Andre and his crew did a fantastic job. We had them re-shingle the whole house with SBC Cape Cod Gray double dipped shingles, replaced the fascia’s, soffits and freeze with AZEK boards, replaced the front gutters, replace the back deck and front porch with TimberTech AZEK Slate Gray decking.They cleaned up every day so we could let our dogs use the back yard. Andre kept us up to date on delivery dates for supplies and our progress in each of the steps.

I knew I wanted a qualified James Hardie siding installer and boy, was I fortunate to be put in touch with ASA Construction. From the moment I first spoke to Andre, until the end of the project, Andre was always in touch. Andre and his crew were professional every day they showed up. Andre listened to my wants and even saved me some money by suggesting alternatives. I even added a few additional wants that were not initially quoted and Andre accommodated me and made sure that they got done. His crew even worked through the cold and snow to ensure that the project got done in a timely manner. I would highly suggest and recommend ASA Construction for any and all of your home projects that you may be considering.

My experience with ASA has been positive from my first meeting with Andre until the Hardie shingle siding job was complete. Andre was prompt when he came to look at the project, he was polite and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me the address to several homes where he had installed shingle siding so that I could see the quality of his work. When I drove by the homes, I was very impressed with the craftsmanship. Although the crew started a week late due to rain, they did an awesome job. I was blown away at how meticulous the entire crew was and the extra time they spent on the details. I highly recommend them!

Andre was outstanding. Gave me a fair estimate. Was not the lowest, and was not the highest I had received to do what amounted to a very large job. I had a roof done, replaced a great deal of rotting trim, and had all four sides cedar shingled. They were quick and very thorough.

The team was quick and thorough working in the middle of the winter. They did a wonderful job on installing prestained shingles and azek window trims. My house is 30 at the peaks from the ground so was not an easy task. If a problem did arise they were quick to address it. I will use them again when I finish the front of my house.

ASA Construction Group recently re-shingled our historic home and cottage on Davisville Rd in East Falmouth. We had gotten the referral from one of our neighbors and had seen his work on some nearby properties, so called on Andre for an estimate. The estimate was competitive and thorough, detailing all the work to be completed. The job started on the time, the crew showed up every day, worked hard the entire day, and didn’t leave until the job was completed. Their team’s work ethic was something I have not witnessed in a while, very impressive. Andre was incredibly responsive and addressed any concerns and issues we had, always courteous and professional. ASA took the extra time to make sure our house kept its historic integrity with the materials used and workmanship. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!

I recently had ASA replace my roof, install new siding, and re-face my chimney. Andre and his team are fantastic! From the first phone call to ask for a quote, through to the completion of the work, I couldnt have been happier. Andre was incredibly responsive and addressed any/every question promptly- his genuine concern about making sure that I was happy with the work was refreshing! He and his team even fixed some loose ends that a contractor that Id previously hired to install new windows had left undone. As far as the ASA team goes - they showed up early every day, and worked until dusk. Extremely hardworking and courteous - went above and beyond, including fixing my front door which wasnt closing properly. If you are considering any home renovations, I would very highly, very enthusiastically recommend ASA!!!

I have hired him several times to do work on my home ranging from residing to replacing doors and sliders and could not be happier. The end result came out better than I could have hoped for.Just an extra shout out to the crew. My dog is an escape artist and I had an area of her kennel barricaded. Without asking, the crew devised a fool proof fix that looks 1000 times better than my contraption.

I had 5 estimates to have our 4500 ft house house in Falmouth sided with new trim installed around all windows & doors. I wanted Enviro-Bleached traditional Cape Cod cedar shingles. These are dipped in a bleaching substance at the factory and adds a layer of protection. All trim was to be white composite board.My family has a building maintenance and carpentry background and I am well aware of the what to expect from most projects. 1 of the contractors told me the job was too big for his crew to handle. I appreciated his honesty. One wanted to push the job off for 6 months claiming he would never be able to get the materials I had wanted due to supply issues. Another contractor worked for a huge local builder who moonlighted after hours with his bosss blessing. He gave me an estimate double of what was expected from a job of this size. I was embarrassed for him. 2 of my neighbors were having their houses sided with Hardy Board. I noticed an ASA sign posted on the lawn as the crew worked. Everyday, early morning start. Late afternoon early evening end. Very impressed by this work ethic. One afternoon Mauro approached me and said he could have his boss Andre contact me about siding our home.Andre came out and walked around the entire property and we discussed what I wanted and he came up with a couple ideas that were spot on of what I wanted. I knew then, he was knowledgable about what he was doing and not just a salesman. I saw first hand the quality of our neighbors houses and the excellent reviews they had given us about their experience. Before he left my home he called his supplier and had no problem having all materials for the job. Amazing, no excuses.We decided to go with ASA Construction. Andre completed a contract and abided by every provision in the contract from start to finish. The price was exactly what I expected to pay. What a terrific experience! ASA Construction Group recently replaced our gutters, siding and trim, a double window, an outdoor shower enclosure and, using the same footprint, replaced a large deck. They substantially finished this in about 15 days after they began but needed to delay the window replacement a few weeks due to product delivery delays. Every day, they showed up with the sun and worked until they ran out of light at the end of the day. They worked efficiently and carefully, leaving the property in good condition every evening. Each crews talked to us about progress as the projects evolved, and Andre Tameirao supervised the entire thing and was always available somehow. He was very interested in working with us so that there were no surprises or disappointments. The materials included James Hardie siding and Azek trim, composite decking and TimberTech railings, a Cape Cod Shower enclosure, and other modern composite materials. Of importance to us were the repairs and reinforcement that they made to the deck framing, as well as the building exterior, before the final outermost covering materials were applied, so that they were not just covering structural problems. This was a large project for us, and we are very pleased with the results. We would not hesitate to contact Andre again if a need arose for any work that is within his company’s scope of expertise.

ASA Construction has done several projects for me. Each time they have gone above and beyond to deliver in their promise. Since I did not know them at first I chose to start small. The first Project they did was remove the bulkhead and build a dog house. After seeing their work I decided to have them do the rest of the projects. They replaced windows, replaced old trim, installed new siding in the front part of the house, built a small azek porch and redid the Deck around the house. Andre, the owner, is knowledgeable, very easy to deal with and the trait I liked most is that he is punctual. I have done projects with other contractors in the past and most did not even show up when they said they would. Thank you ASA!

No starts and stops. We obtained five estimates and ASA was the low bidder. We had a small change order and ASA provided the work without an extra charge. The house looks like new. Our satisfaction level exceeds 100%

I hired ASA to replace my front porch. While I wished to get a number of bids, Andre’s presentation impressed me from the outset. He arrived prepared. Asked the right questions to determine what I wanted and what his company could do, gave me suggestions, showed me pictures of similar decks they had done. I did get a few more bids, but no one measured up to him. Knowing that there could be delays given the (post) COVID economy, I just asked him to keep me informed. He was great! His teammate Bruno did the demo/construction and he was a joy to have working here - and the work was really beautiful. I already have ASA on tap for a larger project - so yes, I’d hire them again - in a heartbeat. I’m really pleased.

Andres crew of 5 experienced, ambitious workers is also what youd expect, nothing but the best, headed by Mauro on site, who was amazing and also did an incredible job!Our house was the first on our road in East Falmouth to be completed by Andre and his workers (May 2022), but it was soon followed by two of our neighbors, who were equally impressed by Andre, his crew, and their newly sided houses! We have received numerous compliments on the James Hardie fiber cement siding shingles that had been highly recommended to us for its long life of 50+ years, especially near the water. (Our children and grandchildren are sure to be the beneficiaries!) We recently had ASA Construction Group replace all our siding, trim, and gutters. Andre and his team are fast and fantastic. We went with James Hardie clapboard in Grey Slate and Azek white trim. We had our front door, storm door, side garage door, and garage door replaced as well. I am in awe of the turn out and how quickly the project was finished. If you’re looking for a construction company that is reliable, fast, and keeps you updated, then ASA is who I highly recommend. Andre and his team cleaned up extremely well after each day which was very important to me because of my step-son and dog. Go with Andre and his team. You won’t be disappointed!
