    The entire process of having our tub/shower replaced with a walk-in shower was a great experience. Sam Shivers came out to give us a consultation, was very professional, and made us comfortable with using Bath Fitter. Stephen Ray came out and did our installation. Stephen was very professional and did a great job! We appreciate him taking time to ensure that our grab bars were in the correct location for entering the shower along with using them to get up from the shower seat.

    Levi was very professional & did a great job!! It was hard.for my family & I to truly picture what our tub/shower would look like when he was finished.     Levi Hickson did a fantastic job on the install. The management was responsive and understanding of sales person challenges. The product is very nice and assuming it holds up as advertised I will be using them again.I will say validate the style comes in the sizes needed for the install of shower walls, and talk to the installers before they do anything to ensure the plan they have is what was agreed to.

    Bath Fitter did a great job for us. We started with a tiny bathroom that contained a very worn out tub which was not very large either, a drywall issue, leaking pipe problems, not to mention that the hot and cold were reversed! After Bath Fitter got done, all of the plumbing was fixed; they sent their master plumber. Now we have a gorgeous new tub that is bigger than the previous one because they (bath fitter) made much better use of the bathtub floor foot-print. With the bright fiberglass finish going all the way up to the ceiling, our tiny bathroom looks bigger! The next day after install, I noticed that the silicone caulking had a couple areas that needed attention and there were a couple small scuffs we hadnt noticed the day-of. Their receptionist Lisa was very understanding and concerned when I called in and they sent out their worker to fix every spot I mentioned; they are very reliable. Their consultant Robin will come to your house to find out what you need and desire for your bathroom renovation, and she is friendly, sweet and very knowledgeable, she can answer ALL of your questions!

    Levi Hickson did a great job installing my new shower! He called at 7:07am to let me know he would be at my house in about 20 minutes. He had my old shower out and my new shower in by 5pm. The new shower looks really nice and works wonderfully. I absolutely love the glass doors!

    I recently had BathFitters come and install a bathtub and wall lining in my home and I am so pleased with the overall experience and outcome. My installer was Levi Hickson. He was at my home around 8:30 am and finished the job around 6:30 pm. He only left once to go back to the shop and grab a part he was missing, outside of that he stayed on the job the entire time. He was polite and professional, not interrupting my work day. He cleaned up throughout the entire day leaving no mess behind. Once the job was done he showed me the final product and I loved it! My bathroom area looks completely brand new and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you again to BathFitters Huntsville and Levi!

    My experience with Bathfitters has been an absolute delight. It started with Charles Hansen and his professionalism and knowledge of the product. He was awesome to work with and understanding of my urgency to complete the tub conversion to provide accessibility for my mother once she returned home from the hospital. Then there is the install. We suspected we would need plumbing work and had a plumber on call. The Bathfitter’s technician work well with our plumber. Unfortunately, our original technician became and was not able to return. I was devastated because we had been without a shower for 4 days and did want to have wait another 4-5 days.. Thank God for Levi who came out to do the post-plumb install. He was very thorough, neat and super patient with my dog. I appreciate his knowledge of the company and the product it made the experience a pleasure. I highly recommend Bathfitter’s and if you can work with Charles and Levi to get the job done right!

    Yesterday I had my old bathtub removed and Bath Fitter installed a complete walk-in shower. My installer was Stephen and he is amazing.     Our install of a tub to shower conversion was May 17, 2021. Stephen was our installer. He arrived prompt. Reviewed our order with me. The day before the install my husband & I had decided we wanted shower doors rather than a shower curtain rod. Stephen took care of my request, spoke to his supervisor, had the doors ordered in a matter of a few minutes. He explained the doors will have to be built & it would take a couple of weeks to get them. At this point we are anxious to get them. We hope Stephen will be our installer again. He was the most up beat, polite young man I have seen in a while. Stephen was very knowledgeable of his product, worked diligently to complete our install in half a day, cleaned up very good after his work was complete. Our new shower is so pretty.     I initially contacted Bath Fitter for repair of areas of caulking in my downstairs shower that had worked it way loose over the years. BathFitter had remodeled both our major bathrooms in 2012. Levi Hickson arrived and not only replaced the caulk that had become worn but replaced the entire caulked area so to guarantee that no other older caulk would come loose. and it would also match. The job was very professional. Levi also tightened the door that had been tightened before about 6 months ago without my asking. It is now as firm as it has ever been. Mr. Hickson does excellent work. I would hire him in a minute after watching him work. He has a very pleasant personality and is very capable I believe in whatever he would be tasked to do.     Hired to replace an old existing bathtub. I appreciate the timeliness of the installer. The tub looks great and has been working well the past few months. They are extremely pricey, but you are partially paying for convenience. We only have the one bath and it was done in one day. It is easy to clean and I believe it will hold up well. The installer did not clean up very well (Stephen?). I had to vacuum shards of broken cast iron pieces all over the floor.

    I had a 20 year old shower I wanted to have re done. I got several estimates and I decided on Bath Fitters mainly because if I had an issue with it in 5 years I am confident that they will still be here. A warranty is no good if the contractor who put it in is gone.I had a big walk in shower replaced so there was some tear out and dry wall work that they had to do. I had issues where they needed a plumber to come in, so they had to wait for him to show up. It became obvious that they would not be able to finish that day. The next day it snowed so that held up the work for a few more days. I was not thrilled about not having that shower done, but it is what it is. I did speak with the Manager and he is very much a stand up guy and he assured me that it would done right. He was very apologetic and assured me that this is not how they normally do business. He offered compensation and I thought that was more than fair. I was very impressed by how Bath Fitters does business. Nobody can promise that things will always go smooth, and in my case they did not, but rather than make excuses Glenn stepped up to the plate and he corrected it. In my book customer service is just as important as product quality and I was very impressed with the service.The shower is in, and i looks fantastic. I would recommend Bath Fitters to anyone wanting to do bath or shower work. They earned my trust and respect and I have no reservations about recommending them to friends.

    The staff is very professional even though theyve had to come out twice to fix their repairs and one of them being my fault the door fell off the track but they was right on time and took him 5 minutes to make it right anytime I need them they come back and make the warranty as 👍 agreed to by the warranty

    I would recommend bath fitter to anyone who is replacing a shower or bathtub. They are very organized, friendly, and have great customer interaction. They are very clean and take everything with them as the leave. I am very pleased with my new shower and bathtub. Stephen Ray explained thoroughly what he was going to do and how to clean it. If you need a bath done, I highly recommend them. Great quality! It only took 7 hours from start to finish for the shower. The bathtub install only took 5 1/2 hours from start to finish. I am very pleased with the finished product. Ask for Stephen to do your install, He is very social and interactive, He does a great job! He is very friendly. He made me at ease while he was installing and taking out the old. Thanks Stephen!!!

    A bathtub was damaged in our rental home so I contacted Bath Fitter. We met with Sam Shivers, Salesman who has a wealth of knowledge about Bath Fitter, and purchased a Bathtub Liner that has a Lifetime Warranty. Levi Hickson, Technician, arrived with liner, confirmed install details and went to work measuring and preparing the liner. Within a few hours, Levi was finished. Wow, the liner looks awesome! Thank you Sam and Levi for making the entire Bath Fitter process easy for us !
