We were new customers & desperate for a pump out & Chris was able to do it SAME DAY for a more than reasonable price, didn’t add a bunch of ‘fees’ on. The company we had been using for 5+ yrs didn’t have availability x 5 days. We will never use anyone other than Total Septic Services again.

I thought I had an issue with the septic field. Chris came out and said that in his opinion, he wouldnt suggest doing anything at this time. Just keep an eye on it and that it should be pumped. He did a thorough inspection and checked the filter. Since he had time he pumped it. I am very impressed with his honesty. I have used him before and will use him again.

Called at 7:30 on saturday and left a message, they called me right back and the gentleman was out 45 mins later taking care of my problem! Best service and friendliest service! Definitely recommend them and the price was exceptionally great especially for a weekend call! if you have issues with your septic give them a call!

Not many honest companies out there. Total Septic Services was fast, honest, and competitively priced. They fixed me up and didn’t upsell us on items for out septic tank. A friend of mine was told by another company that he needed a whole new drain field. Total Septic Services did some repairs fixing the problem and saved him thousands. Thank you guys!

These guys are true professionals. Josh went above and beyond to find the septic problem then fixed it and suggested how to prevent it in the future. All the others just wanted to replace the leech field when mine was fine. Thanks!!
