If they are unable to answer your call, they will call you back as soon as possible, usually within the hour. Fantastic experience. Wish I had taken my Professional Engineering friends advice 7 yrs ago when he said all cast iron pipes have a lifetime of 60 yrs. Dan and his team are first rate. They are Courteous, Skilled and Expedient. No One, wants to do this but it is the best value option there is. Steve and Ryan are tremendous and customer first people. Patient and polite, plus generous with their knowledge of the sophisticated equipment they use and very efficient. They completed a very complex and technical task 1 day ahead of schedule.. Finding a company to do pipe-relining was not an easy task and even plumbing companies I usually use wouldnt give a recommendation due to them not wanting to be responsible for a job gone wrong by another company. There are only 2-3 companies around my area that are not only capable of this daunting task, but specialize in it and do this every day. After getting an estimate from another company and not feeling comfortable, I called Kwik Plumbers and they responded immediately. The owners office staff explained the process to me from start to finish and couldnt have been nicer. They came out, took video of my pipes for a small fee, so I could see for myself where the problems were occurring, and left it up to me to decide if I wanted to fix it now or later. No pressure at all. The price was in-line with what I expected as well. Dans staff took care of the permitting process and on the day of the project they were on time and ready to work. It took a few days to complete the job, but in my case I was able to use my plumbing during the evening hours, so I didnt have to leave my home. Dans workers were friendly and knowledgeable and were careful to keep my home as clean as possible while they removed plumbing fixtures where needed. Everything was put back correctly and you would never know they were here. It was nice to see videos of the re-lined pipes afterward too. What amazed me most was how carefully they dug the access hole in my front yard to get to the main lines and re-fillled it so my lawn will not be a disaster afterward. All-in-all I could not be happier and I highly recommend this company for pipe re-lining. Its an expensive repair but not so bad when you are sure it will be done right....with a guarantee.

The men and women at Kwik Plumbers showed up for us at a critical time in our lives. Not only did they fix a major and challenging plumbing condition in our antiquated system on short notice with perfectly skilled expertise, but they also went out of their way to respond to our emergency needs with immense compassion and understanding of our situation. And the fix could not have been done in any other way so quickly and so well given the rotten piping and root growth in our 90 year old Dads long unattended system. The true measure of a business is their integrity and and Kwik plumbers is honest. They stuck with me and came through for me. I have an older building the plumbing was complicated it took a few trips to get things right and they did it. There were no excuses just a positive attitude. The water company turned off my water at the street because they detected a leak on the house side of the water line. I had no idea that this happened until I got home from work after 7pm. I was told I needed to contact a leak detection company and most likely would need a plumber as well. After several non-successful calls, I found Kwik Plumbers online and saw they did both. Even though it was after hours, my call was answered promptly and the owner himself was able to fit me in between jobs next day. I was more than impressed because others, including a leak detection company could not provide me with a definite appointment to put my mind at ease, especially since my water was turned off and wouldn’t be turned back on until the repair was completed. . The kindness and professionalism did not stop there. Dan, the owner, arrived on time, was kind, courtesy and quickly identified the source of the leak, repair it immediately, and charged a more than reasonable price. To top it all off, my daughter was struggling to change the rear wiper on her car and Dan paused what he was doing to help her, out of the kindness of his own heart. August 25, 2023, Fantastic experience! Well run company, on time, do exactly what they said and even more. Dan and Rachel were so concerned and on the spot for calming the inline experience. Their workers Steve and Ryan were prompt, true workers in severe heat on the roof and neat cleanup to perfection when complete. They were very clear on what to expect and made sure we were following their instructions as our anxiety was clear. Their time schedule was perfect. Dan came back on Friday to correct a pipe leak on my washing machine trap and did not charge extra. So thoughtful! We purchased a new (old) home last December and the home inspector notified us of the old cast iron pipes. Initially we didnt think much of it but my neighbors next door and across the street had problems over the past year that required tunneling under the bathroom and cutting the floors out in the rest of the house to replace the pipes. That was not an option for us since our house has been completely remodeled and all the floors are brand new. We decided that relining was the only option.I am an environmental engineer and have dealt with in situ pipe and manhole repairs on several occasions. I did my research and contacted several reputable companies in South Florida. Kwik was very responsive and professional from the start. After another neighbor across the street recently used Kwik to reline their cast iron pipes, we decided to use them too after seeing how the close-knit team handled their project so professionally.Steve, Ryan, and Tyler were a great team, working efficiently to clean, jet, camera, line, and reinstate our pipes. Kwik did the job exactly how they said they would, in less time they said it would take, and for the price they quoted. Dan and his team at Kwik Plumbing are outstanding. Our condo building main pressurized water supply 5” copper pipe had several leaks. Kwik was only Company with ability to locate 5” copper pipe and technical capabilities to successfully complete repair. Water and air conditioning for 69 unit building was shut down. Dan estimated time to repair as 12hours. Dan and his team planned out project and arrived at 4AM on the scheduled day. The project was complete by 4PM same day as planned. We are 69 happy customers!

We hired Kwik Plumbers to do full house sewer line pipelining after discovering that old cast iron pipes were completely cracked and corroded under the foundation. A plumber sent by the home warranty company said the only option to fix a broken kitchen drain line was to tear up all of the (new) tile flooring in the house, which would have cost thousands to repair and replace. Once hired, Kwik Plumbers did a prompt video of the entire sewer line system and we learned all the pipes needed lining. It wasnt cheap but they got the job done quickly and we were very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend!

Kwik Plumbers installed pipe lining in the cast iron waste lines of our 54 year old house here in Palm Beach Gardens. Many in our neighborhood are having the same service completed, due to the age of the homes and cast iron pipe underground. Dan was up front and provided a clear understanding of the process, costs and timing. All work was laid out in writing and backed up by before and after videos and photos. His team worked continuously until the job was complete. They were on time, provided good explanations at every step, and were very experienced. This is a process that requires precision and experience - better left to highly seasoned plumbers such as Steve who ran the job. The best, bar none. This is the most courteous, human, professional group I have had to pleasure to deal with. We had MAJOR plumbing issues ranging from water heating line, to busted drain pipe causing floods... ALL of which was assessed fairly, explained well, and exceptionally fixed. During the process, other odd issues came up (which were not there doing) and they still helped me and fixed the issue immediately. Kwik Plumbers lined our 50 year old cast iron pipes that had given us so much trouble here in Delray Beach Fl. They did an outstanding job! The owner-Dan- was involved every step of the way to explain and also assist with the work. 6 of my neighbors had him do their pipes as well! We lost our water for just several hours during the day. The entire job took 3 days, there was virtually no excavation needed, and the pricing was extremely fair. If you have cast iron pipes that are close to 50 years old use Dan and his company- Steve and Ryan- all are simply the best!!! And no- I’m not a friend or relative- met Dan for the first time on this job.

Dan and Steve repaired our pipes quickly and efficiently. The bottom of the pipes had completely deteriorated and they were able to fix them completely without replacing all the pipes or digging up the whole foundation. They removed the foundation in as few places as possible which saved us from having to dig up the foundation half of our home. The new pipes work great and we were very happy to have Kwik Plumbers in our home. Both Dan and Steve were courteous, knowledgeable and professional at all times.

Kwik Plumbers are absolutely by far the best! I just bought an older home and after living in it for about 2 months all my plumbing started backing up. First time had it cleaned out and less than one month later it backed up even worse! Turns out I have cast iron pipes that were cracked, broken, rusted and filled with sand and stones. Kwik Plumbers were recommended to me and it’s probably the best recommendation I have ever gotten. They came in and were able to sleeve my entire drainage system and did not have to go through my brand new tile floors! They were clean, neat, polite - they were the best! We have a house that was built in 1966 with cast iron pipes. We had heard of this trenchless pipe repair process that sounded too good to be true. Kwik Plumbers were highly recommended to us by someone that had this process done. From beginning to end the process went very smoothly. Steve, Ryan and Tyler did a phenomenal job!!! Everyone at Kwik plumbers was responsive, attentive, and professional. It was no problem for Steve, Ryan, and Tyler to adapt when our original job expanded to include the pipe from the house to the street. Their skill in placing the new interior pipe liner was able to bridge a gap between our pipe and the city connection. That meant that they didnt have to dig a four-foot hole to manually correct the problem. They also respected our property. They cleaned up after themselves in the bathrooms and washed the wall adjacent to the clean-out trap just outside the house. That was impressive. The rapport they shared with each other extended to us. They explained the process and patiently answered our questions. I highly recommend them.

Kwik plumbing is amazing! Very professional, quick at finding the issue and the repair work couldn’t be better. They are the best in the area hands down.Both my cold and hot water lines under the slab of my house had been compromised, they where leaking upwards of a gallon or two a minute.Kwik plumbing came out, found the sore under my slab in the house. The following work day the crew came out and ran new lines through the attic in 3/4 of a day. It was very impressive watching the team work together and they did fantastic work!Last I forgot to mention they where less then half the cost of other local plumbers!

To say these guys are amazing is an understatement. I got a job quote from Roto-Rooter (our 1st call) which turned out to be a mistake. They wanted to pull up all our floors, cut into the house, and then replace Pipes with PVC for $28,000 and 4 days on the Job site. I instead did more research on this AMAZING technique that Kwik Plumbers offers. This technology has been perfected over the last 20 years in Europe. After our research and meeting with Kwik Plumbers and the Main Foreman Steve & his crew, we decided to proceed. DAY ONE, Steve and his Crew TOTALLY prepared our house and cleaned out all the pipes. DAY TWO, Steve & Crew showed up on time, and tossed 2 liners in our existing pipes. They showed me exactly how it works and answered ALL Questions. DAY 3 was today and they added 1 more lining and they then totally de sanitized the areas where they worked. They showed us the Camera of ALL the work they did. And now, we have clean and slick pipes for the next 50-60 years! If you are worried AT ALL about the integrity of this method, or how these guys work, please contact me and I will give you any info you need. We are 100% happy with Dan (Owner), Steve (Foreman) and his 2 guy Crew. These are utmost professionals and the quality of there work is Incredible. I must compliment Kwik Plumbers,I had problems with the main drain sewer pipes in my house, nothing would drain out, all of the pipes leading to the sewer were all deteriated.I called Kwik Plumbers, Dan came out right away, he explained to me about pipe lining, (this method is used in place of tearing out your concrete floors.)He showed me videos of the pipes and how bad they were.Dan and his crew started work right away and finished up in in reasonable amount of time.They were very thoughtful about not leaving the house in a mess when they left at end of the day.I would recommend Dan - Kwik Plumbers if you have any type of plumbing work, nice guys.

Kwik Plumbers have been just wonderful to deal with. They did a huge job here at Lake Colony II and in 2019 will do that job on our other bldg. Whenever we have had something come up, I have called Dan, and in no time, they are here resolving the problem. Today I pushed the envelope and called Dan, because a tiny silver chain I had just taken off, went down my drain in the bathroom. I called him, listened to his instructions, and by noon, Ryan was here and in less than 10 minutes, I had my chain. Love dealing with them. Such a wonderful service attitude. I recommend them highly. Where so I start..Dan and his team are A+++ in our book! We have tenants at our house in pompano on vacation and they came asap! We had a major plumbing issue and called several plumbing companies including Kwik Plumbers. The other two companies never called us back wlhile Kwik Plumbers not only answered immediately but went out of their way to address our problem within an hour. They stayed till 8pm at night to make sure that the job was complete as we wouldnt have been able to use our water/shower/toilets without them completing the job. They came with every piece of technology and expertise needed to fix our complicated problem. Their expertise and professionalism was second to none. As someone who is skeptical about service calls, these guys renewed my faith. You just have to find the right people. Dan and Steve are fantastic people and were very easy to deal with and were way beyond fair with us for the amount of work they had to do at our house. These guys are top notch. Very please on the install service provided along with the customer service. I was on a time pinch, my insurance company wanted me to replace my 15 year water heater in order to renew my home insurance. I was away on vacation and they were able to install the water heater in a short notice, send me the documents i needed to forward to the insurance company. Also, i had some issues shortly after that, in which the manufacture was delaying to provide help and parts. Spoke with the owner and he stepped up and fixed the issues on their behalf saving me a lot of time and headaches. Definitely a company you can trust to get the job done.

Kwik Plumbers saved my life !!! I own a 1928 historic home in the Southend and i have been dealing with several different plumbers over the last two years trying to fix my issues. . Ive paid hundreds of dollars to companies who snaked the lines ..took my money and told me it was fixed...but it wasnt. .I was quoted 17k by one company who stuck a camera a few feet down my toilet and told me they would have to rip up the entire back end of my house to fix the problem....well...long story short ...they were WRONG ! Kwik plumbers came out and KWIKLY diagnosed my problem...ran their camera from the proper location and told me my pipes didnt even RUN under my house and in less than 8 hours yesterday they have fixed all my problems with my kitchen sink, bathtub and toilet and i have a brand new lined pipe under my outside deck out to the main line that will last much longer than i will ...and at an amazing price ! Steve and Ryan were amazing , courteous and professional and cleaned up everything when the job was done. I cannot praise this honest company enough and if you have an historic home like i do they should be your FIRST CALL ...forget the rest..these guys are seriously the BEST !

Just had another plumbing issue (as I live in an older house), and I knew exactly who to call. We had a major plumbing issue a few months ago and found Kwik Plumbers through a referral. They did an amazing job then and now with another smaller issue, we once again called Kwik Plumbers. Dan returned my call immediately and was out to our house within the hour. I am not the kind of person who writes reviews often, but I just have to because these guys are so knowledgeabe, friendly and super professional. Dan and Steve diagnosed our problem very quickly (as they have all the cool technology to do so) and went to work fixing it. They resolved our issue within an hour or so and had everything working perfectly. These guys are so beyond reasonable with their prices. So, as you can see, Kwik Plumbers delivered for us again.
