From start to finish Bill and his son worked harder than I have seen anyone in my life. They provided a very reasonable estimate for what I needed done and went above and beyond what I asked for. Showed up on time and the day he said he was coming and got the large job done on time and faster than I could imagine. Estimate was what my final bill came to. Very pleased to have them fix my plumbing and all the extras Bill did. Highly recommend 10/10. If I ever need plumbing will definitely call Bill. Support small local businesses!

Bill was fantastic to work with. We hired him to do our plumbing inspection when we purchased our home a few years ago. He helped us identify a few potential issues that could arise and gave ideas for ways to avoid them and/or remedy them in quick, inexpensive ways. Then when bigger issues eventually came up a few years later and we needed a professional, we called him back to help us. Our home is older and gave us a few challenges. Bill gave us several ideas for short term solutions in the hopes of putting off the long-term, expensive one. He was flexible and reasonable with his services and took time to educate us and explain everything he was doing. When the time came for the big job he was prompt, organized, and very reasonable in cost. We realize we are far from his biggest job but he treated us like a priority and worked us in as quickly as possible so we could get back to normal. We came out of the experience with confidence that the job was done well and we have more knowledge about how our plumbing system works. While we don’t anticipate needing him again for a long time, he will 100% be our go-to guy if the need arises!

We were having a plumbing issue on a holiday weekend & Bill came out when we couldn’t really count on any other service to give us a straight forward answer. He left his family function to take care of us, not only was his price way better than anyone in the area, but he was respectable of our home & very truthful with us about the problem. To top it off he did not charge us a holiday call out fee!! We will always use his service from this point forward!!! Thanks for an amazing JOB.

Mr. Bonney was friendly and responsive to my late Sunday night call for plumbing service. His hours of business as listed from 12 AM to 12 AM rang true. With my busy schedule working from home, it was difficult to find a time that I could be available to work with Mr. Bonney on my clogged garbage disposal issue. As luck would have it, he was able to find time in his busy schedule to come and rescue my wife and I from this problem. Even though I had to cancel two appointments with Mr. Bonney, he remained patient and eager to address the problem for me. I feel this is not a usual trait with those in the plumbing business. He was prompt on the scheduled appointment made. After viewing the problem, he was quick to come up with a solution. Turns out the garbage disposal was not the only clog causing the problem and he was able to spot the repair rather quickly. Once the clog was loosened and the repair work complete I felt his fee for the work was about going rate, but because of the extra trouble I caused with scheduling, I certainly thought the fee would be more. This professional experience was an all-around good one. Thank you Mr. Bonney!

Excellent service! Christmas Eve I ended up with water in the basement that came up around the base of the toilet. Bill came out on Christmas Day to pump the tank & clear the drain pipe! Only took a couple hours for everything. VERY reasonably priced compared to other companies. He gave me a great Christmas present in the form of a dry basement with great service! His knowledge & professionalism was excellent to say the least!

I was in a bind two years ago, needing to replace a septic tank which had been causing problems for some time. I tried contacting several plumbers, leaving messages for each. Two returned my calls - the first was obviously reluctant to even bid the job. But Bill called right back and was very interested. He came to my house, determined the effort and made some recommendations. Shortly thereafter he installed a new tank. Since then I have had Bill pump the tank. He has always done a great job. Hes very reliable and very fast. Im very glad the first plumber wasnt interested - no telling what kind of nightmare that would have been. I highly recommend Bill and wont use anyone else.

Im a first time homeowner struggling with the plumbing in my home. Ive had 4 plumbers here in a year for the same issue. They left me in the dark as to what the real issue was and long term resolution. Bill came the next day after I called him. He walked through my house with me as I told him my plans for renovating my basement and showed him the pipe and water damage from water backup. Bill cleaned out all the roots from my pipes. He even ran a camera down my pipes and let me watch with him explaining what I was looking at and answering every one of my thousand questions.... And he charged a flat fee! I now have peace of mind and a game plan for preventing future water backups. I will be calling Bill for any future maintenance and to relocate my laundry room! Im So impressed by what a nice, patient and knowledgable guy he is. Thank you bill!

I contacted Bill, after being referred to him due to his experience dealing with and having the must have tools needed for fostapex he had the prep tool to shave the outer coating off this discontinued line of pex but had loaned his prep tool out and couldnt recall who he loaned it to, but instead of him saying sorry about your luck he said I will buy another tool and come to your job and get valves on so we can run normal pex as we have been struggling to do for 2 days without having the special prep tool thats needed, and not cheap..... never met Bill personally, but appreciate his help more than he knows! Amazing customer service!!!!I Highly recommend Bill Bonney

Mr. Bonney arrived within 10 minutes of our call during a septic system emergency last December, and single-handedly located and resolved our clog situation. He was even willing to personally climb down into the tank if he had to do so to get the job done! All this, for a very reasonable price, and with obvious understanding that septic water in the basement is an emergency situation. EXCELLENT customer service!!! =) =)

Editted to add an update as of 2/5/24, additional info after original post.I called Bill after having some issues with my septic backing up. I already had an appointment scheduled with a plumber to get the main septic line snaked out, but after doing some more research I decided it would be better to pump the tank first. I didnt want to cancel the appointment to get the septic snaked though, as I had already been waiting about a week. Bill worked with me and was able to make it out the night before my appointment in order to pump out the septic tank, right in the nick of time. He was incredibly helpful, patient with all my questions (I am a first time homeowner and so I had lots) and was very friendly, professional, courteous, and FAST! His pricing was very fair as well. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of septic services.Update: After having Bill pump the tank the plumber came out the following day. We snaked the line but couldnt get past a major blockage right in front of the tank. I got in touch with Bill again since he was so great to work with the first time and scheduled a day for him to come out and do a spot repair on the septic line right in front of the tank. He had his son Frank with him this time as well, and they were awesome. As before they were very patient with my questions. I watched to try and learn as much as I could, and lent a hand where possible but mainly tried to stay out of their way. We uncovered a very bad blockage and lots of broken pipe, which they repaired and added in some cleanouts too. They also added in a cleanout to the front of the tank for ease of future maintenance. The previous owner of the property had done some goofy stuff with the way he had it plumbed up, but they corrected all that and made it look easy. Im very glad I had them do this job instead of trying to tackle it myself. From the time they showed up to the time everything was back up and running again was a grand total of about 4 hours, I couldnt believe how fast they got it all done. As before his pricing was very fair, and both Bill and Frank were incredibly friendly and professional. I cant recommend them enough! Id give 6 stars if I could.

I have hired plumbers before but never have I met a nicer man than Bill and his son. I called this man on a Tuesday and he came out the very next day. By Thursday everything was fixed and ready to go. He was very kind and helpful making sure to keep me updated on what was going on and how much everything was going to be the entire time I was at work. They were both straight up, honest, hard working men and did an amazing job fixing everything. Great price too. I know for sure in the future I will be hiring them again.

I will recommend Bill Bonney to anyone in the future. I had a major clog in my sewer line. Although bill couldnt get to it on Saturday, being tied up on another job, he held up on his commitment. Not only did he come over on Sunday but he came over after what I would call normal business hours. He didnt try to manipulate me or feed me full of nonsense. He was also apologetic about not being able to make it on Saturday. That was big for me, considering I wasnt even bothered by him not making it on Saturday. Hes a one man operation, and very good at his job. Bill didnt have to return my call because he answered the phone right away and let me know he was held up on another job. To make this review short...if you have to wait on Bill Bonney, its worth the wait!!! Very thorough work.
