    Kim’s has all the typical garden center stuff, but it is also a historic location that’s worth a visit just to walk around. A large restored home plus a new barn-style building full of treasures, plus outdoor areas….it takes a couple of hours just to see everything.

    This place is a hidden treasure and a lovely adventure. The garden area is so beautiful and peaceful, in addition to all the different varieties of plants and flowers, theres also a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Kim really has a flair for the arts and it shows throughout the Garden Center and the Mansion. I would definitely recommend that you visit Kims Home and Garden Center, you will love it !

    I have not yet been here but I am moving to Huntsville soon and do visit on the weekends. I definitely plan on seeing this place simply because their reply’s to the reviews. They seem honest and upfront based on that alone. Good job!!!

    What a wonderful place to shop and look around! Staff are so very friendly, house and grounds are so beautiful! I will be back in the fall for fall plants! Their plants are well priced!They have lots of gifts to purchase, and lots of items for inside your home and yard!

    I love strolling outside and inside Kim’s just to enjoy the artistic flair of the inside decorators, and the lovely flowering and nursery items outside. Although I could order the same staff from Amazon, I prefer shopping locally, but It is expensive at Kim’s. I am sad to say I can get the same items lots cheaper elsewhere. For example, during Christmas holiday season, a gorgeous garland was labeled for sale at $110.! 6 feet long! Online same thing cost $45.I get interesting presents there for others like pickled vegetables, chili and salsa mix, African violets, chimes, and the like. There is very nice free gift wrapping. They have a small supply of fertilizers that are difficult to get locally. Outside there are good looking bins of a variety of soils, rocks, boulders, and mulch. There is always an attentive knowledgeable staff person ready to help. They will tell you if they do not have an answer but will get help for you, I presume, from Kim. Inside bathrooms are nice in the nursery building. The old white two story house is really lovely- I believe it can be rented for outdoor parties- and is decorated, as I mentioned, tastefully, appealing and inviting. Seasonal decor is really breathtaking indoors. Periodically there are vendor fairs outside. If I had Texas oil money, I’d buy all my decor at Kim’s!

    This is a cute place to visit. We didnt know what to expect, but it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was more than a blessing to chat with and Dixie 🐕‍🦺 was the best tour guide 😉. They have plants of all kinds, cute garden decor, and a variety of soaps and lotions. Such a beautiful place to visit!

    Several gals made a day trip to Kims from Houston and we had so much fun. The staff was warm and friendly and very welcoming. The plants were beautiful!! A beautiful place to visit! The small lunch spot was yummy!

    Adorable garden center and home decor store. A little an the pricey side for home devote but plants were reasonable. Lots of variety and super meat and clean. Staff was super nice and knowledgeable. Will def do the 30 min drive to visit again

    This was my first time to visit the new location for Kims Home and Garden and I was blown away! The grounds are in immaculate condition and very inviting for a stroll through the property. The staff were all very welcoming and ensured I had a lovely experience as I meandered between the home goods (beautiful historic mansion!) and the new garden center. Plan to spend plenty of time here -- you will need it to really soak in the atmosphere and setting. The plant selection was great and everything was lush and healthy -- even in the Texas summer heat. I will be visiting again soon and recommend it!

    Kims is a destination any gardener or home decor enthusiast should visit. But, I warn you, if you go once, youll want to return over and over again. Kims has a large selection of plants; many of which you dont find in a hardware store. I bought a rose and a holly and I thought the prices were fair. I made a quick pass through the old home; mostly to see inside the home itself. Gorgeous! I wasnt really looking for home decor; but, what I saw was impressive. It would be difficult to find anything similar in The Woodlands. Ill definitely be back.

    OMG!!!!!! My husband and I had the best time today!The fall decor was amazing. The Christmas decor was as equally amazing. The fall art festival was really great too. if you havent tried the little sandwich shop across the parking lot...then you should! The chicken salad sandwich was great !

    They helped me find the perfect memorial piece for my grannys grave and I am absolutely greatfull for the two people that helped me find it. It really made for a beautiful addition to the things already in place there. Again thank you to those two awesome people and Kims so much.     If you havent been to Kims since she moved to the new location, you are in for a wonderful time!!!Besides having helpful people to answer questions about the plants, and more to see, there is a wonderful indoor shop to beautiful your garden or get a gift for someone who loves their garden!I encourage you to go check it out, you will be AMAZED!

    Went here not knowing what I wanted exactly but with the help of the staff, they were able to find me the perfect plant for me! The staff are amazing and super friendly and sweet! Great experience for sure! I’ll definitely come back again for my plant needs!

    Kims Home and Garden is not just a great place to buy foliage, shrubbery, and landscaping supplies, but also is a cute store with knick-knacks for home or garden decor! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly in regards to their inventory and plants. They also sell some miscellaneous products like salsa and chocolate, which I have enjoyed. There is a good rotation and change of goods periodically, rather than just having the same stuff year-round. The owner, Kim, is a very sweet and personable lady. If you have the chance to shop here, definitely take the opportunity.

    For those that havent been to Kims new location, you are in for a treat! They are even bigger with a vast selection of both plants and home decor, plus a large amount of artisan crafts as well. Will definitely look forward to bringing home plenty of new plant babies from here.

    Stewarts is now Kims Home and Garden Center. The name changed. I have been to this store five or six times over the years and while they do not always have what I need, I have never had anyone there be rude or short with me like the other reviewer has said. I found everyone there to be nice and helpful. I have no stance on if they treat customers or employees better, but in my experience, businesses that side with their employees in reasonable cases tend to have even better customer service instead of those that use the blanket of the customer is always right. Maybe the other person was rude or angry and that became a catalyst for a less than par experience. If you need something particular like vermiculite (helps with soil drainage) and you do not want to go to Conroe or farther, then I think Kims is a great place to get gardening items and supply locally. I have even had a few questions that I called and spoke to them about and they helped me figure what I should do in regards to my flower beds.

    We had Kims do a complete landscaping remodel on our house 30 miles away from Huntsville. Jackie did a very good job performing multiple computer mock-ups of what we were looking for and once agreed upon, the date was set and work was performed very professionally and rapidly. The crew leader and his crew were very pleasant, courteous and picked up after their work each day.Kims also recommended a 3rd party sprinkler company that performed at or above expectations as well.My highest recommendation is that I will use them preferentially if the opportunity arises.

    We had Kims do a complete revamped landscape and some hardscape of our back yard and what a beautiful change! They added an intimate flagstone seating area surrounded by soft lights and beautiful gardens that I cant wait to mature. Jackie got me when I told her my vision, and the guys worked fast and hard to create the reality. Thanks for the beautiful oasis!

    Its a great place to shop they have a little of everything very beautiful things and friendly employees, but I did notice this trip around ever since they moved to the new location that their prices have sky rockit super high Its a shame because I really love all their stuff but I guess its ok for me to just go and feast my eyes on their beautiful things and go home empty handed, but also its understandable that everything is getting expensive nowadays and that is the reason for the 4 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟

The Home Depot is my place to go to for all kinds of Home improvement stuff and I went to the Home Depot just the day before I went to (Kims Home and Garden Center) and I went to The Home Depot to check out their plants and tree. Yes The Home Depot had a nice selection of plants and trees as well as  nice prices, ... BUT...! As I said I went to(Kims Home and Garden Center) the next day. NICE! Let me tell you. They had everything that you could think of for your yard or in home decorations for almost any home Improvement projects you could think of. And the pricing was great as well has the customer service you can tell the employees love their jobs, they were quick to help and very knowledgeable. Im looking forward to making many trips there.Who Knows May be Ill see you there. :-)By the way theyre not paying me for this review. I dont get paid for any review. These people dont even know me at all, Im just giving my personal experience. And It Was Awesome

Next to the bigger white house, she not only welcomed us back to browse but to also just stop by during lunch,walk around.So go check them out.
