I recently had the pleasure of hiring Bargotti for a water heater issue in my home. From the moment I called them, the experience was exceptional. The plumber arrived on time, was incredibly polite, and took the time to explain the issue and the proposed solution in detail.One thing that stood out was their honesty. They could have easily suggested a more expensive repair, but instead, they offered a solution that was effective and economical. Tom and Mike are truly fantastic and came to the rescue to fix quite a few items within my home that the building contractor did not do correctly. Tom was extremely responsive upon inquiring for help. As soon as I detailed the issues and arranged a time to start work, they reliably were at my home getting right to the issues and resolving the Central Air issue, my tankless water system issue, my washer inlet issue, and dryer exhaust issue. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Bargotti Co. and I look forward to continuing any work, should they come up, with their company onward.

We were very happy with the quality of the work done by Bargotti Plumbing. We needed a hot water replacement in our condo on an immediate basis. Tom stopped by to view the situation the same day that I called, on a Saturday. We had a difficult-to-source unit, but he found it and gave a quote. He worked with a colleague and the installation was fast and effective. They were also clean and neat with no floor scratching. We will use them again when the need arises.

I’ve used another plumbing company in the past but these guys were way better! Such a pleasant experience and the timing was so perfect as they were finishing up another job near by. They were quick to assist me and my issue (my cat carrier chain was stuck in the bathtub drain, long story lol). Will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs. Would highly recommend them!

We recently had our AC system replaced and it was a great experience dealing with Tom @ Bargotti super friendly very honest and very fair . We got 4 quotes he wasn’t the cheapest one but we were very comfortable moving forward with them and they had many great references from around jersey city . We installed a new rheem system and it’s super quiet and nice and cool can’t stop telling friends about them because we finally got a reliable “guy”: after a couple questionable experiences.

Been working with Tom of Bargotti Plumbing and Hvac for over two years now - - since we bought our first home in Jersey City. Tom is always fast to respond, diagnosis, any quickly service any issue that arises in our home. He has helped us with problems with piping in our radiator heating system, NEST installation, getting a new water heater when our old one burst, and other problems with plumbing in our home that came up since we moved in. On top of being knowledgable and professional, Tom is also a very nice guy who we enjoy seeing when we need to have work done. It seems more like having a friend come over when we see Tom than someone coming over who needs to service our home. We have referred him to neighbors and friends in the area who have also had great experiences using his services. It feels good to have a trustworthy plumber in the area who we can count on if anything in our home goes wrong - or just needs to be upgraded. I would recommend Tom with enthusiasm to anyone who is looking for a plumber or HVAC system/repair in their home. He is the best.

Had a leak under my sink. They were very quick to respond on a weekend and able to come the next day. Quickly fixed the issue and were also the best price as compared to a few other places. Would call them again!

I called them on Friday night when I had no heat, hot water and a leak in a downpipe. They face timed with me to help me shut off the waterless tank. Came by Saturday AM to figure out the issue and were back in the PM to replace the part. Very reasonable price and really nice guys. Will use them for all my plumbing needs.

I see why they have 5 stars. Our HVAC went out Friday night. I called them sat 2am and they came out 6am. No other company answered. They found the issue and came back Sunday to complete the work. Everything was done super smooth and quickly. We have AC and Im glad I have found a local company with stella customer service.
