My 1st time using Cagle Electric, Heat & Plumbing. Ethan Hays & Sam were timely, very polite & they did a great job installing my new gas fireplace set. They even cleaned up after themselves!! The cost was very reasonable, so I plan to use Cagle for my generator issue. I’m a satisfied customer.

This was the first time for me to use this business as we have used another company in the past where we found an outstanding technichian (Dustin) Just this past week I called Dustin needing service only to find out he was not with the other company any longer. Luckily I had Dustins number , or else I would have lost the best service I ever had. He came out today and fixed my problem. Cagle Service is very fortunate to have found (Dustin) for an employee. He will be a great asset to their company. (Dustin ) knows his stuff and puts the customer first. I give him 5 Stars !!!!!!!! I would give more if they were on the chart. If you use Cagle Service ask for Dustin !!!!!! Hes been with us for 4 years now and never forgets the service he did on our heating/cooling unit. He goes above and beyond !!! I was impressed by not only the service we received when the technician got there, but the service we received before hand. Usually this time of year, youre left with a large window of wait time, but in this case, not only do they notify you when the technician is coming, they give you their name, picture and the availability to track the technician if needed. That shows me that they’re very considerate of their customers time as well, and that’s not something you see very often! Our unit is very old and when the time comes to replace it, Cagles is who I will call for that!

Hottest day of the year so far, 100 degrees, and my dad’s air goes out. I called Cagle service at 12:56 in the afternoon, and a technician was in my dad’s driveway in under 15 minutes fixing the problem. They explained everything fully and got the problem fixed. Great service!

We had a tankless water heater installed by Cagle. The owner called us a few days early to see if he could do the install ahead of schedule per our request, but unfortunately we weren’t able to accommodate that day. We appreciated the effort, though! They came as scheduled, removed our old tank heater and built a frame on site to install a new tankless water heater, which has been a game changer! So far, so good and the price and timeliness were far better than any other quotes we received!

Contacted Randy for a replacing an existing 20 year old upstairs unit. He was able to put together a really good system that fit our budget, much less than many other contractors that I had contacted, with a better installation warranty. The crew that installed the unit completed it in one day, and was right on time and very professional. The installation looks better than the original!

The people are great genuine people! My regular heat was not keeping up with the 20 degree and below temperatures outside. My emergency heat kicked on and lasted about 2 days and quit on me as well. Bobby came out and fixed the issue and answered all my questions. Thank you. I plan to use Cagle Services for all my AC and heat maintenance repairs, plumbing needs and electrical problems.
