    I really like working with this company. The people are easy to communicate with whether that be text and/ or call.     Our shower didnt have hot water and we had 2 other plumbing companies that came and left without resolving the issue. Our plumber was very nice and professional from OVC.     I had called 2 places the day before, and was told they would be in touch (it has been radio silence since).We needed plumbing in our office for our backed up kitchen sink.Bluefrog answered my call, set me up, came the same day within a few hours.     Andrew was dispatched for my repair. He arrived with a companion, on time and both wearing masks, which I appreciated.     Licensed plumber, Andrew came out today to take a look at our tankless water heater and fireplace. For years, our water heater’s piping made a humming sound, at times the shower water became scorching hot, and our fireplace had a gas leak.     I called BlueFrog on a Saturday with a recurring backup from my kitchen sink. I received their ad in the mail with a coupon for a drain clearing. Matthew (owner) suggested I wait until Monday so I could get the coupon price (most companies aren’t looking to save you money!) Technician Rueben arrived and I explained the issue. He grabbed his snake and cleared my problem line in a matter of 10 mins. He triple checked my flow to make sure the clog was cleared. Very friendly tech as well as professional.     Honest and hardworking. I had Bluefrog out to replace a Water Pressure Regulator which is crucial to keeping pipes from bursting if you have high water pressure which mine was sky high it needs to be replaced.The tech was knowledgeable and very friendly. He discovered that the emergency shut off valve to my home no longer work. The tech got a hold of Irvine Ranch Water to come out and shut the water off to the home from the street. He coordinated everything and did the repairs. The repair took longer but I was only charged what was quoted. I highly recommend BlueFrog!!

    I had shopped around a little bit for a plumber to install a new toilet and to re-route my dryer exhaust from my garage. The one plumber from another company wasnt very nice and I definitely didnt want him to do work for me but Matt @ Blue Frog was very outgoing and friendly. So let me share some PROs and Opportunities. Lets start with Pros: Very friendly and responsive. They came out the very next day. I enjoyed speaking with Matt (who he said was the GM) and hoped he would have been the one to come out to my home. Opportunities: My quote was for a toilet, the install and to re-route the air exhaust from my dryer (because it shoots lint all over my cars in the garage and leaves a mess every time we do laundry). So Bill (who was the one that actually came out to my house) was friendly but didnt seem to know exactly what I wanted to be done with my dryer except to have the exhaust cleaned (which I could have done myself). Bill installed our new toilet which was a brand I have never heard of before (for the money of over $300 I would have expected Kohler, American Standard, SOLO etc.) and it was very low to the ground. I had to make sure my GF was happy with it due to it being that low. I carried the new toilet up the stairs for Bill and also carried the old one down and outside for him too. (I didnt have to but felt that it would be easier for everyone). After the job was complete, the charge was still over $500, (Matt was awesome to shave some off due to them coming late because of an emergency at another home as well as me shopping around) even though there was no re-routing of the exhaust because of it not being safe. And I had a toilet I never heard of but still felt I paid a premium price for it. OVERALL: I felt that the price was a little much but the friendliness and service of Matt and Bill were great. Just make sure you ask what brand of toilet you are getting and to have any estimate revised if some work cannot be completed. Regardless, I will definitely use them again due to their good customer service and friendliness.

    We contacted BlueFrog for a quote on a repipe due to a slab leak. Their technician showed up right on time, and after doing a physical inspection, offered an electronic leak detection service to ensure we were not wasting a whole lot of money if the problem was something else. The cost was 250.00 and he explained it in detail, and confirmed the leak in a hot water line, where I had seen water on the carpet. However, over the course of the day it had started draining down apparently, and no longer was as wet there, so there was some uncertainty. BlueFrog was the only company out of the ones I had create an estimate, who offered the service to bypass and repair the leaking line only. I would highly recommend them for testing or repairs, based on this experience.

After speaking to several plumbers from other companies & getting various quotes, one company wanted $120 just to come look regardless if they could even do the job once they inspected, another company saying part of the job was undoable, there was no choice but to go with Bluefrog. All of myriad questions were answered as often as I asked. The job was started on time & completed on time. Nothing but helpful & courteous. Having peace of mind during the stress of neighbor-caused water damage & the resulting mold abatement- its not been good. But Matt & his crew really have helped make things a lot easier.
