    Very nice and professional. Paul was his name. Great guy. Explained everything and let me know, the breakdown, gave me options that fit my budget. Set Everything in motion. Yall better go ahead and get a new AC now. You can no line get the old cool juice & when ours kept leaking, we had to go ahead & replace it. They did it next day, in a few hours. Brought a carpenter to fix anything that needed bracing. Fixed my attic ladder too. If you get in the monthly plan is only about $18.00. If you have a plumbing or heat/ ac issue they are on call for you 24/7. If also saves you a service fee if they have to come out. It also covers quarterly maintenance if the units. I trust them with my 🏡. I love Environment Masters!

    Daniel did a fantastic job on installing HVAC Surge Protectors on my my unit. He installed one outside on unit and one in my attic. I am so relieved with all the electrical storms.     Paul G was on time, and he quickly found two problems with our AC, one was with our Nest Thermostat 1st Gen and the float in the Attic. He replaced the Nest with a new thermostat that was provided to us when the AC was replaced 2 weeks ago, then helped us load the app on our cellphone and then provided instructions on how to use the app and the thermostat itself. He did an excellent job working with us. Kudos to Paul.

    Paul arrived as promised after a trip toFlorence to downtown Jackson. He set to work up in the attic of the garage where the furnace is, and it was fixed in short order. Then he worked on the outside air conditioning unit. It was bitter cold with a light rain and a stiff breeze. When he finished there, he was ready to leave. My heating was working fine and felt so good on such a raw day. I am very grateful for his service today of all days. I am toasty warm tonight in my house thanks to him. I appreciate everything!!

    We have had a plumbing nightmare over the past two weeks. It ended up being a busted main sewer line. Daniel B was one of the most professional and courteous guys I’ve worked with. He helped diagnose our problem, unclogged our drains, and came back after the sewer line was replaced to unclog dirt that had backed up as a result of the work—for no additional charge.Mike W repaired the sewer main. Same as Daniel B, he was professional and courteous. He worked hard all morning and answered any questions we had about our situation. They ran their cameras after they were finished and found another clog on the city side. Mike W stayed until the city arrived to make sure we were taken care of. Can’t say enough about this company. Great work. Very responsive. And very clear about what you will pay and why you will pay it.Finally, the ladies on the phone were always super helpful and able to get the answers I needed.Recommend 100%.

    Paul did repair and maintenance for my Ac and heating and both times he was thorough and explained as he went along. He wasn’t pushy and was very reasonable and professional . You could tell he has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable based on my past experience with different company with their young inexperienced technician. Their home office does a great job scheduling and providing updates. Our AC recently went out with a newborn in the house and 90+ degree temperatures. Tyler Warren and Daniel Lyle were onsite the same day and worked until 9pm to get us back up and running. Really appreciate their commitment.

    My A/C started blowing warm air in the evening, and by early morning I knew I would need to have a repair tech take a look at it. I checked out Environment Masters’ website and decided to give them a try. I booked an urgent appointment online, and someone called me first thing in the morning.     On a late Saturday afternoon I notice that my AC drain pipe was clogged. Water had started to leak on the floor. So, I called Environment Masters for service.     Another plumber had told us that our broken pipe had to be fixed from the outside of the house which would have involved making a large hole in our stucco.     I would love to say the experience was great but the issues they uncovered were disconcerting, to say the least. However, that being said, both young men were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to spot the problem fairly quickly but, due to nature of the problem, they were not able to complete the call. Someone will be contacting me tomorrow and set up the rest of the repairs. If the issues had not turned out to be so serious, it would have been a great experience. The lead young man was super informative about the issues and did everything he could to fix everything and did great with what he could do. It’s just going to take installers to bring a lift so they can safely get on our roof and replace the flue.

    My wife and I purchased a home back in October of 2015. So, this summer was our first summer in our new home. As soon as the temperature began to warm up in late spring, we began to notice that our a/c unit was having a tough time cooling our home. This became a huge problem when the real summer heat got here as our house was getting above 80 degrees during the day and taking until the middle of the night to cool off to the low 70s. Knowing something had to be done but not sure what the issue was, I called Ben Nalty at Environment Masters and explained the situation to him. He immediately worked me into his schedule for that day and came by to do a home inspection. Based on his inspection, he was able to determine that everything was working fine with our unit as it was a brand new unit, but that the unit was simply too small to cool our home and that we needed to upgrade to a larger ton unit. Fortunately, we were able to work something out with the previous owner and upgrade to a larger unit. Our house has been cool ever since! I cannot begin to thank Ben and Environment Masters enough for the service and knowledge that they provided me. He was completely honest and was just seeking to help me and my wife find the best solution for our home. He even provided us with cooling fans while we waited for our new unit to be installed! Environment Masters will be the only company I use from now for all my a/c needs and I will continue to highly recommend them.

    Long review but worth understanding how well Environment Masters handled my situation and helped me out in a pinch.I had a brand new Lennox system installed in Aug 2018 by another local HVAC company that my home warranty made me use. The unit stopped cooling properly in July 2020. I called the original installers and they came out and charged me for cleaning the outdoor coils and said that was the problem. I had to call them back a week later and they came back out and adjusted the system by adding Freon. I questioned them about a leak as they were having to add freon to closed system. They assured me it was fine. Had to call them back a few weeks later as house could not cool below 77 degrees. This time I insisted they actually go in attic and check. They then said that the evaporator coil was leaking and they would contact Lennox about warranty. Several days went by and I had to call them and ask about it. They then sent me a quote for $850 to replace the coil and said Lennox would pay for the actual coil part but not other charges. I asked them if they could help since I had been a month without proper air due to them not evaluating original problem properly. They called their owner and then called me back to say owner said they could not reduce cost and that it would be about 2 weeks before they could get the coil from Lennox. I looked on Lennox website and found that Environment Masters was listed as Lennox dealer. I called and spoke with their manager Ben and explained the situation. He said that it is usually harder for them to work with Lennox if they did not do the original install but he would see what he could do. He called back the next day and said that Lennox had agreed to handle the full warranty at no cost to me and that Lennox was sending a coil overnight and they could come install the next day. I went from having to pay $850 and delaying install for 2+ weeks to having $0 cost and a coil the next day just by calling a customer oriented company. The next day a technician came out and uninstalled the old coil while another tech went to pick up the new coil. When new coil arrived, it was determined that Lennox sent the wrong coil and they would need to send another that would not be in until the Tuesday after Labor day weekend. I had told Ben previously that it would be great if AC could be fixed prior to Labor day weekend as my daughter and husband would be visiting. Since a new coil was now delayed. Ben told his techs to take the old coil back out of the truck and re-install it into the unit and load it up with Freon and hopefully it would leak slow enough that we would be cool over the long weekend. It did just that and then they came today and installed the new unit. I have never had a more pleasant experience working with a service company. Completely different mind set to meeting customers needs. Very appreciative to Ben and team for helping me stay cool over the long weekend and handling this warranty issue so promptly and professionally even though they did not do the original install. I know who I will call next time I have any issues.

    Wow, Shelby Banchetti came out for a service call to my house to kick start my Halo water filtering system into service. Whatever he is paid I am sure he is being underpaid. The water filter unit was inadvertently unplugged and I discovered this yesterday. Shelby came out today and he had the same problems I had in resetting the water filter (Yep, I pulled the user manual out and gave it my best college try)Shelby went far beyond one could expect of him to troubleshoot the problem as the default answer was it’s a problem with the filter head and just replace the filter head.Shelby made many calls including calling the Halo company and that was the key that unlocked the problem he and I had to get the unit running. Through his perseverance, the problem was fixed on the spot and I am sure lots of dollars and time was saved for fixing the problem rather than having to reschedule the replacement of the filter job.I can’t say enough Kudos for what Shelby did today.

Their prices are reasonable and the technicians are honest about repairs that you need (unlike Draingo who quoted us $5k with no other option besides a tankless water heater).     Jesse was out today to fix the flushing mechanism of an older toilet in our home. I had “ handy-man”’ed it myself to replace the flush mechanism only to find I did not have or know where to get the right parts. Jesse was quick, clean and efficient in replacing the mechanism with parts he had with him! I had wasted time and effort when the real professionals truly know what to do!     UPDATE- used for plumbing, as well. Replaced my sewer line, which was 4.5’ underground and 80-year-old terra cotta pipes. Quick service. Very kind and professional - even played with my dog! The technician, Ryan, was prompt, efficient, and explained everything thoughtfully and effectively. His depth and breadth of knowledge for the given repair was impressive and well-appreciated- not to mention he had my system back up and running in moments.     Very pleasant receptionist on phone. Company kept me updated on status.Unfortunately the problem happened late on a Friday before a 3 day holiday weekend so couldn’t get replacement part till Tuesday.Repair technician, Stevie Rice was very personable and apologetic. Helped me light gas logs so I could keep the house warm. He then returned on Tuesday to complete the repair. Again a very nice person.Would recommend Environment Masters and will ask for Stevie again.

    Travis S did a terrific job performing cooling system maintenance. He did an extremely thorough examination of the outside cooling unit, documented all the data, checking against the unit nameplate specifications. He also did an excellent job cleaning the outside unit.Inside, he installed a drain line T joint to enable flushing the line that should have been included by the original installer of the unit. He also verified other operating characteristics and changed both air filters in the return ducts.I was very pleased with his competence, knowledge and professionalism.

    Steven and Mike showed up at my place on time ready to go to work. We had a home water service line leak. Mike took charge and after examining the suspected leak area determined the likely line based on a depression only he cold see, began making test digs and within ten minutes located the pipe. Next event required digging again along the line at ten foot intervals until, yes, he found the source of the leak. Then Steven promptly started making the repair and completed the repair in 15 minutes. It was done right. These two guys were no nonsense, hard working, friendly, knowledgeable technicians who efficiently located the problem. worked the problem, and completed the repair very impressive indeed. I am a very satisfied customer.
