Steve did a wonderful job! Came out promptly to help out with a gas line issue, on a Saturday afternoon. Got our new gas oven installed safely. Will definitely use their services in the future, and highly recommend to others.

Independence Plumbing is a great business. I had a leaking main line valve and instead of them charging me to come out, Steve gave me direction on how to stop the leak until I could get them out to repair it. I definitely recommend their organization for all your plumbing needs. They get 5 stars and then some. Thanks Steve

Independence Plumbing is an excellent Father and Daughter company that really works to meet all of your commercial or residential needs. Steve and Lindsey have a relationship that separates them from their competition because they understand each others strengths and weaknesses which allows them to be extremely efficient and diligent with your time. I called Independence Plumbing, out of the blue, around 12:30PM today, praying that I could find a company that could come in asap to get our toilets installed before the end of the day. Lindsey and Steve showed up an hour later and were finished with the job (while providing invaluable advice regarding suggestions for parts, stores to purchase from, and important self-knowledge for future small jobs we can do on our own) an hour and a half later! In this time, they also managed to fix our three other toilets that we didnt even know were usable! And they did that for nothing! Now, we have a $20,000 bathroom that is fully running and before we didnt know it could be used at all! Perhaps most importantly, Steve and Lindsey are incredibly good people that are just out to help anyone they can and provide them with trustworthy advice and very reasonable prices. It was nice to have a company that can come in and do the work you ask them to do efficiently while being friendly enough to hold casual conversations. The experience they have is unmatched and the experience the MIDWEST PELICANS had was nothing short of enjoyable and relieving.

Im the customer that Jenifer Bemis claimed fired her because of something Steve said. This is totally untrue. Steve did her and me a favor after her plumber got to busy. He did not say her fixtures were cheap! The only thing he ever said was that there was a very small defect in the sink. He did this to protect himself. He did a very nice job on very short notice and her review was a cheap shot. By-the -way I never fired her, I just decided not to use her in the future for reasons having nothing to due with Independence plumbing

Weve had them come out twice now to take of a clog and we are scheduling a toilet replacement. This guy is very knowledgeable, does a nice job, and offers a lot of advice. He also helped us out with our leaky dishwasher. Ill call him any time time I need a plumber!

TOP CLASS SERVICE!!! It was snowing like crazy and my hot water heater went out. I called another plumbing company and after waiting 3 hrs the guy never showed up. I called Steve and he was at my door within 30 minutes. He was friendly and efficient with his work. He had all the equipment needed to install a new water heater. Steve even waited around to make sure everything was working properly. As a father of 2 young kids (ages 5 and 1), Steves willingness to show up and show out is greatly appreciated.

The plumbers came out to my moms house in Pepper Pike Friday afternoon to unclog our nasty plugged bathtub that would never drain right since we moved in. He snaked it and it works much better now. They were good to work with and came out quick! Low service call and very polite.

Great company. Steve was able to come out, last minute on a Sunday afternoon to take care of a clogged drain in the basement. Made short work of the problem, it was fixed and cleaned up in no time at all. Even gave some advice for future repairs. I would highly recommend Independence Plumbing.

Independence came out and snaked my kitchen sink. It was clogged pretty badly. It drains much faster now! I appreciate their professionalism and willingness in fixing the drain on such short notice.I would recommend them to any of my friends who have a plumbing problem in the future.

After the subzero weather hit, a pipe froze & burst causing a lot of water damage to our finished basement. They arrived promptly and were very friendly, assessed the problem & fixed it all within a few hours. We will be sure to recommend them to our neighbors and family.

Steve got to our house within about 25 minutes of being called. We had a burst pipe in our (thankfully) unfinished basement that was quickly creating a large mess. Steve is a bit rough around the edges, be prepared for colorful language (though to be fair I was doing a lot of swearing first) and some extremely direct or potentially unsolicited advice and communication.Its coming from a good place but if youre not ready for it, itll take you by surprise. That said I never doubted that he wanted to do great work and ensure that we were going to be in good shape. Just a bit of a gruff communication style. Assuming the work holds up well be calling them again next time we need something worked on.
