The folks at Reid Plumbing are my heroes!! Our main water line blew and left us without water - but they were out to assess the issue immediately! A brand new line had to be laid and they handled everything quickly and professionally. They were also very kind and patient when explaining the issue to me and when discussing billing.I recommend their services highly! These are good, kind people who do a great job.

Reid’s plumbing did a fantastic job working on my hot water heater when it out and we needed someone ASAP. They responded to me quickly and had a professional out working on it in no time. When I tell you that this company is amazing, you need to hear me. I have had THE WORST luck with plumbers in the past (overcharging, not showing up, not finishing the job, etc.). I will never call anyone else again. I called and spoke to Dana at 9am with a flooded yard. The city of Ridgeland was less than helpful. She was able to get someone to my house in less than an hour. Another hour later, the job was finished and I was charged significantly less than I expected. The guys were professional and very polite. I will recommend y’all to everyone I know.

We contacted Reid Plumbing due to how highly respected and recommended they are amongst our community. They got back in touch with us in a timely manner and were polite and professional. They came to look at the job, explained that they felt they needed to use a sewer camera to check for a break in the pipe. Sure enough they found a break in the pipe. Then, not only did they explain the problem whilst showing us the picture of the break, but they gave us options (with their respected quotes) for repairing the issue in a simple, non-pushy manner. Unlike previous experiences, I did not feel rushed or intimidated, but felt comfortable talking though a game plan that fit our needs best. Next thing we knew, Reid Plumbing was back in our yard, the pipe was repaired, and we were EXTREMELY satisfied with the level of communication we received, the very personable yet professional technicians, and the quality of work they preformed while of course honoring the quote they initially provided for the job. I could not recommend Reid Plumbing more. To Cooper, Jesse, and the whole team— y’all are the best!
