bobby and Mr. Sparky of KC!

I am very satisfied with the job Mr. sparky did at our home. We needed complete new service from the electrical pole into our home. Bradley came to our house first and discussed the job with us. Matt Messinger coordinated the work and was very helpful in describing what steps were being done. This was a big job, and everyone who was here to work on it was fabulous!!!!! We had to have the yard trenched, and our patio cut to restore power. We were impressed by the work ethic of all employees. I can’t remember each employee’s name but rest assured I was happy with all of you!

Dusty from Mr. Sparky helped us by going through the home and evaluating our electrical system. He looked at the current old system and listened to our plans to add to usage. Countless questions were answered and and step by step to upgrade was discussed. We really appreciate his patience and expertise.BJ was also a blessing to our family. Our home had an extremely old panel. The panel did not have very many spaces and they were overloaded. As he added the new panel he removed some old knob and tube as well as cloth circuits. He then went to the trouble of tracing and labeling the new circuits. He made sure everything was on.

Very happy with the bidding of the job. 2/19/2024 Matthew and Owen showed up today and put in some new electrical lines so I can move my washer and dryer upstairs plus move my refrigerator. They also put some electrical outlets outside for me, updated a light and outlet. Very patient with me because I asked a thousand questions. They did an amazing job. Guarantee for there work is awesome. Extremely pleased and happy with my choice to use Mister Sparky

He first asked us what we were needing done to confirm he had the right information. He did his assessment and than gave us a detailed explanation of what he would do. Healso offered us 3 packages of service that would vary in price for everything that was needed to bring our house safely and efficiently up to code. He was very kind, flexible, and did an excellent job. Our house is safe and sound and we would highly recommend Bradley!!

We had Dustin out to help with a ceiling fan install. He was so nice and professional! He explained everything in detail and answered all questions we had. Normally I’m uneasy with “professionals” telling us what is going on in our house because I’m not well versed in those areas and I don’t want to get taken for a ride with being sold things we don’t need. I honestly don’t think he did any up selling and with his explanations we felt comfortable with his recommendations on other projects around the house. We will absolutely use them for all future electrical work as long as the other electricians are as awesome as he was!

I had an emergency outage on a Friday night at 11 pm. Found Mister Sparky via Google search and the customer service rep was very helpful in explaining pricing, options, etc. and scheduled me for Monday but also added me to Saturday’s wait list. I received a text with Bradley’s name and picture and a link to track arrival on Saturday morning. Bradley arrived within the stated time window and I also received a call saying he’d be onsite in 20 minutes. He was professional, informative and led me through all of my options. The repair work was completed faster than I thought and included clean up. I was very impressed and happy with the service I received from beginning to end.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Mister Sparky.After issues with our old panel, my husband reached out to Mister Sparky and they had someone in our home within a couple of hours to check out the situation.The first person we dealt with, Bradley, was very helpful and informative. While Bradley wasnt able to get the full job done at the time, he replaced what he could and someone was at our house the next morning to finish the job. Bradley did what he could to make sure our home was safe until the full job could get done.The next person we dealt with was Nicholas. Nicolas went above and beyond. He was professional, clean and communicated very clearly every step of the way. We are very happy with the work he did to replace our panel. After a longer than expected day (at no fault of his own) Nicholas was happy to answer our questions and explain the new set up to us. David Young was our electrician and he did a brilliant job in giving us a quote of all the work that needs to be done to get the job done properly. We needed to get the Tesla wall charger connected by installing a 240v connection which meant installing a new breaker and running that cable till the basement!When it came to the actual service he did an excellent job in finishing that up! He tested if everything was working as expected and I feel confident in the work that was done.

Dustin was very thorough and also shared other items on the safety inspection (that’s included to start any project with Mister Sparky) so we can consider for future electrical work to update our home. However the info was great and I felt no pressure or attempt to upsale me. Dustin provided the info and reviewed the findings in a way that still focused on the current job while sharing new electrical code and safety info for future projects. I definitely recommend Dustin as the electrician and will use Mister Sparky for future electrical needs.
