    I called Plumb Tek LLC on a Saturday expecting to not get a response or service same day. To my pleasant surprise, Zachary reached back within a short time to get details of what was being needed. He scheduled someone to come over same day. Craig came over same day and he got to work. I can tell he had a ton of experience for the exceptional work ethic and how pleasant he is. This was indeed a tough plumbing job but Craig neither complained nor gave any excuses and got the job done despite the difficult talks. I can tell you he went above and beyond and now I have found my go to place/people for my home’s plumbing need.     Such a great experience working with the Plumb Tek team. We called with short notice for some work for new appliances. They were able to schedule us quickly and promptly got the work done and left the place better than they found it. I recommend and would do business with them again!

    Wife scheduled someone from Plumb~Tek to come out Thursday to give an estimate on a shower leak. Tech showed up shortly after 9am and described what thought was the issue. Gave us an estimate and said it would be emailed over for us to look over and confirm. And he left. Never received said email. Interestingly enough the gentleman said I lived on just the other side of the intersection from “The Boss”.Update: Zach the owner of the company contacted us first thing. And informed us of the mishap with the estimate. They came right over to assist with our leaking shower issue. Craig diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to correct my shower leak to perfection. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future for any plumbing needs I may have. They’ve found a customer for life. I so greatly appreciate their attentiveness to the mistake with the estimate. And to professionally correct the issue and solve my worries. Thanks Zach and Craig!

    I sent a PM about my water heater not working and the amazing John called me within 20 minutes. Long story short, the owner Zach has his toes in the sand but the amazing John was on-call.... on a Saturday!     Had a water heater that was not working. The tech came out in the window stated. Attempted and was successful in lighting the pilot and said that there was no charge but if it kept happening he would need to do more diagnostics. Thats what I call excellent service. Thank you!!

    So glad I called Zach. He was able to help out in a pinch. During the cold one of my pipes burst and began flooding the house. He was responsive for an emergency call via text and showed up on time. I would definitely call again. I had reached out to several other plumbers who were either unavailable or had available calls the following day. By then the water would’ve been free flowing for hours and I just didn’t think that was reasonable. Thank you, Zach! Lucky to have him as a local plumber. And I will recommend him to people I know.

    Zach and his Plumb Tek team are just excellent.  I would highly recommend them for your family’s home or bigger commercial projects.They have great communication, are skilled in addressing complex plumbing and other issues (e.g., with tenants and scheduling), and do quality work.  We haven’t had any leaks or call backs.They are particularly skilled at addressing emergency issues.  Zach has been able to dispatch quickly and prevent smaller issues from becoming very expensive ones.

    Zachary and his team are miracle workers! We had a clogged kitchen sink that our maintenance company had not repaired after 11 days. I posted on Facebook about the issue and out of nowhere, this wonderful human being, comes along and reassures me it is not a problem and he can get it fixed later in the evening. Within 10 minutes, after his team arrived, they had my kitchen sink repaired. Something my own landlord failed to do after 11 days! Without a working kitchen sink, I could not run the dishwasher nor wash dishes by hand because the kitchen sink would overflow. I was at my wits end, especially with Thanksgiving only a week away. He restored my faith in humanity and gave me back my sanity. He offers a community outreach program for those in need during the holiday season. Hence, his team did the repairs and didnt charge me since he knew I would have to pay out of pocket. Zachary even followed up with a phone call to ask if they had sufficiently repaired the sink. Words cannot express how much he helped us in our desperate time of need. Zachary is the ONLY one I will let address my future plumbing needs!

They were able to get the line flowing again and help diagnose how we can find a permanent fix for the problem.     Hamilton came out told me I needed to spend $5000 to fix my sewer drain. Plum tech came out and told me don’t waste my money. Even though it would’ve profited him greatly to lie.     This company did a great job! They came out the other day at 9pm and worked until 11pm. They cleaned up really well after they were done. They were so nice and they had a 5 yr guarantee on their work. I would recommend this company.
