Elite Electric Plumbing & Air saved the day! Less than a week before our wedding, we experienced an electrical surge that damaged our air conditioners compressor—an unexpected and costly repair. To prevent future issues, we decided to install surge protectors on both our electric panel and air conditioning unit.Robin, the electrician who came out, was fantastic. He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely one of the nicest people we’ve worked with. He had both surge protectors installed in just a couple of hours, and his work was impeccable. In our garage, where he mounted the surge protector, he had to cut into the wall, and the finished product is so clean and perfectly placed that it looks fantastic.We were so impressed with Robin and the quality of service. We’ll definitely be reaching out to them again for any future needs. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency at my house a few weeks back with my meter box. One leg from FPL came loose and was arcing out in my box due to a broken clamp. It smelled like burnt wire. I called FPL and they ended up doing a partial disconnect leaving me with only one leg. This was useless to me because I am on a well and needed 220 to run my pump. They told me I needed an electrician to replace the meter box.So I started calling around. No one wanted to do the work at all until I called Elite Electric. Danny C of Elite showed up the next morning and gave me a fair price to replace the Meter Box and handle all the permitting and coordination with FPL and the County inspector.He came back next day and did most of the work, but FPL didnt show up all day so he could not complete the job. He could have completed same day if FPL would have shown up to completely disconnect the power to make it safe to install the new meter box. FPL came later in the day at night and did the full disconnect. Danny returned to complete the work the following day and meet with the County inspector. FPL then came out later that day and reconnected full power and I was back on.Danny also made sure to patch the area around the box with fresh stucco and also tightened my connections in my electrical panel.Before all this happened I was having random light flickers, but now I have consistent power with no issues.One more note the administrative/dispatch staff at Elite get 5 stars for communication. They called me to follow up and inform me what was going on throughout the entire process.Call Elite Electric first if you have any electrical issues in your home or business and ask for Danny C, so you dont waste time. They show up, do a great job, and charge a fair price.

Last night, our Google nest thermostat had a message that there was no power being delivered to the thermostat. After a couple of hours of trying to troubleshoot the problem myself, I decided to call Elite. From the moment I called until the moment the technician left, I knew my issue was being handled with care and utmost concern for our comfort. Our technician, Tyler, showed up in time as promised. He was very courteous and professional. He asked if his van was parked in an okay spot, he wore shoe covers upon entering our home, and was nothing but professional and pleasant. He was able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem within minutes, and within an hour we had our AC back on. I couldnt have asked for a better experience considering the circumstance. Thank you, Elite, for coming to the rescue. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing emergency care partnered with excellent customer service.

Excellent company. Very professional at all levels. Though I was scheduled on a 3-hour window, I got calls and texts updating me on the technicians anticipated arrival. The folks at the office were very polite and professional. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. My AC is working fine.A few years ago I had a different service company, which I called when my AC did not seem to be as cool as usual. Two technicians arrived and told me there was a leak in the coil. They told me I needed a new AC and prepared paperwork to sell me a whole new system. I checked my records and contacted the manufacturer of my AC and found that my AC was under warranty and the parts and repair were covered. That service company was the same company that sold me, and installed, the system. When I pointed this out to the service company manager, instead of acknowledging the mistake, he tried to get me to buy the new AC system. The repair was done. They system works fine. And Im done with that company.Elite is a sharp contrast to that company. The people at Elite are professional and polite; they are prompt; the work is done very well; they dont perform unnecessary services or work; and their prices are very reasonable. Im staying with this company.

Very pleased with the electrical service I received from Elite Electric and Air.Joe G.the electrical technician was right on time for my Saturday morning appointment. Following COVID mask protocol and wearing shoe covers when entering the premises. Joe showed professionalism and knowledge concerning the repair of my electric problem. Joe G explained the electrical problem and gave me a few very clear options for moving forward with the repair. His explanation was clear and precise. I received a discount for becoming a member in order to receive annual maintenance and inspection of both my central air and electric in the future. The repairs were made in a timely fashion and Joe tested all of the outlets and certified that now every thing was working correctly and safely. The price was very fair with a few payment options which is really great.I highly recommend Elite Electric and will use them again should the need arise.

He was thorough and efficient. He gave me estimates for the needed work with a menu of options, and explained everything. When he did the work, he was thorough and did a professional job. He was efficient, without rushing. He took care to place drop cloths in every area he worked, and cleaned up any stray materials. When inside, he wore shoe covers and a mask.
