We had Royal install mini splits throughout our home this summer. They did the job ahead of schedule and were outstanding throughout the entire process. Chris and his team answered every question we had and were extremely professional while working in our home. I cannot recommend the team at Royal enough for all your Heating and AC needs. No one better in the area.

The weather hasnt warmed up enough to test out the mini-split air conditioners they installed but the overall experience of dealing with Chris at Royal Heating was one of the best Ive ever had in dealing with contractors and tradesmen. Chris didnt mind answering questions or revising his quote after I changed some specs. He was pleasant to deal with, punctual, and dependable, and bent over backwards to make the job happen when I was having problems with the electrician I wanted to use for the necessary electrical work. I dont give out five stars easily, but based on my experience so far, Id give Royal six if I could.

Royal Heating and Cooling is a diamond in the rough. If you are looking for a company with good techs who know what they are doing, will show up on time, be cordial, do the right thing the first time, and then send you a bill that is more than reasonable considering all of the above, then these are your guys. Royal has helped me out of several jams over the years and every time i call them they amaze me with their level of professionalism. I really can’t say enough about Royal. If you are using another company in Jersey City, you are probably not as happy as I am.

Everyone was punctual and considerate of keeping our home tidy and also mindful of Covid precautions. We’re really pleased with the Lennox units and feel confident in our decision using Royal. Wow, when you read reviews you are always skeptical if they are true of not. But 100% all these good reviews for Royal Heating are true and accurate. Don the owner is so responsive and got us a repairman 2 hours right after my emergency call. My HVAC was down and not only did the repairman fix my problem, he took time to clean out the pipes in HVAC and explain to me what to do if it happens again. I am going to have Dons guys replace my boiler because they are so honest and reasonable in price. I only wish I called knew about them sooner because I have been ripped off by so many other AC/HVAC companies. This great local Hudson County family owned business. God bless them!

While it remains to be seen if my central A/C unit continues to function properly, I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism and apparent attention to detail from this mornings visit. After a weekend of excessive heat, my A/C was struggling to keep up. I called Royal Air this morning and they said they would try to get out to us today, the earliest being the afternoon. But less than hour later they called to say they could swing by in the morning. Chris showed up with his diagnostic equipment at the ready, got it plugged in and monitoring, and even cleaned the side filters of my unit. After about 15 minutes he gave it the all-clear, saying that everything checked out and it was likely just overheating due to dirty filters. He didnt try to sell me on anything, told me to keep an eye on it for a few days, and if any issues come up, theyd be right out to take a look. Definitely adding them to my contacts. And Im definitely going to work on being better at home maintenance.

They came and put a new furnace in my moms house and thankfully theyve been wonderful. Whenever there has been any problems at all with it Don has sent men immediately to check. I am so thankful as my mom is in her late 80s and we are so appreciative.

We are so happy we chose Chris and his dad the installation. Even though our project was small and we were on a budget, Royal Heating didnt shy away or make us feel insignificant.Chris saved us $$$ by recommending a soffit for this particular project which worked out great as I was able to implement in ceiling speakers.When we came home after a holiday and the AC wasnt kicking in, Royal Heating had an employee dispatched immediately.We recommend Chris and his dad and the employees of Royal Heating to all.
