Matt was exceptional. I’m a first time homeowner and recently bought my house in May. He came to service my water heater and other plumbing concerns. He was quick, but thorough, and gave me a ton of good recommendations (and quotes) for the future. I have more plumbing needs and will certainly reach back out Inception. Service tech responded the same day I called. He was very knowledgeable and experienced and got the repair done to my water heater quickly. He ended up replacing some of the water supply line to the water heater. The repair looks great and has bought me some time before the water heater has to be fully replaced. Service was great, prices may be a little higher than a smaller company with less overhead but I am very happy with everything. The quick response and solid repair was worth any extra cost I may have incurred. Will use this company again.

He was very professional and explained the job in great detail.He set up an appointment to have Andrew, Scott and Dan come out to dig up main drain in back yard to install liner. Super great guys!!! They all were very very professional , explaining everything in great detail. They all were very careful not to damage the yard. Installed the liner in a timely manner and made sure it was fixed properly. Great job Inception Plumbing !!!

Tim came in first thing Monday morning after I had a plumbing issue on a Sunday. He fixed my problem right away but he also fixed the mess that the other plumber left behind a few months ago. He pointed out some things that should’ve been done previously, but weren’t. He also fixed an issue with my toilet while he was here. I appreciate the quick response and the thoroughness. It is important to me that my repairs are done accurately. I appreciate him pointing out any issues that might happen in the future and making sure they are resolved now. He was honest and charged a fair price for quality work so I will be using them for future projects.

Tim did amazing. We did have another issue downstairs after he snaked but knowing it wasn’t his fault he took care of it for us for free and was so kind to my wife and daughter and really just made the second effort to get it cleaned and fixed for us. We were quoted by another company 1,400 to fix our lines well guess what. They did it for $98 and like i said actually fixed it. If your ever in doubt get a second opinion and Tim and inception did such a good job for us thank you guys!

He even managed to fix a simple sink issue that 2 prev plumbers failed to - and told me how to fix it on my own, should it ever happen again!He patiently answered questions and re-explained things when I didnt understand. He showed me how he tested the work to be certain it was good, and walked me through where all my new valves where and what they did.Part of the work included a pipe reroute that I was a little nervous about, but it ended up looking even cleaner/sleeker than the original was!I am very thankful that this company is so honest and fair; they have a customer for life.And wow its so nice to have hot water again haha!

Inception plumbing is doing something right. They offer timely and affordable service. They staff only the nicest and most professional workers. My rental property’s water heater was leaking profusely from the bottom and Tim was able to come out within a few hours and diagnose the problem. My tenants were raving about how kind and efficient he was. He got the old water heater ripped out and a new one put in on the same day that I was made aware of the problem. I will be a lifelong customer as long as Inception Plumbing keeps up whatever they are doing.
