We were íncentivized by our home owners insurance to have our house repiped after filing a claim for a water leak last September. They would not renew our policy if we didnt have a ceramic coating installed or do a full repipe. We chose to repipe as it seemed to be more long lasting than doing a coating.After contacting a number of repiping companies we chose OC Repipes due to the amount of service they could provide at a reasonable cost. Andy was my initial contact and Slavi was the site manager. Both are great to work with.We did need to get an asbestos survey done prior to any work. With 52 year old drywall, they did find asbestos. We had that remediated by another company and then OC Repipes repiped the entire house in one day not counting closing up the walls. The walls were done the next day.All aspects of the job were done with great skill and efficiency.I would highly recommend contacting OC Repipes.See photos attached. Its pretty ugly until its not.

Just wow (in a good way). Slavi and team (Giovanni et al.) knocked out our whole house replumb in a day, plus a couple hours the next. We had a Great experience with OC Repipes. We had 4-5 different plumbing companies try to troubleshoot our low pressure, no hot water issue in our home we had just bought 5 months prior. Prior to having OC Repipes troubleshoot, we installed a tankless water heater, tried hydro jetting, installed recirculating pumps, etc...Andy Borisov (one of Owners of OC Repipes) came out and found the issue within 2 minutes. Explained to us the reason for our issues and told us what we didn’t want to hear. He wasn’t the first plumber to tell us the solution, but he was the first that was confident of the issue, and just as confident of the resolution. A week later he and Slavi (other Owner of OC Repipes) were back with their impressive team of techs, ripping into our freshly smooth plastered, painted walls that had just be completed a month prior, installing new pex pipes. This sounds like a nightmare, and it was, however they made it worth it. They did everything they could to navigate and avoid our custom walls.OC Repipes assured us we would have hot water at normal pressure once the re-pipe was done. They showed up at 8am on Saturday, 8 -10 hours later we had pressure and hot water in our primary bathroom, the next evening (a Sunday, on Father’s Day!!) We had pressure and hot water throughout our entire home. The only reason they took two days was so that they could navigate our custom walls as much as possible. The cost of a re-pipe is not cheap, in our case however, it was unavoidable but worth every penny. We’re so grateful to these guys. They are honest, skillful, sharp and Fantastic!Thanks OC Repipes You’re the best!!

Called Slavi at OC Repipes when our hot water turned to drips due to failing epoxy sleeve blocking the pipes. He gave us a fair quote and his crew did a great job re-piping the house with Pex. The dry wall crew came in the next day to patch and texture. After painting, you cant tell there were holes cut in the ceiling and walls. Had the best pressure hot shower after they completed the repipe and adjusted the pressure regulator. If you need your house repiped, I recommend using OC Repipes for a professional project experience and excellent experience.

Slavi and his team were so professional and responsive. Our old water heater needed to be replaced urgently. After reading many positive reviews, I contacted OC Repipes. They responded immediately and visited to assess the situation. We decided to upgrade to a tankless system and repipe the house at the same time. We got a couple other quotes as well, but the responsiveness, pricing and professionalism from Slavi made our decision easy. The work began promptly. The team was conscientious and carefully protected the house, furniture and floors with plastic sheeting. While it looked a little like a scene from Dexter, no dust or mess was left behind. Also all the wall patches were seamless. Its been a couple months so far and we have better water pressure, instant hot water and a lower gas bill. This is the best experience Ive ever had with a contractor.

They worked around my house that posed lots of challenges for repiping and managed to complete the job with very few holes in the drywall and without having to move wall mirrors or cutting marble to connect my bathtub. After a slab leak, our home insurance recommended we considered a whole house repipe. I solicited bids from several companies, and was recommended OC Repipes based on a work colleague who didnt end up using them but had a positive impression during the job estimation process. OC Repipes pricing was easily the most competitive, and during the walkthrough I felt like Slavi Yordanov (Co-Founder) was both professional and also not out to sell me on needless work or features. I ended up going with his crew for the work. It took a while to get scheduled, but once it was scheduled it was done fairly efficiently despite some 1-2 unforeseen challenges that werent apparent until the walls were opened up. I was most impressed when Slavi came and personally took down a kitchen cabinet to get the best route possible for the alternate solution, which meant no visible holes in the kitchen in the end. After inspection his crew put the cabinet back reinstalled better than they found it. The city inspector was impressed that they fully insulated all the hot water lines from the heater throughout the whole system. Originally Slavi said the work was maybe going to take 1 day for work and 1 day for patch, but that it could be 2 for each. It did end up being 2... still better than most contractors Ive seen who say 1 and it becomes 5. I think that for the price OC Repipes is a really great choice if you are in the situation of needing to repipe your house. Thank you Slavi and team!
