    Ryan (and company) is a delight to work with!The job was bigger than we hoped it would be, but Ryan got right on ordering the specialty Kohler part needed. He also set aside time in his already busy schedule on the day the parts were expected to arrive.Then he let us know the time window and came promptly at the near top of that window. I LOVE the text message letting us know he’s on his way.He’s polite, efficient, kind, knowledgeable and very respectful of our home.I plan to use him again… anytime we need plumbing services!!!

    I’ve been using Home Choice Plumbing over the past year for several jobs in my home. Ryan has been an extreme professional, proved to be very smart and is easy to work with.The most recent job was to replace a small hot water tank And a recirculation pump. The system was giving some problems. Ryan offered to come back to my house and make sure it worked properly for free. He wasn’t responsible for the system not working properly, but he was willing to make it right. It is rare in today’s world to find such dedication to Customer Service and honesty in business.I never do these reviews, but felt very strongly about doing this one. You can’t go wrong using Home Choice Plumbing.

    If I could rate 0 to 10 He would get an 11!!!!! What a great company this is. Ryan Guthrie is absolutely outstanding listens to what is wrong fixes to make it right and does a little extra along the way very few people take the professional courtesy that this man provided his knowledge of the problems with the tankless water heaters was also extremely impressive and his ability to try and save me money was also extremely impressive. I would highly recommend this individual and if you wish to give me a call to discuss why Im so highly impressed with this company. Ill be happy to tell you face-to-face or on the phone. I live at 47 Ocean and my name is JIM PAXTON. Ive used four different plumbers in my time of owning this home in the past three years no one has had the experience the knowledge the competency like what this company has thats why I will always use them into the future. Their pricing is fair, but the pricing is actually cheaper because they save you more with a lot less time involved because they know what theyre doing.

    Dylan did a good job fixing our water heater. He was polite and conscious of wearing footies when entering my home. We found that the quote he gave us for installing a new water heater was extremely high but that was not his fault. If he would of given us a better price, we would of hired him to install a new water heater.

    I called Friday Home Choice had the part on the truck and finished the job in 30min. Another company has told me the part is out of stock since march 4 2024.     I called yesterday with water pressure issues throughout my house. Casey & Robert arrived today and were able to identify the issue rather fast. It’s my Rain Soft water softener. Robert (his first day with them, but so amazing) was able to tell me all about the Halo system and how I wouldn’t have to maintain, add salt, etc. to the system. He showed me how to research the water in my area to see what types of contaminants are in it and really took the time to inform me (educate) on all the benefits that this system would provide to protect myself & my family.They were also able to fix my Toto toilet issue and had to drive 1 hour to go get the parts and come back.Great customer service, very knowledgable, and personable as well! Prices was what I expected and fair.

    Kasey and Bryce were great! I was able to get an appointment next day for my leaking faucet. They ordered the replacement and even came to install the faucet last minute on the same day it got delivered to my house! If you have ever been without a kitchen faucet you know cooking or doing anything is quite hard without it. I really appreciate them getting back to us asap and making the effort to come install the faucet on a late notice in the afternoon. I would highly recommend!

    Casey was amazing. A simple fix and he should have been done but we asked him to fix a toilet that was not secure. He reported the problem and fixed it quickly. He then discovered the toilet was flushing slow soHe went to find the septic tank. He had to dig them up and discovered the clog. Fixed it and replaced the the sod. All work was done expertly and he left all areas clean. We will definitely use them again. They are awesome
