I am 100% satisfied because of his extensive training, knowledge, and customer service. Their attention to detail ensured that my generator has the most up to date software technology.

After contemplating (and putting off) installation of a full-home generator for many years, Miss. Energy Services installed a 26kW Generac for my house approximately a year ago. Wish I had done this many years ago! I shopped other generator companies, but there really was no comparison from every standpoint — professionalism, knowledge, installation, customer service and price. I cant recommend them enough. They just finished an annual service check-up of generator today. The guys couldnt be more knowledgable and nicer to work with. Kathy goes above and beyond following up to make sure I was/am pleased at every step of the way (including today). Again, if youre in the market for a generator, I highly recommend this company!

I’m very pleased with MS Energy Services, they have been servicing our generator for a few years now. They are the prompt with keeping me updated on upcoming services. Kathy gives me a heads before time and my guy Jacob going to call me before he’s in route. And he gives me a courtesy call when he’s done, and Kathy will follow up the next to make sure I’m happy as well.

We could not have been more pleased with the service!! A part had gone out on our generator & bad weather predicted for next day. We were unable to get our original installer out. Jason and Lynol was out that afternoon, replaced the part, checked for any other issues, and were not only professional but also educated us on the working and maintenance of our generator. They will always be my first call going forward. I highly recommend Mississippi Energy Services for your home generator needs!

I bought my Generac from Miss. Energy Services and they installed it. I have gotten it serviced yearly for 5 years. We had a tornado last March. It came on and ran when we needed it to for over a week with no problems. I was the only one in town with lights. You have a generator for emergencies and it should come on when you need it. That is why MSE services mine yearly.

Jacob came out yesterday and serviced my Generac. I purchased it from a company that has since gone out of business. Jacob found the issued that was causing the problem and corrected it. He performed a through maintenance and had my generator back in service in no time. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He explained everything to me where I could understand. This is my first time using this company and I am a customer for life now.

MES provides world class customer service and experience. Initial consultation began on time and included a complete assessment of our energy needs. The estimate provided was fair and reasonable. The installation crew arrived on time and the Team Leader has 32 years of experience. The entire team worked steady and were very careful around landscaping and attic insulation. They completed the entire job within 8 hours in one day, and that included a complete demonstration of our new system.

I bought a new dishwasher for my mom and when Home Depot came to install it they found that the existing dishwasher was connected directly to a line running from the fuse box, so they said they didn’t know what to do and just left the new dishwasher here in my mom’s den.I actually was connected to Mississippi Energy Services through Home Depot’s pro referral program and that was the best thing I ever did. Travis came out and installed new plugs under my mom’s sink and even put the new dishwasher in as best he could and he let me know what I needed to have someone follow up on. He was professional and ever so helpful.Also, the price was phenomenal! I will definitely call you all again for any additional electrical needs on this old house.
