    Roiq Ortiz was really good , he was able to solve the clog easily and also found small issues which he communicated and fixed along the way . He cleaned up after and was very professional and ensured that I was informed throughout about the issue . He also showed me the camera view inside the pipes .The snaking was pricey for sure but the job was well done . I would surely use their service in future .Thanks you for coming to my rescue .

    5-stars all the way. Our technician Raphael did a great job diagnosing our disconnected french drain. He came with Jose (also great professional), and it turned out that job was more complicated than originally expected. Raphael and Jose spent an entire day solving the problem. Hopefully wont be soon, but Zoom Drain is our new go-to drainage repair service.

    Zoom Drain was great; Hector Suarez and his crew were professional and responsive. My plumber recommended this company because I needed immediate help due to a sewer line clog and back up and did not know who to call. They came the same day I called; figured out what needed to be done and returned the next day to complete the job which required a lot of digging and repair work. All was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain and Hector is the man!

    We live on the second floor of a multi-floor building, and recently experienced a major plumbing issue. Water began backing up into our sink and would not drain out. It turns out the stack line of our building was clogged, causing all the used water from the units above us to back up into our sink.Our technician, Rafael, was professional and knowledgeable. Using his camera, he was able to properly identify the issue and expertly direct the drain auger to clear the blockage. Rafael explained the problem and resolution clearly, and took extra care in cleaning the work area. He also ensured that the pipes were reconnected securely and were leak-free. We are very happy with the service provided.

    Joel was our plumber with Zoom Drain. He assessed the drainage issue and used a jetter plus lots of elbow grease to fix our drain. He also improved the flow of water to the street.     The person that came was prompt, friendly, knew what he was doing, explained to me what he had to do, took the time to take photos of the drain while putting 50’ of hose into the pipe, to come to the conclusion that the roots of the tree were sticking to all the joints of the pipe. This has been a recurring issue which I feel is the responsibility of the town. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are true experts in their field!

    Our experience with Zoom Drain was fantastic. Although delayed John and Alex kept us updated on their arrival time. They performed a video scope of a drain in a house we are about to purchase. They diagnosed the problem showed us options and we hired them on the spot for the repair of the clogged main line. They were professional and efficient. They had towels and made sure to clean everything when they were done. They even used bleach and made sure is was spotlessHonestly, a great experience that made us feel comfortable about the purchase of this home and their work.     As a restaurant owner, it is a disaster when the main backs up and water starts coming up through the mop sink and kitchen floor drain. It means closing early to protect the health of my guests. Closing early equals revenue loss....not good!Zoom drain came to the rescue! They showed up 15 minutes prior to when they estimated. Joel was professional and immediately identified the issue. His attitude was by far the best Ive seen in the emergency repair business.     Onn April 27, 2023, Zoom technician Mr. Yousaf arrived on time and assessed the wax seal / ring on the toilet of the main bathroom. The ring was completely disintegrated and he successfully replaced it. He continually kept the area around the toilet clean. Very professional. Overall every employee of Zoom I spoke with provided excellent service. July 17, 2023: Due to complaints of continued leaks in apartment unit directly below, Zoom senior technician Joel Rodriguez fully assessed my toilet, including a video camera inspection of the pipes beneath the toilet on June 17, 2023. Joel was thorough and clearly knowledgeable & experienced. Very satisfied with his service, as well as the inspection documentation provided by the main office. I highly recommend Zoom.

    I’m so relieved when Zoom Drain showed up. Everything was done professionally. Rafael greeted us with a smile. As soon as Rafael saw our flooded bathroom, he asked where the trap was (we didn’t even think about the trap, so we had to clear that area). When his partner arrived with all the tools and equipment (the truck was in Holland Tunnel traffic), they worked right away. Hector, Rafael’s partner, was very courteous and polite. He explained what has caused the clogged main line and he spoke intelligently, like he has a Masters in plumbing! Suffice it to say that they were our heroes for the day. I think they charged reasonably for their fees (would you go elbow-deep in raw sewage?) and I completely understand the emergency fee for working on a Sunday, with less than 24-hours of notice. They apologized for being late and I figured it was a matter of miscommunication and traffic (Northern NJ is a lot to cover). I called them at 9:45 PM on a Saturday, expected a call by 8 AM for an ETA, then by 10 AM, I finally got a call saying that they’re on their way. They started working around 12:20 PM and they were done by 1:02 PM. All this time, their answering service was very responsive and courteous. That aspect of the service was also truly helpful. When we can’t flush, shower nor do anything to use our drains because it might add to the flooding, you know you have to let the professionals deal with it — and Zoom Drain was there to solve it. Before leaving, Rafael flushed our toilet, went to the trap and smiled when he heard it drain out properly. Thank you!

    Zoom drain was professional from the initial phone call to the report they submitted. We hired them to do a sewer line inspection for our home purchase and it was all good. Pricey but worth it. The technician showed up in the window they were supposed to, gave us a 45 min heads up and did a great job when they were there.

    Zoom technicians Yousaf and Miguel arrived to descale a 4 inch cast iron pipe under a basement slab. They are very professional and know their equipment well. You can tell the company trains them extensively.There were several unforseen issues BOTH inside and outside of the home. The pipe had enough scale to prevent the flex shaft bit from going more than a few feet. The equipment had an unforseen tear in the sheathing. The cleanout WYE was facing the wrong direction for the water jets. But long story short, they solved every issue with professionalism and grace.Company field supervisor Joel came out after to make sure everything was OK, and apologize due to an unforseen issue outside the home. You can tell the employees care about the company and their reputation. Services arent cheap, but pricing is upfront and you really get what you pay for. I love the fact that the pipe was restored and additional services like pipe relining werent pushed because it wasnt necessary. Would highly recommend. Thanks!

    Thomas was an excellent technician I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He found problem that we were having and explained from that point on what needed to be done. Thomas and his coworkers were so very professional, knowledge and friendly. Use zoom drain if you ever have a problem. Don’t bother with others. Take my word.

    Great experienced with the team from Zoom Fast response. I had called several other contractors to clear my 128 main sewer line. Unfortunate with explaining to their dispatch the technicians arrived without the correct equipment. I then called Zoom what a difference. Hector the lead technician demonstrated above and beyond service to get the line cleared. Unfortunately 100 out a break in the pipe was identified. This will have to be repaired or replaced. The owner of Zoom was out the next day to review with me and make recommendations. I will followup after the repair or replacement is performed Great company and service.

    My technician Kenneth was professional, punctual,and proficient. Had a nightmare plumbing issue that was unsolvable. Ken came in explained everything thoroughly and was upfront about pricing which put me at ease. Im sure most have heard the stories about spending a lot of money for a contractor or tech to do a sub par job. Well this job was an expensive one but Ken made sure that everything was 100 percent good to go and the money spent was well worth it. If I operated a drain cleaning company id want guys like Ken for the crew. Overall super satisfied with the service zoom and their technician Ken provided.

    Went better than expected. Keneth arrived promptly as promised. I was surprised because it was a Sunday night and somewhat of an emergency. He took his time and was very patient with determining what the problem was with the toilet. He explained what he was doing and did not rush through the job. I’m pleased and would hire again.

    The company is very professional. The customer service asked about our situation and explain the the procedures of the the service and rough cost. The technician Keneth did a very good job help us figuring out the exact spot of the clogging and removed the stuff blocking the pipe.     They were so honest and straightforward with all my issues. They went above and beyond to make sure our drain in basement was cleared and not backing up anymore. As well as told me this maybe a reoccurring issue and why. They gave me recommendations of up keep until I can fix a bigger problem, one I only know about because of them. (3 other plumbers didn’t find) I appreciate this kind of honesty as it can make you prepared for what you need to do to make sure your home is safe.
