John and his team were terrific!! On time, hard working, clean, professional and top notch work. They renovated two of my bathrooms and replaced my back deck. I’ve gotten nothing but compliments! I would recommend them to anyone.

Ive been working with the Create Build and Remodel team for three years now as they tackled multiple remodel and new construction projects at my home in Orleans, MA. They have installed a new kitchen and laundry room, renovated three bathrooms, replaced all the flooring, tile and trim moldings throughout the house, completed all the inside finish work on a large new addition, and finished our existing basement including adding a new laundry and bath. In each and every case, John DeMoura and his crew did impeccable work! It is a testimony to their excellence that my husband and I kept coming back to them for each new project. They are meticulous, respectful of both my home and my time, and their craftsmanship is top notch. They have been unfailingly willing to work with me creatively to make my vision a reality, and have done so with politeness and good humor. They also bring with them subcontractors who are highly skilled and very reliable. Finally, I could always count on John to communicate with me promptly and to be fair and honest in his dealings. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!

10/10, without a doubt. Create Build & Remodel has updated and remodeled our entire house & we are beyond impressed. From the first time we met John & the team, there has been nothing but honesty, trust, and guidance. Every single member of this team is kind, trustworthy, and hardworking. From redoing the kitchen & first floor, to adding an outdoor shower, to remodeling closets in bedrooms, to adding recessed lighting and new ceilings, to replacing siding and gutters, Create Build & Remodel has completely updated our entire house. The professional and honest opinions are just a part of what encourages us to continue to use their services to redo our house. Excellent. We are so pleased with John DeMoura’s work. He’s professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great communication every step of the way with our kitchen, bathroom and lighting renovations. Talented at figuring out how to solve any issues that arise. Beautiful, skilled tile work. Highly recommend! Updating this review as of 6/18/20. John did another fantastic job for us. He completely remodeled our Master Bath shower. He did the demo, built the framework, walls and waterproof flooring for the new shower. He replaced old woodwork with Azek. His tile work is impeccable! See the photos below of walls and floor of shower and the niche he built. He managed and worked with the plumber, the painter and the glass installer. Additionally, the house was immaculate at the end of the project. This is a photo of the work John did, glass to be installed soon. The last photo is the bathroom BEFORE the amazing work by John.
