JEN Plumbing is always my first call when it comes to anything plumbing related. Donald is great to work with and has done a number of jobs for us in our home. These jobs include taking care of the plumbing work in the bathroom of our basement we were finishing, replacing the toilets throughout our home, replacing outdoor water faucets/spigots (including installing a shutoff valve inside), and kitchen faucet installation. Donald is polite, professional, and reasonably priced. I will continue to rely on JEN for all of our plumbing needs.

There should be more stars, Don has worked on numerous projects for us at our old house downtown ( built in 1875 ) as well as our new place ( built in 1925 ).The workmanship and knowledge that he has of the actual craftsmanship is unfortunately some what of an art that is vanishing.I myself have worked the trades for almost 40 years. So working with Don, someone who is truly passionate about what he does, completely respects the art of a true crafts person.Know matter how small the problem, or how difficult, Don will always be my goto for any type of plumbing or gas line needs.

I am a repeat customer due to the quick and awesome work done!!!• Exterior faucet leaked internally: Replaced a hose bibb• Toilet Problems: snaked toilet to relieve heavy clog• Water Heater Died: Replaced electric water heaterMy hose and faucet leak issues are now over! The water heater install was in a very tight closet on the second floor and Don was able to install a slightly larger water heater to replace the 11 year old existing one. It looks awesome and works perfectly!

Donald did an amazing job replacing a pipe that froze and exploded. The pipe was inside the drywall of a closet. It wasnt an easy job. He replaced it in an hour and was extremely reasonable. Will definitely be my first call for any plumbing issues.

Donald at JEN Plumbing was great to work with. When my hot water tank went out unexpectedly, I ordered a new one and he was able to come out and hook up it up for me. He even installed new copper piping as the new tank was a different height than my old tank.

Amazing person and always does a great job! Easy to work with and has great rates. Replaced my sump pumps and has also fixed a couple of faucets and now the shower diverter! Highly recommend!
