We have used Dixie Plumbing twice in the past few months. On both occasions the receptionist was polite and professional when scheduling an appointment. The serviceman (Cory) arrived on time and relayed the plumbing problem clearly. He was also very polite and professional. The repairs were made in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the experience overall. We highly recommend Dixie Plumbing and will most definitely use them again.

Great customer service! We were in a pickle after hours with a customer of ours that had no water. I called several companies and most didnt answer or couldnt make it out for 24-48hours. Dixie Plumbing answered right away, dispatched Corey to go out for us, he called me and showed up within 30 minutes! He got the customers water back on and SAVED THE DAY! After hours emergency charges were very reasonable especially for the honest and quick service we received. Very thankful we made the call to Dixie Plumbing!

We have used Dixie Plumbing since moving to Jupiter. We currently live in a home built in 1971, and well, as you can imagine, we have had our share of plumbing issues. Dixie Plumbing came out today to fix our latest issue. We had a mysterious drop in water pressure that appeared to get worse when we flushed our master toilet. Their plumber ran through a couple of trouble shooting items, but didnt give up when the issue continued. He eventually found a faulty valve located on the exterior of our home. He quickly ran to grab a replacement part and had our pressure back and better than ever. This issue took some patience, and a bit of detective work, but they were able to come out within 24 hrs and have it resolved. In addition, their plumber was sure to put on protective booties to ensure our home was kept clean, explained everything he was doing along the way and was extremely polite. Thanks again guys!

Excellent service, professional staff, I cant say enough good things about this company. I am a realtor and had a tight deadline to replace old polybutylene pipes in a home I sold. Dixie got the work started and finished in time and did a fabulous job. I will recommend them to all of my current and future customers. Awesome experience!

I don’t write a lot of reviews, Dixie plumbing came out and fixed my problem and I was so pleased with what they did I had some outside plumbing done to. Would 100% use them again for any plumbing needs I have.

Had a plumbing emergency Sunday afternoon and called every plumbing service in and around Jupiter, Fl on google. Only Dixie really offers 24 hours service. They sent me a plumber in 45 minutes. Greg did a great job and is pretty pleasant.
