Super nice people. Quick and easy scheduling and they got me in within a week (wasnβt urgent.) The electrician that came out (Patrick) was very professional, got the job done quickly, really knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do! Love working with these great folks! The showroom staff were so patient and helpful while I pondered which fixtures to get. They listened and cared about what I wanted and I trusted them enough to order an item and surprise me with it. Well, boy did they surprise me. It was not only beautiful, but exactly what I wanted! Patrick spent a full day and part of another in my home taking care of the many items I needed done. Patrick was the epitome of professionalism, did an outstanding job on all of the projects and was a pleasure to work with. If youre looking for THE BEST workmanship and FAIR and REASONABLE prices, look no further than McCaffety. They listen. They care. They do the job right! -

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the very kind and thoughtful receptionist who helped me. My daughter bought a new dryer and needed the dryer plug switched out. She is 8 months pregnant and needed it done as soon as possible. I called McCaffety and they had someone at her house within the hour. I would definitely recommend them. -

Its all about integrity and an outstanding job to boot! The estimate they gave to install two outdoor porch ceiling fans fell far short of what was actually required. They stuck to their quote even when I offered to pay the real costs. The person estimating the job could not have foreseen the obstacles that would arise. For that reason alone, I still feel I owe them money. They felt just as strongly about standing by their estimate. Thats integrity folks! The workmanship far exceeded my expectations. The two gentlemen who did the work were professional and pleasant (despite the 100 degree temps they worked in). The fans are perfectly centered and equally spaced. I was kept informed throughout the day, including full instructions on how to use and set the codes for the remotes. These folks will definitely get my future business. The porch fans provide a breeze, but you Mr. McCafferty and your staff are the nicest breath of fresh air Ive ever had the pleasure to get! Thank you for a job well done and integrity that is second to none! -

I needed to verify that a power panel was up to code. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and responded quickly to my questions and emails. Jason assisted me with the verification and instead of charging for a trip charge like some unscrupulous companies might, he was able to do it through photos, saving me time and money. -
