Professional, courteous, and most of all HONEST!!!!! We had a window frame leak that took a little while to discover. The Condo Association insisted on a mold remediation process before they will repair the drywall. Im so happy I called Dry Pro, their cost was significantly less than the mold remediation company recommended by the property manager. And when I say significant, it was less than 1/3 of the cost!!!! Thank you Dry Pro!!!! As a Realtor, I will recommend Dry Pro to my customers.

Dry Pro did a great job! Starting with the water/flood clean up, mold removal. Then we moved into the repair/rebuild process. They handled all of the Insurance paperwork, and the results were my dream kitchen, an upgraded laundryroom and a renovated bathroom. Very professional, polite, & responsive to all of my concerns, and this resulted in a very happy customer. I would definitely use them again.

Dry Pro called in to resolve flood condition at my condo. Showed great respect for my problem and started dryout and cleanup immediately. Steve kept in touch during complete repair and remediation. Went beyond expectations attempting to find cause of water infiltration. Repair crew did excellent job to blend new drywall/paint with existing. Karylin, office manager, was always professional and quick to respond, when any questions came up. Dry Pro is HIGHLY recommended to do any repairs involving water damage. I cant say enough about this team! Steve and his team came in and helped us with an overflowing dishwasher, where they found there was some water damage to our kitchen. They helped us through the entire claims process, which was a HUGE help! Then, Alex helped us with the rebuild of our kitchen and he was incredible to work with. He was always very responsive and went out of his way to make sure that he and the team were getting everything done in a timely manner. He even gave his input on design and functionality ideas! We couldnt be happier with the way it turned out. Hopefully we dont have to use the salvage part of the service again, but well certainly be back on the contractor side with any and all upcoming projects! Thanks again Dry Pro team!

Great company. My neighbors had a leak that went undetected for a while. By the time it was found there was inches of water on the ground, water in the walls, water filling the ceiling light fixtures. In a panic we called DryPro and they immediately sent out a crew. They quickly assessed the damage and the source of the leak. Within the day they had the whole house drying and cleaned out. I would highly recommend the DryPro team!
